本发明公开了一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺,首先将钢板切成圆形钢片然后拉伸成圆柱状钢坯,并再次拉伸。将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行数码缩口,并形成圆台状钢坯。将圆台状钢坯进行切边,然后翻边。将翻边后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接,并形成搪瓷杯坯体。检验合格并入库。解决了因退火产生的一切问题,改胀型工艺为缩口工艺,不仅减少了破损,同时铁坯底部的弧形半径可以更小,使得造型更加美观。

本发明涉及一种制坯工艺,尤其涉及一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺。 
背景技术
目前使用的搪瓷杯制坯工艺主要包括以下步骤:1.将钢板切成圆形钢片;2.将圆形钢片拉伸成圆柱状钢坯;3.将圆柱状钢坯再次拉伸;4.将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行切边;5.将切边后的圆柱状钢坯作翻边处理;6.将翻边后的圆柱状钢坯进行退火处理;7.将退火处理后的圆柱状钢坯进行胀型成圆台状钢坯;8.将胀型成圆台状钢坯再次胀型;9.将再次胀型后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接形成搪瓷杯坯体,10.将与手柄焊接后的圆台状钢坯进行检验,若合格则将其入库。 
而以上工艺存在的以下问题:退火工序,很难控制,退火不够,在胀型过程中容易破损,退火过了,在后续搪烧过程中容易出现气泡等搪瓷表面缺陷。胀型工艺决定了钢坯底部处的弧形半径会比较大,因此影响了外观造型的美观度。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺,具有无需退火处理且搪瓷坯体杯底部处的弧形半径小的特点。 
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺,包括如下步骤: 
1)将钢板切成圆形钢片;
2)将圆形钢片拉伸成圆柱状钢坯;
3)将圆柱状钢坯再次拉伸;
4)将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行数码缩口,并形成圆台状钢坯;
5)将圆台状钢坯进行切边;
6)将切边后的圆台状钢坯作翻边处理;
7)将翻边后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接,并形成搪瓷杯坯体;
8)将与手柄焊接后的圆台状钢坯进行检验,若合格则将其入库。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过首先将钢板切成圆形钢片然后拉伸成圆柱状钢坯,并再次拉伸。将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行数码缩口,并形成圆台状钢坯。将圆台状钢坯进行切边,然后翻边。将翻边后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接,并形成搪瓷杯坯体。检验合格并入库。取消了退火工序,解决了因退火产生的一切问题,改胀型为缩口工艺,不仅减少了破损,同时铁坯底部的弧形半径可以更小,使得造型更加美观。 
具体实施方式
实施例1 
一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将钢板切成圆形钢片;
2)将圆形钢片拉伸成圆柱状钢坯;
3)将圆柱状钢坯再次拉伸;
4)将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行数码缩口,并形成圆台状钢坯;
5)将圆台状钢坯进行切边;
6)将切边后的圆台状钢坯作翻边处理;
7)将翻边后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接,并形成搪瓷杯坯体;
8)将与手柄焊接后的圆台状钢坯进行检验,若合格则将其入库。
本实施例提供的一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺取消了退火工序,解决了因退火产生的一切问题,改胀型为缩口工艺,不仅减少了破损,同时铁坯底部的弧形半径可以更小,使得造型更加美观。

1.一种搪瓷杯制坯工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将钢板切成圆形钢片;
2)将圆形钢片拉伸成圆柱状钢坯;
3)将圆柱状钢坯再次拉伸;
4)将再次拉升后的圆柱状钢坯进行数码缩口,并形成圆台状钢坯;
5)将圆台状钢坯进行切边;
6)将切边后的圆台状钢坯作翻边处理;
7)将翻边后的圆台状钢坯与手柄焊接,并形成搪瓷杯坯体;
8)将与手柄焊接后的圆台状钢坯进行检验,若合格则将其入库。
