本发明公开了皮肤病药剂，其特征在于，所述药剂包括升麻10-20份、葛根10-20份、紫草10-20份、生地15-25份、蝉蜕5-15份、川芎10-20份等组分，本发明药剂具有疗程短、治疗效果好、副作用小等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤病药剂，特别是涉及一种治疗痤疮、青春痘、火疖子、神经性皮炎等皮肤病的药剂。
背景技术
目前还没有治疗痤疮、青春痘、火疖子、神经性皮炎的专用药剂，治疗痤疮时一般轻度和中度患者用罗红霉素胶囊加维生素B6治，重度患者加服甲硝唑，并外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶和维A酸霜，一般有效率仅为50％左右，治愈率不足40％；对于治疗青春痘和火疖子还没有专用药剂；治疗神经性皮炎外用皮炎平，治疗效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗痤疮、青春痘、火疖子和神经性皮炎疗程短，治疗效果好的治疗皮肤病药剂。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
皮肤病药剂，其特征在于，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻10-20份、葛根10-20份、紫草10-20份、生地15-25份、蝉蜕5-15份、川芎10-20份、大黄10-20份、羌活10-20份、红花10-20份、黄丹3-7份、白芷10-20份、玉竹5-15份、防风10-20份、秦艽5-15份、桔梗15-25份、甘草15-25份、桑皮5-15份、苦参10-20份、枯矾2-8份、薄荷15-25份。
作为一种改进，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻15份、葛根15份、紫草15份、生地20份、蝉蜕10份、川芎15份、大黄15份、羌活15份、红花15份、黄丹5份、白芷15份、玉竹10份、防风15份、秦艽10份、桔梗20份、甘草20份、桑皮10份、苦参15份、枯矾5份、薄荷20份。
可选的，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻10份、葛根10份、紫草10份、生地15份、蝉蜕5份、川芎10份、大黄10份、羌活10份、红花10份、黄丹3-份、白芷10份、玉竹5份、防风10份、秦艽5份、桔梗15份、甘草15份、桑皮5份、苦参10份、枯矾2份、薄荷15份。
可选的，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻20份、葛根20份、紫草20份、生地25份、蝉蜕15份、川芎20份、大黄20份、羌活20份、红花20份、黄丹7份、白芷20份、玉竹15份、防风20份、秦艽15份、桔梗25份、甘草25份、桑皮15份、苦参20份、枯矾8份、薄荷25份。
其中：
升麻具有升阳，发表，透疹，解毒的功效。
葛根具有解表退热，生津，透疹的功效。
紫草具有凉血，活血，解毒透疹的功效。
生地具有清热凉血，养阴，生津的功效。
蝉蜕具有宣散风热，透疹利咽，祛风止痉的功效。
川芎具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效。
大黄具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经的功效。
羌活具有散表寒，祛风湿，利关节，止痛的功效。
红花有活血通经、散淤止痛的功效，用于闭经、痛经、恶露不行、症瘕痞块、跌扑损伤、疮疡肿痛。
黄丹外用拔毒生肌，内服杀虫，截疟。
白芷有解表散寒、祛风止痛、通鼻窍、燥湿止带、消肿排脓的功效，治头痛、眉棱骨痛、齿痛、鼻渊、寒湿腹痛、肠风痔漏、赤白带下、痈疽疮疡、皮肤燥痒、疥癣。
玉竹养阴润燥生津止渴。
防风有祛风解表、胜湿止痛、解痉、止痒的功效，主治外感风寒、头痛身痛、风湿痹痛、骨节酸痛、腹痛泄泻、肠风下血、破伤风、风疹瘙痒、疮疡初起。
秦艽有祛风湿、舒筋络、清虚热的功效，用于风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛、骨节酸痛、日晡潮热、小儿疳积发热。
桔梗有宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气的功效，用于咳嗽痰多、胸闷不畅、咽痛、音哑、肺痈吐脓、疮疡脓成不溃等症。
甘草有调和诸药的功效。
桑皮治肺热喘咳、水饮停肺、胀满喘急，尤善泻肺火而平喘咳、治肺热咳喘、痰稠而黄。
苦参有清热燥湿、杀虫、利尿的功效，用于热痢、便血、黄疸尿闭、赤白带下、阴肿阴痒、湿疹、湿疮、皮肤瘙痒、疥癣麻风，外治滴虫性***炎。
枯矾有消痰、燥湿、止泻、止血、解毒、杀虫的功效，治癫痫、喉痹、疚涎壅甚、肝炎、黄疸、黄肿、胃十二指肠溃疡、子宫脱垂、白带、泻痢、衄血、口舌生疮、疮痔疥癣、水火虫伤。
薄荷有疏散风热、清利头目、利咽透疹、疏肝行气的功效。
本发明药剂具有疗程短、治疗效果好、副作用小等优点。
用本发明治疗痤疮与现有的治疗方法对比情况：
选择100个病例，其中男性病例57人，女性病例43人，年龄15-40岁，按随机分组办法分成两组，每组50人，对照组轻度和中度患者用罗红霉素胶囊加维生素B6治，重度患者加服甲硝唑，并外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶和维A酸霜，试验组用本发明的药剂按照所述的要求进行服药，治疗28天后具体治疗效果如下表：

