Abstract

一种风扇模组，包括一轴流风扇，轴流风扇的两端分别设有一通风口，至少一通风口处设有一整流罩，该轴流风扇包括一位于中心的轮毂、围设于轮毂周围的若干叶片和一套设于叶片***的套筒，该整流罩包括一锥状的罩体和若干固定片，罩体的小端正对轴流风扇的通风口并位于套筒与轮毂之间或正对扇叶，这些固定片的一端固定于该罩体的大端，这些固定片的另一端固定于套筒。相较现有技术，上述风扇模组的锥状的整流罩可降低通风口处的紊流对风扇的叶片造成的干扰，在不改变风扇结构的情况下，可有效的降低风扇的噪音。

本发明涉及一种风扇模组。
背景技术
在电子***中，风扇进气端的气流会受前方机构件及电子件的布置干扰,易形成不规则的紊流进入风扇,使风扇叶产生噪音，另外气流在风扇出风口处瞬间的压力变化也会造成额外的噪音，这些噪音非但对操作人员造成困扰,未适当控制下甚至可能影响***内组件的运作。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种利于减少噪音的风扇模组。
一种风扇模组，包括一轴流风扇，轴流风扇的两端分别设有一通风口，至少一通风口处设有一整流罩，该轴流风扇包括一位于中心的轮毂、围设于轮毂周围的若干叶片和一套设于叶片***的套筒，该整流罩包括一锥状的罩体和若干固定片，罩体的小端正对轴流风扇的通风口并位于套筒与轮毂之间或正对扇叶，这些固定片的一端固定于该罩体的大端，这些固定片的另一端固定于套筒。
相较现有技术，上述风扇模组的锥状的整流罩可降低通风口处的紊流对风扇的叶片造成的干扰，在不改变风扇结构的情况下，可有效的降低风扇的噪音。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2，本发明风扇模组包括一轴流风扇10及分别设置于轴流风扇10两端的两整流罩20。
该轴流风扇10的两端分别设有一通风口15。该轴流风扇10包括一位于中心的轮毂11、围设于轮毂11周围的若干叶片12和一套设于叶片12***的套筒13。套筒13的两端还垂直设有两端板131，套筒13的外表面沿轴向设有若干连接两端板131的平板部132。
请参照图1和图3，整流罩20包括一锥状的罩体21和若干设置于罩体21的外侧并自罩体21的大端211的边缘处向罩体21的小端212延伸形成的平行于整流罩20的中心轴线的固定片22，该固定片22为弹性薄片。
本实施方式中，轮毂11为圆筒状。罩体21为圆锥筒状。罩体21的大端211的直径大于轴流风扇10的套筒13的外径。罩体21的小端212的直径大于轴流风扇10的轮毂11的直径，小于套筒13的内径。罩体21的内表面的倾斜度α的选取范围为20度～30度，优选倾斜度为20度。
请参照图2，安装整流罩20时，分别将两整流罩20的罩体21的小端212对准轴流风扇10的两通风口15，使罩体21的小端212与轴流风扇10的轮毂11间隔一定的距离，固定片22弹性抵接于端板131的外侧对应的平板部132。固定片22与平板部132之间也可以涂设胶水相粘合。即将两整流罩20装设于轴流风扇10的两端。
气流进入轴流风扇10的前端通风口15前，会因前方机构件及电子元件的干扰而产生紊流，整流罩20的锥状的罩体21可以可以对紊流产生整流作用，降低紊流对扇叶12的冲击，从而降低轴流风扇10的前端噪音。
气流流出轴流风扇10的后端通风口15时，会因瞬间的气流压力的变化，致使轴流风扇10瞬间增速，产生额外的噪音，整流罩20的锥状的罩体21可降低气流瞬间的压力变化，对流出气流起到缓冲作用，从而降低轴流风扇10后端噪音。
由上可知，风扇保护罩20的圆锥筒状的两整流罩21可降低通风口15处气流对轴流风扇10的性能的影响，在不改变轴流风扇10的结构的情况下，可有效的降低轴流风扇10的噪音。

Claims (6)

1.一种风扇模组，包括一轴流风扇，轴流风扇的两端分别设有一通风口，至少一通风口处设有一整流罩，该轴流风扇包括一位于中心的轮毂、围设于轮毂周围的若干叶片和一套设于叶片***的套筒，该整流罩包括一锥状的罩体和若干固定片，罩体的小端正对轴流风扇的通风口并位于套筒与轮毂之间或正对扇叶，这些固定片的一端固定于该罩体的大端，这些固定片的另一端固定于套筒。
2.权利要求1所述的风扇模组，其特征在于：轮毂为圆筒状，罩体为圆锥筒状，大端的直径大于套筒的外径，小端的直径大于套筒轮毂的直径且小于套筒的内径。
3.权利要求1所述的风扇模组，其特征在于：罩体的内表面的倾斜度为20度～30度。
4.权利要求1所述的风扇模组，其特征在于：固定片为自罩体的大端的边缘处向小端延伸形成的弹性薄片。
5.权利要求1所述的风扇模组，其特征在于：套筒的两端还垂直设有两端板，套筒的外表面沿轴向设有若干连接两端板的平板部，这些固定片固定于对应的平板部。
6.权利要求1所述的风扇模组，其特征在于：固定片与套筒之间涂设胶水相粘合。
