牛肉300-400、蚕蛹10-15、椰子油适量、鹰嘴豆10-20、娃儿菜6-10、刺嫩芽14-20、黑枣15-20、木瓜20-30、黑米20-30、罗汉果叶2-3、荠菜花2-3、苹果叶2-3、花生叶2-3、黄筒花2-3、食盐12-20、柠檬醋20-30、食品添加剂6-8;
所述的食品添加剂,是由下述重量份的原料制成:拉丝蛋白80-100、蚂蚁干粉1-2、乳铁蛋白3-5、泥螺多肽2-3、苦瓜粉10-15、竹米5-8、韭菜花15-25、大麦若叶10-15、甘薯嫩叶10-15、裙带菜10-15、甘蓝嫩叶10-15、抹茶粉8-12、薏仁油5-8、菊花酒适量;

(3)、将黑枣去核,木瓜去皮去瓤,与洗净娃儿菜、刺嫩芽分别冷冻破碎成颗粒,将黑米洗净加水浸泡8-10小时,捞出与破碎颗粒一并送入豆浆机中,加1-2倍水,打制成浆,熬煮至浓稠状,得果蔬米浆;
(4)、将牛肉糜、蚕蛹香粉、果蔬米浆及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,压块切粒、膨化,喷淋适量椰子油,放入烤箱,烤制干香,即得。

牛肉300-400、蚕蛹10-15、椰子油适量、鹰嘴豆10-20、娃儿菜6-10、刺嫩芽14-20、黑枣15-20、木瓜20-30、黑米20-30、罗汉果叶2-3、荠菜花2-3、苹果叶2-3、花生叶2-3、黄筒花2-3、食盐12-20、柠檬醋20-30、食品添加剂6-8;
所述的食品添加剂,是由下述重量份的原料制成:拉丝蛋白80-100、蚂蚁干粉1-2、乳铁蛋白3-5、泥螺多肽2-3、苦瓜粉10-15、竹米5-8、韭菜花15-25、大麦若叶10-15、甘薯嫩叶10-15、裙带菜10-15、甘蓝嫩叶10-15、抹茶粉8-12、薏仁油5-8、菊花酒适量;
所述的食品添加剂的的制备方法为:a、将新鲜的大麦若叶、甘薯嫩叶、裙带菜、甘蓝嫩叶冲洗干净,加1-2倍水打制成浆,得青汁,煮至熟香,冻干研磨成粉,得青汁粉;b、将韭菜花洗净沥干,加入韭菜花0.5-1倍的菊花酒揉拌入罐压实密封静置7-10天,绞磨成浆,得韭菜花酱;c、将韭菜花酱、青汁粉与其他剩余原料搅拌均匀,挤压、膨化后,放入烤香烤制干香,再粉碎至80-120目,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的蚕蛹牛肉粒的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将蚕蛹洗净放入清水煮至熟透,捞出沥干晾凉后切开两半,待用,将鹰嘴豆拣杂洗净,放入柠檬醋中浸泡20-40分钟,入笼蒸制熟烂,打制成浆,倒入切开蚕蛹滚拌均匀,放入熟香椰子油锅内炸制金黄色捞出沥干余油,烘干研磨成粉,得蚕蛹香粉;
(2)、将牛肉除杂切块洗净,与罗汉果叶、荠菜花、苹果叶、花生叶、黄筒花一同入锅,加水研磨牛肉块,大火煮沸后文火焖煮40-60分钟,捞出牛肉块沥干,绞制成糜,得牛肉糜;
(3)、将黑枣去核,木瓜去皮去瓤,与洗净娃儿菜、刺嫩芽分别冷冻破碎成颗粒,将黑米洗净加水浸泡8-10小时,捞出与破碎颗粒一并送入豆浆机中,加1-2倍水,打制成浆,熬煮至浓稠状,得果蔬米浆;
(4)、将牛肉糜、蚕蛹香粉、果蔬米浆及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,压块切粒、膨化,喷淋适量椰子油,放入烤箱,烤制干香,即得。
