Abstract

本发明提供一种降噪的汽车隔热垫,包括PET低熔点纤维毡层,与PET低熔点纤维毡层复合的EPDM层,和与EPDM层复合的PU发泡层;PU发泡层内局部包裹EPP发泡层。本隔热垫采用双面吸音,一面由PET低熔点纤维毡层吸音,另一面由PU发泡层吸音,同时内部增加EPP发泡层和不等厚度的EPDM层进行隔音;填充在PU发泡层内的EPP发泡层能同时兼具吸音、隔音和支撑作用,同时,其制备工艺简单易行。

一种降噪的汽车隔热垫及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车隔热垫,尤其是一种连接发动机与汽车驾驶舱,能有效消除发动机的噪声和隔绝发动机的热量的汽车隔热垫及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的汽车隔热垫,主要起到隔热的效果,在降噪问题上没有针对噪音源进行真正地吸音和隔音,只是吸收了一部分噪音,或者是相对的吸音,或者是相对的隔音,降噪的效果不佳,无法给予车内一个安静的环境。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种能针对噪音源高效吸音隔音的汽车隔热垫。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种降噪的汽车隔热垫,包括PET低熔点纤维毡层,与PET低熔点纤维毡层复合的EPDM层,EPDM层起到吸音的作用;EPDM层与PU发泡层复合;所述PU发泡层内局部包裹EPP发泡层,EPP发泡层起到支撑和隔音的作用。
进一步,所述EPP发泡层的一面与EPDM层直接接触。
进一步,所述EPDM层为不等厚度层,厚度为2-5mm。不等厚度的EPDM层可以阻隔到不同的隔声。
优选的,所述EPP发泡层厚度为5-15mm;所述PU发泡层厚度为5-30mm。
优选的,所述PET低熔点纤维毡层的厚度为10mm。
优选的,所述PU发泡层为PU发泡开孔海绵,起到吸音作用。
进一步,为了更好的起到支撑作用,所述EPP发泡层设置在靠近汽车主驾驶和副驾驶位置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种降噪的汽车隔热垫的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)EPP发泡成型,备用;
(2)挤出不等厚的EPDM片材,备用;
(3)PET低熔点纤维毡经加热后,模压冷却成型,切边,放入模具中;
(4)将步骤(2)中得到的不等厚的EPDM片材加热、软化,放入模具中吸塑30秒;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的成型后的EPP放入模具;
(6)闭模浇注PU,发泡,同时切边成型。
进一步,所述步骤(3)中PET低熔点纤维毡的加热温度为180度,加热时间为120秒;所述步骤(4)中不等厚的EPDM片材加热温度为180℃;加热时间为90秒。
进一步,所述步骤(6)中发泡时间为5-6分钟。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本隔热垫采用双面吸音,一面由PET低熔点纤维毡层吸音,另一面由PU发泡层吸音,同时内部增加EPP发泡层和不等厚度的EPDM层进行隔音;填充在PU发泡层内的EPP发泡层能同时兼具吸音、隔音和支撑作用,同时,其制备工艺简单易行。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,一种降噪的汽车隔热垫,从上而下,依次包括PET低熔点纤维毡层,EPDM层、和PU发泡层;PU发泡层内靠近汽车主驾驶和副驾驶位置包裹EPP发泡层,EPP发泡层的一面与EPDM层直接接触。
其中,PET低熔点纤维毡层的厚度为10mm,起到吸音作用;PU发泡层为PU发泡开孔海绵,厚度为5-30mm,也起到吸音作用;EPDM层为不等厚度层,不等厚度的EPDM层可以阻隔到不同的隔声,起到隔音作用,其厚度为2-5mm。EPP发泡层厚度为5-15mm,兼具隔音和支撑作用。
实施例2
本发明汽车隔热垫的制备方法
先对EPP进行发泡成型,备用;挤出不等厚的EPDM片材,备用;
将10mm厚的PET低熔点纤维毡放入烘箱中加热,加热温度为180度,加热时间为120秒,出烘箱,在模具上张紧,进行模压冷却成型后切边,然后修边,进入下一道工序,将模具打开,把不等厚度的EPDM片材在烘箱中进行加热,加热温度为180℃,加热时间为90秒,加热软化后,将其放入模具中吸塑,然后把成型后的EPP产品放入模具,闭模,用高压发泡机对模具进行PU闭模浇注,发泡6分钟后,进行气动切边成型。
效果试验例:
将总厚度为25mm的本发明汽车隔热垫以及现有材料的25mm的汽车隔热垫分别按ISO10534-2中有关规定测试。
测试仪器:PULSE 3550B 5通道频谱分析仪、4206T驻波阻抗管、4189传声器、7758型声学材料测试***、4231声学校准器
测试条件:材料贴实安装
测试数据如下表所示:
本发明和现有技术效果试验噪声频率和隔声量的测试曲线图对比图见图2。由上述测试结果可知,本发明隔热垫的降噪效果明显优于现有技术的隔热垫。

Claims (10)

1.一种降噪的汽车隔热垫,其特征在于:包括PET低熔点纤维毡层,与PET低熔点纤维毡层复合的EPDM层,和与EPDM层复合的PU发泡层;所述PU发泡层内局部包裹EPP发泡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述EPP发泡层的一面与EPDM层直接接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述EPDM层为不等厚度层,厚度为2-5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述EPP发泡层厚度为5-15mm;所述PU发泡层厚度为5-30mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述PET低熔点纤维毡层的厚度为10mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述PU发泡层为PU发泡开孔海绵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的隔热垫,其特征在于:所述EPP发泡层设置在靠近汽车主驾驶和副驾驶位置。
8.一种制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的汽车隔热垫的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)EPP发泡成型,备用;
(2)挤出不等厚的EPDM片材,备用;
(3)PET低熔点纤维毡经加热后,模压冷却成型,切边,放入模具中;
(4)将步骤(2)中得到的不等厚的EPDM片材加热、软化,放入模具中吸塑30秒;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的成型后的EPP放入模具;
(6)闭模浇注PU,发泡,同时切边成型。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中PET低熔点纤维毡的加热温度为180度,加热时间为120秒;所述步骤(4)中不等厚的EPDM片材加热温度为180℃;加热时间为90秒。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中发泡时间为5-6分钟。
