背景技术
面粉是指一种由小麦磨成的粉末,它是中国北方大部分地区的主食。以面粉制成的食物品种繁多,花样百出,风味迥异,是中国人民喜爱的主要饮食之一。现在人随着生活水品和饮食质量的提高,以及保健意识的加强,人们对于养生的概念已经越来越深入,具有保健功能的主食越来越受人们的欢迎。单纯的面粉已经不能满足人们对于饮食的热衷和养生的追求,而目前市场上的面粉主要是小麦面粉,其热量低、营养元素不能满足人们的需要。 本发明将将面粉进行加工改良,加入多种食材,还特别添加了具有医疗保健作用的中草药成分,从而提高了面粉的营养与保健价值,满足了现代人们对高营养健康保健食品的追求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高蛋白果蔬面粉及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种高蛋白果蔬面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉300-310、玉米蛋白粉13-15、黄瓜40-45、李子30-40、雪莲果30-35、荷花粉3-4、木薯15-20、玫瑰茄10-12、可可豆粉2-3、葡萄酒18-20、荸荠8-9、蜜炙枇杷叶3-4、太子参5-6、苦丁茶8-10、营养添加剂9-10;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:柠檬冻干粉3-4、茶油2-3、虞美人花粉1-2、玛卡粉1-2、蜂蜜20-25、海松籽粉4-5、藕粉8-10、海参15-20、马蹄香2-3、丹参3-4、猴头菇5-7、人参叶6-8,制备方法为:将海参、马蹄香、丹参、猴头菇、人参叶加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入柠檬冻干粉、茶油、虞美人花粉、玛卡粉、蜂蜜、海松籽粉、藕粉继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。

(1)将蜜炙枇杷叶、太子参、苦丁茶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤除渣,然后小火熬稠,烘干后研成粉末,得到保健中药粉;
(2)雪莲果、木薯洗净后放入水中浸泡20-30分钟,捞出后一起放进笼蒸制熟香,然后放入水中研磨成浆,过滤去渣后加入葡萄酒,然后喷雾干燥得营养粉;
(3)取荸荠、李子果肉,玫瑰茄、黄瓜洗净后一起加适量水打磨成浆液,然后进行汽蒸熟化,冷却后送入冷冻干燥机,干燥后磨成粉,得到风味冻干粉;
(4)将面粉与步骤(1)保健中药粉、步骤(2)营养粉、步骤(3)风味冻干粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,过80-100目筛,烘干后冷却即得。