由表可见，本发明的治疗效果明显好于现有治疗方法的疗效，其差别极为显著。
用本发明治疗青春痘和火疖子治疗90例，治疗一周后有77例痊愈，剩余的13例治疗一个疗程后全部治愈。有效率100％。
用本发明治疗神经性皮炎与皮炎平对比情况：
选择40个病例，其中男性病例22人，女性病例18人，年龄25-50岁，按随机分组办法分成两组，每组20人，对照组采用涂抹皮炎平进行治疗，试验组用本发明的药剂按照所述的要求进行服药，治疗28天后具体治疗效果如下表：

实施例1：皮肤病药剂，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻15份、葛根15份、紫草15份、生地20份、蝉蜕10份、川芎15份、大黄15份、羌活15份、红花15份、黄丹5份、白芷15份、玉竹10份、防风15份、秦艽10份、桔梗20份、甘草20份、桑皮10份、苦参15份、枯矾5份、薄荷20份。
实施例2：皮肤病药剂，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻10份、葛根10份、紫草10份、生地15份、蝉蜕5份、川芎10份、大黄10份、羌活10份、红花10份、黄丹3-份、白芷10份、玉竹5份、防风10份、秦艽5份、桔梗15份、甘草15份、桑皮5份、苦参10份、枯矾2份、薄荷15份。
实施例3：皮肤病药剂，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻20份、葛根20份、紫草20份、生地25份、蝉蜕15份、川芎20份、大黄20份、羌活20份、红花20份、黄丹7份、白芷20份、玉竹15份、防风20份、秦艽15份、桔梗25份、甘草25份、桑皮15份、苦参20份、枯矾8份、薄荷25份。
上述实施例中，本发明制作方法同普通粉剂制作方法，本发明药剂的用法为：第一疗程为15天，每天早晨和中午口服前五味药的混合粉剂，每次2.5克；晚上口服后五味药的混合粉剂2.5克，口服时加蜂蜜3-4克。第二疗程为12天，每天早晨和晚上口服后五味药的混合粉剂2.5克，口服时加蜂蜜3-4克；中午口服前五味药的混合粉剂，每次2.5克。

升麻10-20份、葛根10-20份、紫草10-20份、生地15-25份、蝉蜕5-15份、川芎10-20份、大黄10-20份、羌活10-20份、红花10-20份、黄丹3-7份、白芷10-20份、玉竹5-15份、防风10-20份、秦艽5-15份、桔梗15-25份、甘草15-25份、桑皮5-15份、苦参10-20份、枯矾2-8份、薄荷15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤病药剂，其特征在于，所述药剂包括以下组分：
升麻15份、葛根15份、紫草15份、生地20份、蝉蜕10份、川芎15份、大黄15份、羌活15份、红花15份、黄丹5份、白芷15份、玉竹10份、防风15份、秦艽10份、桔梗20份、甘草20份、桑皮10份、苦参15份、枯矾5份、薄荷20份。
