技术领域
本发明涉及用于污水处理的动力装置,特别是用于污水粗透处理的动力装置。
背景技术
目前用于污水粗透处理的动力装置—粗透机,是用水冲击蜗轮的叶片,带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动粗透机转动,粗透机粗略处理污水,节约了能源。现有的粗透机,蜗轮的叶片是水平的垂直于轴心,水冲击蜗轮的叶,有反冲作用,使水溅出,不但消耗了能量,水能的转换效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题本发明提供一种水轮粗透机,包括蜗杆、蜗轮以及冲水的管道,蜗轮的叶片制成弧形,制成瓦片形状,每个蜗轮叶片,自轴心至前端的厚度,逐渐增大,使每个叶片末端的重量,大于叶片轴心附近的重量。
本发明具有结构合理,能量转换效率高的优点。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种水轮粗透机,包括蜗杆5、蜗轮叶片4和冲水用的管道2,蜗轮的叶片4制成弧形,形成瓦片形状,每个蜗轮叶片4,自轴心至前端的厚度,逐渐增大,使每个叶片4末端的重量,远大于叶片4轴心附近的重量。
将进水管道2置于水轮叶片4的上方,水自进水管道2冲下,冲在蜗轮叶片4的弧形面,流水自弧形面冲下,不会有强列的溅水反冲作用,由于叶片4末端的质量大,增大了叶片转动的惯性,从而提高了水能利用效率。
工作时,水从进水管道2冲向轮叶片4,带动叶片4转动,叶片4转动,带动蜗杆5转动,蜗杆5通过离合器,与其他转动机构衔接,输出动能。

1.一种水轮粗透机,包括蜗杆、蜗轮叶片以及冲水的管道,其特征在于,所述蜗轮叶片制成弧形,形成瓦片形状,每个蜗轮叶片,自轴心至前端的厚度,逐渐增大,使每个叶片末端的重量,大于叶片轴心附近的重量。
