本发明是为了让喜爱它的人们可以自己制作品尝,而提供一种酸辣鱼头的制作方法。本发明是由下述方法实现的,原料:大头鱼鱼头、面条。配料:指天椒、蒜头、白醋、白糖、蒸鱼酱油、蚝油、番茄沙司、豆豉、胡椒粉、油、盐、料酒、姜。其特征是先自制酸辣泡椒;把鱼头加料酒、姜片腌十分钟;在做好的酸辣泡椒里,加入蒸鱼酱油、蚝油、番茄沙司、豆豉、胡椒粉、油搅拌均匀,成蒸鱼料;把调制的蒸鱼料淋到鱼头下,下蒸锅大火蒸八分钟;再将热油淋到蒸好的鱼头上即可。

发明内容
本发明的目的是为了让喜爱它的人们可以自己制作品尝,而提供一种酸辣鱼头的制作方法。本发明是由下述方法实现的,指天椒拍一拍再切碎,蒜头也拍碎,取一个小碗,把这两样放进小碗里,加一小勺白醋、白糖、盐,腌半个小时,这就是自制的酸辣泡椒;把鱼头去鳃,去鳞,冲洗干净,加料酒、姜片腌十分钟;烧水,水开后把面条下锅,煮三分钟,不要煮得太烂了,稍有一点心即可捞出泡冰水,使面条不易粘连且爽口;在做好的酸辣泡椒里,加入蒸鱼酱油、蚝油、番茄沙司、豆豉、胡椒粉、油搅拌均匀,成蒸鱼料;取一个大的深口盘,把面条放到盘底,把腌过的鱼头摆到面条上,把刚才调制的蒸鱼料淋到鱼头下,下蒸锅大火蒸八分钟;锅里放油,烧热,淋到蒸好的鱼头上即可。

1.一种酸辣鱼头的制作方法,其特征在于原料:大头鱼鱼头、面条,配料:指天椒、蒜头、白醋、白糖、蒸鱼酱油、蚝油、番茄沙司、豆豉、胡椒粉、油、盐、料酒、姜。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种酸辣鱼头的制作方法,其特征在于:指天椒拍一拍再切碎,蒜头也拍碎,取一个小碗,把这两样放进小碗里,加一小勺白醋、白糖、盐,腌半个小时,这就是自制的酸辣泡椒;把鱼头去鳃,去鳞,冲洗干净,加料酒、姜片腌十分钟;烧水,水开后把面条下锅,煮三分钟,不要煮得太烂了,稍有一点心即可捞出泡冰水,使面条不易粘连且爽口;在做好的酸辣泡椒里,加入蒸鱼酱油、蚝油、番茄沙司、豆豉、胡椒粉、油搅拌均匀,成蒸鱼料;取一个大的深口盘,把面条放到盘底,把腌过的鱼头摆到面条上,把刚才调制的蒸鱼料淋到鱼头下,下蒸锅大火蒸八分钟;锅里放油,烧热,淋到蒸好的鱼头上即可。
