Abstract
专用芯体托盘模具。传统的注塑模具还具有以下缺点:(1)注塑完之后不能一次注射成型;(2)精度、产量低;(3)冷却速度慢。本发明组成包括:动模座板(20),动模座板上安装有支撑板(18),动模座板设置有垃圾钉(14),动模底板和所述的支撑板通过内六角螺钉B(13)与定模板(2)连接,定模扳内部安装有型腔板(3)、型芯板(4),定模板通过内六角螺钉A(8)与定模座板(1)连接,定模座中心安装有定位环(5),定位环下设置有浇口套(6),动模座板上设置有推板(19),推板通过内六角螺钉C(12)与推杆固定板(17)连接,推板固定板上安装顶杆(7),顶杆穿过定模板及型芯板。本发明用于注塑。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种专用芯体托盘模具。
背景技术:
乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物是无味、无毒,微黄色颗粒,制件光泽性好,尺寸稳定性好,良好的介电性质,耐热性不高70℃,紫外线作用易老化,密度仅为1.02-1.05g/cm3,收缩率5%,具有良好的机械性能,表面有较好的光泽,能电镀金属化处理,易印刷。ABS是三种组分组成的,故它有三种组分的综合力学性能,丙烯晴使使ABS具有良好的表面硬度,耐热性和耐化学腐蚀性,丁二烯使ABS坚韧,苯乙烯使ABS具有良好的成型加工型和着色性。
苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物具有优良的性能,如卓越的介电性能、吸湿性、吸水量少,耐化腐蚀和表面硬度、易于成型加工等,具有良好的韧性刚性和流动性,还具有很好的抗冲强度,在低温下也不迅速下降,ABS屈服强度50Mpa,抗拉强度38Mpa,断裂伸长率35%,抗拉弹性模量1.8Mpa,抗压强度53Mpa,抗剪强度24Mpa,ABS一般使用温度为180-240℃熔点在170℃,分解温度为260℃。燃烧比较缓慢,离火后仍能继续燃烧,火焰呈黄色,并产生大量的黑烟和烟束。聚丙烯常用来制造家用电部件,家用电器外壳及各种制品的外壳,还有洗衣桶、电冰箱内箱、电风扇及吸尘器,日常用品如周转箱、包装和食品的薄膜及容器等;化工设备的管道和容器等ABS还可以用来制造水表壳,纺织器材,电器零件,文教体育用品,玩具,电子琴及收录机壳体,ABS在机械工业上用来制造齿轮,泵叶轮,轴承,把手,管道,电机外壳,仪表壳,仪表盘,冰箱外壳,蓄电池槽,冷藏库和冰箱衬里等,汽车工业上,用来制造挡泥板,扶手,热空气调节导管,加热器等。
但传统的注塑模具还具有以下缺点:(1)传统的注塑模具在注塑完之后不能一次注射成型,注射成型后需要修改;(2)传统的注塑模具精度、产量低塑件表面的质量不好,容易留下痕迹;(3)传统的注塑模具冷却速度慢,尺寸不稳定,容易发生缩孔、凹陷及变形,塑件壁厚不均匀,产生缺口和尖角,塑件有毛刺。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种专用芯体托盘模具。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种专用芯体托盘模具,其组成包括:动模座板,所述的动模座板上安装有支撑板,所述的动模座板设置有垃圾钉,所述的动模底板和所述的支撑板通过内六角螺钉B与定模板连接,所述的定模扳内部安装有型腔板、型芯板,所述的定模板通过内六角螺钉A与定模座板连接,所述的定模座中心安装有定位环,所述的定位环下设置有浇口套,所述的动模座板上设置有推板,所述的推板通过内六角螺钉C与推杆固定板连接,所述的推板固定板上安装顶杆,所述的顶杆穿过定模板及型芯板。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的定模板分为上层定模板、下层定模板,所述的上层定模板与下层定模板之间设置有侧边锁模器。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的型腔板具有两个方形凹槽,所述的型芯板具有两个方形凸台,所述的凹槽与凸台之间具有塑模型腔。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的推杆固定板与所述的推板之间设置有推板导套,所述的推板导套设置有推板导柱,所述的推板导柱上端与所述的定模板连接,所述的推板导柱下端固定在定模座板上。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的定模板具有导柱,所述的导柱为圆柱形,所述的导柱下端固定在下层定模板,所述的上层定模板具有导套,所述的导套为圆套形,所述的导柱***导套内。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的上层定模板安装有型腔板,所述的型腔板的凹槽口向下,所述的下层定模板安装有型芯板,所述的型芯板的凸台顶向上。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的推杆固定板与定模板之间具有间隙。
所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的浇口套与塑模型腔相通。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的工作原理为:专用芯体托盘模具工作,动模向定模方向移动,直到动、定模对合。对合之后形成闭合模腔,形成的锁模力起作用。此时浇注***工作,熔料充满模腔并经过保压、补塑和冷却定型之后,模具开模,从而使模具动、定模开启。塑件和凝料在脱模机构作用下与模具脱离,完成一次注射成型。
