本发明涉及一种产后热药，属于IPC分类A61K36技术领域。
背景技术
产后热药是妇人产后温热滋补类药物，且被一些地方认为产妇产后必须服用的滋补中药。在产后妇女人生的很多疾病里，总能联系到坐月子那会儿时是否服用过产后热药，也被认为跟很多“月子病”息息相关。      产后滋补类药物很多，有补气血、有补肝肾，而且根据产妇的不同情况，还可以适当偏重。通常产妇产后需要排净恶露，使产后子宫复旧，乳量通畅等。     
产后热药常见中药很多，但并不统一，各种效果也是因人而异，再加上服用的时机也有讲究，因此就单单普通服用就存在以下几个缺点：一，不利于恶露排净，恶露未净时进补可能会使恶露拖延缠绵，不但不利于产妇恢复，还可能更损产妇身体；二，产后产妇身体仍处在大虚状态，这也包括脾胃，脾胃之气未复，就马上进食滋腻类药物，不利吸收，会影响胃口，甚至导致腹泻；三，温热滋补类药物，一般有收涩升托作用，进食后可能会使乳汁回收，影响喂养乳儿；四，新生幼儿脾胃不健，部分幼儿在母亲进食滋补类药物后会明显腹泻，从而影响幼儿的成长。
    因此，产后热药采用什么配方以及如何去服用就是目前需要研究以及探讨的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种产后热药，用于调理不同体质的产后妇女，用于解决促进产后子宫复旧、收缩以及恶露排出、乳法分泌等问题。
本发明所要解决问题的配方如下：
产后热药，由三组热药组成；
第一组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、桃仁、益母草、炮姜、制香附、路路通、小通草组成，第二组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、益母草、炮姜、制香附、陈皮、枸杞子、茯苓、党参组成，第三组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、炒白芍、熟地黄、肉苁蓉、肉桂、党参、茯苓、炮姜、炙黄芪、炒杜仲、枸杞子、阿胶组成。
第一组热药炙甘草1~6g、川芎8~15g、当归15~24g、桃仁5~15g、益母草10~20g、炮姜2~10g、制香附6~14g、路路通、小通草2~10g；第二组热药甘草2~8g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、益母草15~30g、炮姜5~10g、制香附8~15g、陈皮5~10g、枸杞子6~12g、茯苓5~12g、党参8~25g，第三组热药炙甘草2~6g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、炒白芍5~20g、熟地黄5~20g、肉苁蓉5~20g、肉桂2~6g、党参5~15g、茯苓5~15g、炮姜5~15g、炙黄芪5~15g、炒杜仲5~15g、枸杞子5~25g、阿胶8~15g。

本发明的有益效果如下：
可适应于顺产及剖宫的产妇，能促进其子宫复旧收缩，乳汗分泌乳量足，恶露排出，可治疗产后虚弱、神疲乏力、纳谷不香甚至汗多等症状，并且药组配合使用，可操作性高，可助产妇恶露排净后恢复，补脾肾以及气血。
具体实施方式：
产后热药由三组热药组成，第一组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、桃仁、益母草、炮姜、制香附、路路通、小通草组成，第二组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、益母草、炮姜、制香附、陈皮、枸杞子、茯苓、党参组成，第三组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、炒白芍、熟地黄、肉苁蓉、肉桂、党参、茯苓、炮姜、炙黄芪、炒杜仲、枸杞子、阿胶组成。
实施例一，第一组热药炙甘草1~6g、川芎8~15g、当归15~24g、桃仁5~15g、益母草10~20g、炮姜2~10g、制香附6~14g、路路通、小通草2~10g；第二组热药甘草2~8g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、益母草15~30g、炮姜5~10g、制香附8~15g、陈皮5~10g、枸杞子6~12g、茯苓5~12g、党参8~25g，第三组热药炙甘草2~6g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、炒白芍5~20g、熟地黄5~20g、肉苁蓉5~20g、肉桂2~6g、党参5~15g、茯苓5~15g、炮姜5~15g、炙黄芪5~15g、炒杜仲5~15g、枸杞子5~25g、阿胶8~15g。

