一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶,涉及资源再生领域,由以下重量份数的组分构成:再生聚氯乙烯30-35份、再生聚丙烯15-20份、硬脂酸钡0.5-1份、玉米纤维2-4份、天然橡胶4-6份、硅油1-3份、胶黏剂4-6份、氧化铝微粉0.5-1份、棕榈油0.5-2份、碳纤维1-3份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸2-4份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、石膏粉4-6份、降解剂2-4份、碳酸钙1-2份、橄榄油1-2份、颜料1-3份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入挤出机挤出成型。本发明采用废弃物作为生产原材料,制备的产品软硬适中,耐酸碱、抗腐蚀、不变形、不含甲醛,是一种新型绿色环保材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及资源再生技术领域,具体涉及一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,塑料制品的应用已经遍及工农业以及日常生活的各个领域,全世界每天产生的废旧塑料垃圾无法进行估量,但其对环境造成的具大压力是显而易见的,为了处理这些塑料垃圾,现行的方法一般是填埋、焚烧等。但是由于普通的塑料垃圾的自然降解时间很长,一般要经过一百年以上才能降解,而且降解过程中还会产生大量的甲烷等有害物质,因此填埋法已经得到很多专家的诟病;而焚烧法产生的有害气体、烟尘等直接对环境造成影响。同时由于塑料作为石化产品,其生产的主要原料是石油,它是一种不可再生资源,目前全球石油争夺越来越激烈,原油成本越来越高,因此对于塑料产品回收利用是目前解决塑料垃圾问题的最好办法。它有效的解决了塑料产品对环境的威胁,同时也可以在一定程度上缓解石油的使用量。
塑料地板革以具有自重轻、有弹性,机械强度好,脚感强度好,脚感舒适,耐磨,耐污,耐腐,隔热,隔音,防潮,吸水性小,绝缘性好,自熄,易清洁,施工简单,维修方便,价格低廉等优点,在大量民用建筑以及公共场所,对洁净要求较高的厂房、实验室内得到广泛应用。塑料地板革属于软质地板,是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,加入适当助剂,在片状连续基材上经涂敷或压延等工艺生产的地板卷材。目前使用的地板革伸缩性较大,在温度变化较大的环境中使用稳定性低,因此需要通过改进加工工艺、加工设备及配方来增强稳定性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种成本低,性能好的利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶,由以下重量份数的组分构成:再生聚氯乙烯30-35份、再生聚丙烯15-20份、硬脂酸钡0.5-1份、玉米纤维2-4份、天然橡胶4-6份、硅油1-3份、胶黏剂4-6份、氧化铝微粉0.5-1份、棕榈油0.5-2份、碳纤维1-3份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸2-4份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、石膏粉4-6份、降解剂2-4份、碳酸钙1-2份、橄榄油1-2份、颜料1-3份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入挤出机挤出成型。
各组分的较佳重量份数为:再生聚氯乙烯32份、再生聚丙烯18份、硬脂酸钡0.8份、玉米纤维3份、天然橡胶5份、硅油2份、胶黏剂5份、氧化铝微粉0.8份、棕榈油0.8份、碳纤维2份、线性聚乙烯5份、硬脂酸3份、阻燃剂0.8份、石膏粉5份、降解剂3份、碳酸钙1.5份、橄榄油1.5份、颜料2份、改性剂1.5份;
上述降解剂为丙二醇;
上述改性剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:改性紫薯淀粉4-6份、石墨烯1-2份、非晶态石英颗粒1-3份、柠檬酸2-4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐4-6份、竹纤维4-6份、硼纤维1-3份、茶叶生物碱4-6份、氯铂酸1-3份、甲基硅油1-2份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.5份、木质纤维素0.5-2份、松香皂0.5-0.8份、粉煤灰0.5-2份;其制备方法如下:
1)将石墨烯、非晶态石英颗粒、竹纤维及粉煤灰以无水乙醇为分散介质,其中物料与乙醇的质量比为1:15,在超声清洗机上超声分散1小时;
2)把经超声分散的混合料放入尼龙球磨罐中,再加入改性紫薯淀粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、硼纤维及木质素磺酸钙,以玛瑙球为磨球,球料质量比为7:1,在转速为150转/分的条件下,连续球磨2小时;
