Abstract

一种减震件,包括一减震垫、自该减震垫的一侧垂直延伸的一柱体和沿该减震垫的部分周缘朝向柱体垂直延伸的一延伸部。本发明还提供了一种使用该减震件的风扇模组。减震件设有可贴触风扇的端壁的周缘的延伸部,使减震垫不易翻起变形。

风扇模组及其减震件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇模组及其减震件。
背景技术
现有风扇模组的减震件一般包括挡止于风扇的端壁的减震垫和设于该减震垫的一侧并穿过该风扇的端壁的柱体。这种减震件的减震垫一般是由橡胶制成的片体,因此,将该风扇模组竖直地装设于机箱时,减震垫受到机箱的挤压容易翻起变形。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种防止减震垫翻起变形的减震件及设有该减震件的风扇模组。
一种减震件,包括一减震垫、自该减震垫的一侧垂直延伸的一柱体和沿该减震垫的部分周缘朝向柱体垂直延伸的一延伸部。
一种风扇模组,包括一风扇及若干减震件,该风扇包括一端壁,该端壁设有若干贯穿该端壁的内侧和外侧的穿孔,每一减震件包括一穿过对应的穿孔的柱体与突设于该柱体且挡止于该端壁的外侧的减震垫,该减震垫沿部分周缘朝向柱体垂直延伸可贴触该端壁的周缘的一延伸部。
相较现有技术,上述减震件设有可贴触风扇的端壁的周缘的延伸部,使减震垫不易翻起变形。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明减震件10装设于一风扇20的端壁22。该端壁22呈方形,于四角分别开设一穿孔24。该端壁22的四角均呈弧形。
该减震件10由橡胶材料制成,包括一圆形的减震垫12、自该减震垫12的一侧垂直向外延伸的一柱体14和自该减震垫12的圆周缘的一部分垂直向外延伸的一横截面呈弧形的延伸部16。该柱体14于圆周面凸设一环形的突起18。该突起18于背向减震垫12的一侧形成一远离减震垫12并向柱体14倾斜延伸的导引面180,方便该柱体14穿过该端壁22的一穿孔24。
请参照图2,使用时,该柱体14穿过该风扇20的一穿孔24,直至该减震垫12挡止于风扇20的端壁22的外侧,突起18挡止于风扇20的端壁22的内侧。该延伸部16包裹该端壁22的周缘的一角。
该减震件10设有包裹住风扇模组20的端壁22的一角的延伸部16,即使该风扇模组20自上而下装设于一机箱(图未示),该减震垫12不易翻起变形。
其他实施方式中,该风扇20的端壁22的四角均为直角时,减震垫12可设置成方形,该延伸部16对应地为L形。同理,当该端壁22为圆形或其他形状时,可对应改变减震垫12和延伸部16的形状。

Claims (8)

1.一种减震件,包括一减震垫、自该减震垫的一侧垂直延伸的一柱体和沿该减震垫的部分周缘朝向柱体垂直延伸的一延伸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的减震件,其特征在于:该减震垫为圆形,该延伸部自该减震垫的圆周缘的一部分垂直延伸形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的减震件,其特征在于:该柱体邻近该延伸部设有一环形的突起。
4.如权利要求3所述的减震件,其特征在于:该突起于背向减震垫的一侧形成一远离减震垫并向柱体倾斜延伸的导引面。
5.一种风扇模组,包括一风扇及若干减震件,该风扇包括一端壁,该端壁设有若干贯穿该端壁的内侧和外侧的穿孔,每一减震件包括一穿过对应的穿孔的柱体与突设于该柱体且挡止于该端壁的外侧的减震垫,该减震垫沿部分周缘朝向柱体垂直延伸可贴触该端壁的周缘的一延伸部。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:该端壁呈方形,该端壁的四角呈圆弧形,该减震垫为圆形,该延伸部自该减震垫的圆周缘的一部分垂直延伸形成。
7.如权利要求5所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:每一减震件还包括突设于该柱体且挡止于该端壁的内侧的一突起。
8.如权利要求7所述的风扇模组,其特征在于:该突起于背向减震垫的一侧形成一远离减震垫并向柱体倾斜延伸的导引面。
