本发明提供一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆及其制备方法,该路标线漆以质量份计含有以下成分:松香改性树脂25~40份,氧化锌8~20份,硫黄0.1~0.4份,石英粉8~18份,煅烧高岭土15~28份,有机膨润土0.3~0.9份,硬脂酸镁0.3~0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂0.4~0.7份,二硫化钼2~5份,甘油松香酯5~10份,乙酸丁酯10~22份。本发明提供的路标线漆的干燥速度快,并且其耐磨和耐冻性能好,满足东北严寒天气的要求,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
路标线在马路上随处可见,对指引交通起着至关重要的作用。路标线刚开始涂覆在马路表面时很清晰,但是时间久了容易被磨损,变得很模糊。在冬天,路标线也不耐冻。因此需要发明一种具有耐冻和耐磨性能的路标线,使得路面标志清晰可见,更好的指引交通,进一步保证行车安全。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有路标线不耐磨、不耐冻的缺点,本发明提供一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆,以质量份计含有以下成分:松香改性树脂25~40份,氧化锌8~20份,硫黄0.1~0.4份,石英粉8~18份,煅烧高岭土15~28份,有机膨润土0.3~0.9份,硬脂酸镁0.3~0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂0.4~0.7份,二硫化钼2~5份,甘油松香酯5~10份,乙酸丁酯10~22份。

一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:先将甘油松香酯和乙酸丁酯加入搅拌器中,边搅拌边加入松香改性树脂、硬脂酸镁和有机膨润土,搅拌0.5~1h;然后再加入氧化锌、硫黄、石英粉、煅烧高岭土、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂和二硫化钼,搅拌混合均匀后用研磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度≤50μm时,即得成品。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆及其制备方法,该路标线漆的干燥速度快,并且其耐磨和耐冻性能好,满足东北严寒天气的要求,使用寿命长。

一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的制备步骤如下:先将甘油松香酯和乙酸丁酯加入搅拌器中,边搅拌边加入松香改性树脂、硬脂酸镁和有机膨润土,搅拌0.5h;然后再加入氧化锌、硫黄、石英粉、煅烧高岭土、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂和二硫化钼,搅拌混合均匀后用研磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度≤50μm时,即得成品。

所述的一种耐冻耐磨路标线漆的制备方法,该方法的制备步骤如下:先将甘油松香酯和乙酸丁酯加入搅拌器中,边搅拌边加入松香改性树脂、硬脂酸镁和有机膨润土,搅拌0.5 ~1h ;然后再加入氧化锌、硫黄、石英粉、煅烧高岭土、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和二硫化钼,搅拌混合均匀后用研磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度≤50μm 时,即得成品。
