Abstract
本发明涉及一种进水管,包括母管和套设在母管内的子管,子管内腔形成用于输送第一液体的第一通道,子管与母管之间形成用于输送第二液体的第二通道,所述母管端部外周套设有连接套,所述连接套内位于母管前端设有阀芯,阀芯中部开设有中孔,所述子管穿过阀芯中孔并与其密封配合,阀芯周部开设有与第二通道相连通的出水口。该进水管将用于输送不同流体的两种水路集成于同一进水管内,结构紧凑,使用方便,同时与龙头之间的连接方便,密封效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种进水管。
背景技术
现有厨房内使用的龙头进水管都只具备一条水路,一般用于供应自来水,而无法同时供应自来水和净水,而往往厨房内净水使用也很频繁,如果安装两个水头不仅占用空间,而且成本高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种结构紧凑,满足两种流体输送要求的进水管。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种进水管,包括母管和套设在母管内的子管,子管内腔形成用于输送第一液体的第一通道,子管与母管之间形成用于输送第二液体的第二通道,所述母管端部外周套设有连接套,所述连接套内位于母管前端设有阀芯,阀芯中部开设有中孔,所述子管穿过阀芯中孔并与其密封配合,阀芯周部开设有与第二通道相连通的出水口。
进一步的,所述阀芯前端设有包覆在子管***的锥形密封圈。
进一步的,所述连接套内腔为阶梯孔结构,连接套内部前端的大孔内设有内螺纹,所述母管端部外周设有与连接套内部后端小孔的孔台相配合的凸环。
进一步的,所述母管前端设有沿径向外弯折的环形限位板,所述阀芯***设有位于限位板前侧的第二密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该进水管设计合理,结构新颖,将用于输送不同流体的两种水路集成于同一进水管内,结构紧凑,使用方便,同时与龙头之间的连接方便,密封效果好。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下将通过具体实施例和相关附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1~3所示,一种进水管,包括母管1和套设在母管1内的子管2,子管2内腔形成用于输送第一液体的第一通道3,子管2与母管1之间形成用于输送第二液体的第二通道4,所述母管1端部外周套设有连接套5,所述连接套5内位于母管前端设有阀芯6,阀芯6中部开设有中孔14,所述子管穿过阀芯6中孔并与其密封配合,阀芯6周部开设有与第二通道4相连通的出水口7,其中第一液体和第二液体可以分别是过滤后的净水和未过滤的自来水,该进水管出水端与抽拉龙头的进水口对接,抽拉龙头的进水口包括带有外螺纹的外接口12和设置在外接口内部的内接口13,内接口内腔通往抽拉龙头内的净水水路,内接口与外接口之间的环形腔通往抽拉龙头内的自来水水路。
在本实施例中,所述阀芯6前端设有包覆在子管2***的锥形密封圈8,锥形密封圈8的小端朝前。
在本实施例中,所述连接套5内腔为阶梯孔结构,连接套5内部前端的大孔内设有内螺纹,所述母管1端部外周设有与连接套5内部后端小孔的孔台相配合的凸环9。
在本实施例中,所述母管1前端设有沿径向外弯折的环形限位板10,所述阀芯6***设有位于限位板10前侧的第二密封圈11,连接套5与外接口12旋接配合时,通过凸环9推动动母管与外接口对接,子管与内接口对接,外接口端部压紧第二密封圈11使外接口与母管之间密封对接,内接口端部压紧锥形密封圈8使内接口与子管之间密封对接。

Claims (4)
1.一种进水管,其特征在于:包括母管和套设在母管内的子管,子管内腔形成用于输送第一液体的第一通道,子管与母管之间形成用于输送第二液体的第二通道,所述母管端部外周套设有连接套,所述连接套内位于母管前端设有阀芯,阀芯中部开设有中孔,所述子管穿过阀芯中孔并与其密封配合,阀芯周部开设有与第二通道相连通的出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的进水管,其特征在于:所述阀芯前端设有包覆在子管***的锥形密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的进水管,其特征在于:所述连接套内腔为阶梯孔结构,连接套内部前端的大孔内设有内螺纹,所述母管端部外周设有与连接套内部后端小孔的孔台相配合的凸环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的进水管,其特征在于:所述母管前端设有沿径向外弯折的环形限位板,所述阀芯***设有位于限位板前侧的第二密封圈。