3)将球磨完毕的粉料连同玛瑙磨球一起倒入粉料盘中,在80℃下烘干,把烘干的粉料过筛,取出玛瑙磨球,进行研磨,直至无较大团聚为止,至此,混合粉料的制备完毕;
4)将步骤3)中的混合物料与柠檬酸、茶叶生物碱、氯铂酸、甲基硅油、木质纤维素及松香皂混合均匀,在50-70℃环境下低温烘烤2-3小时,至水分含量低于20%,取出,研成粉即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明采用废弃物作为生产原材料,制备的产品软硬适中,耐酸碱、抗腐蚀、不变形、不含甲醛,是一种新型绿色环保材料;
2)对原材料采用了特殊的处理工艺,使得制备的产品具有较高的稳定性、抗老化性、色彩的一致性和持久性。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶,由以下重量份数的组分构成:再生聚氯乙烯32份、再生聚丙烯18份、硬脂酸钡0.8份、玉米纤维3份、天然橡胶5份、硅油2份、胶黏剂5份、氧化铝微粉0.8份、棕榈油0.8份、碳纤维2份、线性聚乙烯5份、硬脂酸3份、阻燃剂0.8份、石膏粉5份、丙二醇3份、碳酸钙1.5份、橄榄油1.5份、颜料2份、改性剂1.5份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入挤出机挤出成型;
上述改性剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:改性紫薯淀粉5份、石墨烯1.5份、非晶态石英颗粒2份、柠檬酸3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐5份、竹纤维5份、硼纤维2份、茶叶生物碱5份、氯铂酸2份、甲基硅油1.5份、木质素磺酸钙0.3份、木质纤维素1份、松香皂0.6份、粉煤灰0.6份;
改性剂的制备方法如下:
1)将石墨烯、非晶态石英颗粒、竹纤维及粉煤灰以无水乙醇为分散介质,其中物料与乙醇的质量比为1:15,在超声清洗机上超声分散1小时;
2)把经超声分散的混合料放入尼龙球磨罐中,再加入改性紫薯淀粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、硼纤维及木质素磺酸钙,以玛瑙球为磨球,球料质量比为7:1,在转速为150转/分的条件下,连续球磨2小时;
3)将球磨完毕的粉料连同玛瑙磨球一起倒入粉料盘中,在80℃下烘干,把烘干的粉料过筛,取出玛瑙磨球,进行研磨,直至无较大团聚为止,至此,混合粉料的制备完毕;
4)将步骤3)中的混合物料与柠檬酸、茶叶生物碱、氯铂酸、甲基硅油、木质纤维素及松香皂混合均匀,在50-70℃环境下低温烘烤2-3小时,至水分含量低于20%,取出,研成粉即可。

1.一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分构成:再生聚氯乙烯30-35份、再生聚丙烯15-20份、硬脂酸钡0.5-1份、玉米纤维2-4份、天然橡胶4-6份、硅油1-3份、胶黏剂4-6份、氧化铝微粉0.5-1份、棕榈油0.5-2份、碳纤维1-3份、线性聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸2-4份、阻燃剂0.5-2份、石膏粉4-6份、降解剂2-4份、碳酸钙1-2份、橄榄油1-2份、颜料1-3份、改性剂1-2份;制备时,将各组分混合均匀,在80-90℃温度下热处理1小时,配成胶料,然后将胶料送入挤出机挤出成型;
所述改性剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:改性紫薯淀粉4-6份、石墨烯1-2份、非晶态石英颗粒1-3份、柠檬酸2-4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐4-6份、竹纤维4-6份、硼纤维1-3份、茶叶生物碱4-6份、氯铂酸1-3份、甲基硅油1-2份、木质素磺酸钙0.2-0.5份、木质纤维素0.5-2份、松香皂0.5-0.8份、粉煤灰0.5-2份;
上述改性剂的制备方法如下:
1)将石墨烯、非晶态石英颗粒、竹纤维及粉煤灰以无水乙醇为分散介质,其中物料与乙醇的质量比为1:15,在超声清洗机上超声分散1小时;
2)把经超声分散的混合料放入尼龙球磨罐中,再加入改性紫薯淀粉、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、硼纤维及木质素磺酸钙,以玛瑙球为磨球,球料质量比为7:1,在转速为150转/分的条件下,连续球磨2小时;
3)将球磨完毕的粉料连同玛瑙磨球一起倒入粉料盘中,在80℃下烘干,把烘干的粉料过筛,取出玛瑙磨球,进行研磨,直至无较大团聚为止,至此,混合粉料的制备完毕;
4)将步骤3)中的混合物料与柠檬酸、茶叶生物碱、氯铂酸、甲基硅油、木质纤维素及松香皂混合均匀,在50-70℃环境下低温烘烤2-3小时,取出,研成粉即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用改性再生料制备的环保抗菌PVC地胶,其特征在于:上述降解剂为丙二醇。