服用方法为：产后6小时给予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食5天，同时给予产后第一组热药服用2天，第二组热药服用 5天，产生30天服用第三组热药5天。
实施例三，将第一组热药与第二组热药单独进行使用。
即第一组热药炙甘草3g、川芎12g、当归20g、桃仁10g、益母草15g、炮姜6g、制香附10g、路路通10g、小通草6g，第二组热药炙甘草3g、川芎6g、当归10g、炒白术10g、益母草25g、炮姜6g、制香附10g、陈皮6g、枸杞子10g、茯苓10g、党参10g。
服用方法为：在产后6小时给予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食5天，同时给予第一组热服用2天，第二组热药服用5天。
临床资料：
实验组一
选取一年内足月妊娠剖宫产分娩的产妇500例，均为子宫下段剖宫产，无妊娠合并症及并发症；产妇和新生儿实行母婴同室，母乳喂养。年龄21~36岁，平均25.6岁。
分组：随机分为对照组250例，产生热药组250例，两组年龄、胎产式、麻醉方式、新生儿评分及体重方面均无统计学差异。
方法：产后热药组在剖宫产后6小时给予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食5天，同时给予第一组热药服用2天、第二组热药服用5天；对照组术后6小时，给予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食5天。
观察指标：分别记录两组***排气时间，术后24小时泌乳始动率、术后72小时泌乳量多的人数、母乳喂养成功率、术后72小时子宫底下降情况。
结果：产后热药组排气时间为12~24.5小时，对照组为20~28.5小时。产生热药组48小时全部排气，对照组48小时内200例排气，***排气时间差异有显著性（P<0.01）；
术后72小时泌乳始动：产生热药组240例，对照组200例，两组间有显著的统计学差（P<0.01）；术后72小时泌乳量多者产后热药210组例，对照组150例，两组比较差异性（p<0.01）；
产生热药组母乳喂养成功率为100%，而对照组为80%；
术后72小时子宫底下降产后热药组平均下降4.6cm，对照组子宫底平均下降3cm，两组具有统计学差异(p<0.01)。
结果见下表1：

与对照组比较具有明显的差异性（P<0.01）。
结论：术后2天服用第一组热药、第二组热药，在促进产后子宫复旧、促进子宫收缩，促进胃肠功能恢复，乳汁分泌等方面具有显著的功效。
实验组二
选取一年内分娩的产妇640例，年龄20-34岁，均为足月单胎产妇，排除妊娠并发症及妊娠合并症，随机分为产后热药组320例和对照组320例，产生热药组顺产240例，剖宫产80例；对照组顺产230例，剖宫产90例。两组产妇都随意性，年龄、孕周、分娩方式比较无显著性差异。
方法：产后热药组在剖宫产后6小时给予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食五天，同时予产后热药0号服用2天、产后热药1号服用5天，产后30天服用产后热药2号5天，产妇饮食至产后42天；对照组术后6小时,予常规流汁饮食2天，半流饮食五天，产妇饮食至产后42天。
观察指标及评价标准：1、子宫收缩情况：观察产后子宫收缩情况，排空膀胱，用手按摩宫底5秒后测量耻骨联合上缘到宫底的距离。宫底下降1～2cm/天，为子宫复旧良好；官底下降不足lcm/天，为子宫复旧不良。
2、泌乳情况：观察产后泌乳量，哺乳前***胀满感，哺乳后能满足新生儿需求，不需另喂奶粉者为泌乳充足，否则为不足。
3、恶露情况：恶露逐渐减少，三周干净为良好，恶露不减或反而增多，或持续时间超过三周为子宫复旧不良。
结果：两组产妇产后3天泌乳、子宫收缩、恶露比较如下表1：

产后3天、32天产后热药组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。
结论：术后2天服用产后热药0号2天、产后热药1号5天，产后30天服用产后热药2号5天，在促进产后子宫复旧、促进子宫收缩，促进恶露排出，乳汁分泌等方面具有显著的功效。

Claims (3)

1.产后热药，其特征在于：由三组热药组成；
第一组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、桃仁、益母草、炮姜、制香附、路路通、小通草组成，第二组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、益母草、炮姜、制香附、陈皮、枸杞子、茯苓、党参组成，第三组热药由炙甘草、川芎、当归、炒白术、炒白芍、熟地黄、肉苁蓉、肉桂、党参、茯苓、炮姜、炙黄芪、炒杜仲、枸杞子、阿胶组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产生热药，其特征在于：
第一组热药炙甘草1~6g、川芎8~15g、当归15~24g、桃仁5~15g、益母草10~20g、炮姜2~10g、制香附6~14g、路路通、小通草2~10g；第二组热药甘草2~8g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、益母草15~30g、炮姜5~10g、制香附8~15g、陈皮5~10g、枸杞子6~12g、茯苓5~12g、党参8~25g，第三组热药炙甘草2~6g、川芎2~8g、当归6~12g、炒白术5~20g、炒白芍5~20g、熟地黄5~20g、肉苁蓉5~20g、肉桂2~6g、党参5~15g、茯苓5~15g、炮姜5~15g、炙黄芪5~15g、炒杜仲5~15g、枸杞子5~25g、阿胶8~15g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的产生热药，其特征在于：第一组热药炙甘草3g、川芎12g、当归20g、桃仁10g、益母草15g、炮姜6g、制香附10g、路路通10g、小通草6g，第二组热药炙甘草3g、川芎6g、当归10g、炒白术10g、益母草25g、炮姜6g、制香附10g、陈皮6g、枸杞子10g、茯苓10g、党参10g，第三组热药炙甘草3g、川芎6g、当归10g、炒白术10g、炒白芍10g、熟地黄10g、肉苁蓉10g、肉桂3g、党参10g、茯苓10g、炮姜10g、炙黄芪10g、炒杜仲10g、枸杞子20g、阿胶12g。
