本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体涉及一种营养爽口冲剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的市场上销售的冲剂一般都含有多种添加剂,经常食用对人们的健康不利,而且味道单一,经常食用便会觉得甜腻,若能在其中加入其它多种中药材,既不添加任何添加剂,又能给人们身体提供保健效果。

本发明的目的在于提供一种营养爽口冲剂及其制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
营养爽口冲剂,由如下组成原料配方组成:炙甘草6-8、黄芩2-4、丹参5-7、杏仁3-5、茯苓6-7、柚子皮8-10、香薷3-5、郁李仁2-4、火麻仁5-6、陈皮10-12、决明子10-15、杨梅汁4-5、菠萝汁5-7、草莓汁2-4、金橘根4-5、惊风草2-3和金刀菜1-3。

营养爽口冲剂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将炙甘草、黄芩、丹参、杏仁、茯苓、柚子皮、香薷、郁李仁、火麻仁、陈皮、决明子、金橘根、惊风草和金刀菜进行干燥处理,使其含水率低于5%;送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过 30 目筛时止,然后加入其它剩余原料,搅拌混合均匀,再加入白砂糖及淀粉适量,最后混合制粒即可。

实施例1:营养爽口冲剂,由如下组成原料配方组成(g):炙甘草7、黄芩3、丹参6、杏仁4、茯苓6.5、柚子皮9、香薷4、郁李仁3、火麻仁5.5、陈皮11、决明子12、杨梅汁4.5、菠萝汁6、草莓汁3、金橘根4.5、惊风草2.5和金刀菜2。
营养爽口冲剂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将炙甘草、黄芩、丹参、杏仁、茯苓、柚子皮、香薷、郁李仁、火麻仁、陈皮、决明子、金橘根、惊风草和金刀菜进行干燥处理,使其含水率低于5%;送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过 30 目筛时止,然后加入其它剩余原料,搅拌混合均匀,再加入白砂糖及淀粉适量,最后混合制粒即可。

1.一种营养爽口冲剂,其特征在于由如下组成原料配方组成:炙甘草6-8、黄芩2-4、丹参5-7、杏仁3-5、茯苓6-7、柚子皮8-10、香薷3-5、郁李仁2-4、火麻仁5-6、陈皮10-12、决明子10-15、杨梅汁4-5、菠萝汁5-7、草莓汁2-4、金橘根4-5、惊风草2-3和金刀菜1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养爽口冲剂,其特征在于由如下组成原料配方组成:炙甘草7、黄芩3、丹参6、杏仁4、茯苓6.5、柚子皮9、香薷4、郁李仁3、火麻仁5.5、陈皮11、决明子12、杨梅汁4.5、菠萝汁6、草莓汁3、金橘根4.5、惊风草2.5和金刀菜2。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的营养爽口冲剂的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将炙甘草、黄芩、丹参、杏仁、茯苓、柚子皮、香薷、郁李仁、火麻仁、陈皮、决明子、金橘根、惊风草和金刀菜进行干燥处理,使其含水率低于5%;送入超微粉碎机中进行粉碎,至通过 30 目筛时止,然后加入其它剩余原料,搅拌混合均匀,再加入白砂糖及淀粉适量,最后混合制粒即可。