2、本发明结构简单,精度高而且产量高,采用一模两腔的模具形式,保证塑件表面的质量要求,并且选择点浇口成型,浇口位置安排在塑件侧面。能够使表面看起来光滑,不在表面留下痕迹。
3、本发明冷却速度快,适当延长冷却时间,尺寸稳定,收缩率大而且波动范围大,不发生缩孔、凹陷及变形,塑件壁厚均匀,不产生缺口和尖角,防止应力集中,浇口附近残余应力小,塑件无缺陷,无毛刺,自然成型圆角。

一种专用芯体托盘模具,其组成包括:动模座板20,所述的动模座板上安装有支撑板18,所述的动模座板设置有垃圾钉14,所述的动模底板和所述的支撑板通过内六角螺钉B,件号:13,与定模板2连接,所述的定模扳内部安装有型腔板3、型芯板4,所述的定模板通过内六角螺钉A,件号:8,与定模座板1连接,所述的定模座中心安装有定位环5,所述的定位环下设置有浇口套6,所述的动模座板上设置有推板19,所述的推板通过内六角螺钉C,件号:12,与推杆固定板17连接,所述的推板固定板上安装顶杆7,所述的顶杆穿过定模板及型芯板。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的定模板分为上层定模板、下层定模板,所述的上层定模板与下层定模板之间设置有侧边锁模器9。
实施例3:
根据实施例1所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的型腔板具有两个方形凹槽,所述的型芯板具有两个方形凸台,所述的凹槽与凸台之间具有塑模型腔。
实施例4:
根据实施例1所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的推杆固定板与所述的推板之间设置有推板导套11,所述的推板导套设置有推板导柱10,所述的推板导柱上端与所述的定模板连接,所述的推板导柱下端固定在定模座板上。
实施例5:
根据实施例2所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的定模板具有导柱16,所述的导柱为圆柱形,所述的导柱下端固定在下层定模板,所述的上层定模板具有导套15,所述的导套为圆套形,所述的导柱***导套内。
实施例6:
根据实施例3所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的上层定模板安装有型腔板,所述的型腔板的凹槽口向下,所述的下层定模板安装有型芯板,所述的型芯板的凸台顶向上。
实施例7:
根据实施例1所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的推杆固定板与定模板之间具有间隙。
实施例8:
根据实施例1或3所述的专用芯体托盘模具,所述的浇口套与塑模型腔相通。
实施例9:
根据实施例1-8所述的专用芯体托盘模具,ABS塑料注塑时需设计冷却***,采用水冷却,动模板和定模板上分别开设四条冷却水道,孔直径为8mm,水流速不低于1.2m/s。
实施例10:
根据实施例1-8所述的专用芯体托盘模具,最佳实施尺寸,专用芯体托盘模具外形尺寸为300×400,浇口套球面半径为19mm大于注塑机喷嘴球面半径18mm.浇口套小端口径为Φ4.5mm大于注塑机喷嘴口径Φ4mm,模具闭合后高度270mm注射机最大模板厚度为350mm,推出距离35mm,模具最大推出距为85mm。

1.一种专用芯体托盘模具,其组成包括:动模座板,其特征是:所述的动模座板上安装有支撑板,所述的动模座板设置有垃圾钉,所述的动模底板和所述的支撑板通过内六角螺钉B与定模板连接,所述的定模扳内部安装有型腔板、型芯板,所述的定模板通过内六角螺钉A与定模座板连接,所述的定模座中心安装有定位环,所述的定位环下设置有浇口套,所述的动模座板上设置有推板,所述的推板通过内六角螺钉C与推杆固定板连接,所述的推板固定板上安装顶杆,所述的顶杆穿过定模板及型芯板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的定模板分为上层定模板、下层定模板,所述的上层定模板与下层定模板之间设置有侧边锁模器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的型腔板具有两个方形凹槽,所述的型芯板具有两个方形凸台,所述的凹槽与凸台之间具有塑模型腔。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的推杆固定板与所述的推板之间设置有推板导套,所述的推板导套设置有推板导柱,所述的推板导柱上端与所述的定模板连接,所述的推板导柱下端固定在定模座板上。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的定模板具有导柱,所述的导柱为圆柱形,所述的导柱下端固定在下层定模板,所述的上层定模板具有导套,所述的导套为圆套形,所述的导柱***导套内。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的上层定模板安装有型腔板,所述的型腔板的凹槽口向下,所述的下层定模板安装有型芯板,所述的型芯板的凸台顶向上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的推杆固定板与定模板之间具有间隙。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的专用芯体托盘模具,其特征是:所述的浇口套与塑模型腔相通。
