本发明涉及鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,更具体而言,涉及一种提供通过外盖的一侧旋转的锁定功能,彻底阻断在携带时外盖被外部压力加压,从而不仅能够防止冲洗液的不必要的消耗,而且还能够防止顶盖的内部被污染的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器。 
背景技术
通常,鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器是指,用于将鼻腔冲洗液投入到鼻腔内来治疗鼻腔内部的各种疾患或去除杂质、并防止干燥的容器,鼻腔是指前方通过外鼻孔与外界相通,后方通过后鼻腔与咽喉相通的部位。
如上述向鼻腔投入的鼻腔冲洗液通常最多使用的是3%的食盐水,但近来已开发出含有竹盐等各种成分的功能性鼻腔冲洗液。
近年来,由于汽车尾气引起的大气污染、春季的花粉和沙尘暴、以及换季时流行的感冒病毒等通过口鼻被吸入而多会发生在人体内积累有害物质、或者诱发各种呼吸器官疾病、花粉症以及感冒的情况,因此出现打鼾症状的人也不断增加。
很多医学报告已经揭示了鼻腔冲洗对这样的各种呼吸器官疾病是有效的,而且患有各种呼吸器官疾病的患者们一天冲洗多次鼻腔。
下面,参照注册实用新型第20-0165667号,对现有的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器进行说明。参照上述注册实用新型,现有的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的特征在于,其构成为:容器(100),其容纳清洗液;盖(200),其螺纹结合于所述容器(100)的口部;喷嘴(300),其可上下移动的方式结合于盖(200),并在其下侧部形成通过手指钩住来上下移动的搭扣(310),在其内侧上部形成储液室(320),同时在其上端部形成喷出清洗液的喷出孔(32l);调节杆(330),其***到所述喷嘴(300)的储液室(320)内以使清洗液微细均匀喷射;以及阀(500)、(510),其根据所述喷嘴(300)的上下移动而使得内置在所述容器(100)内的清洗液被储藏到所述储液室(310)内,并使得储藏的清洗液通过喷出孔(311)喷出。
如上述构成的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的特征在于,其构成为,喷嘴(300)可向上滑动地被结合在容器(100)的盖(200)上,随着将手指搭在搭扣(310)上反复按压,在内部的阀(500)、(510)的作用下使得清洗液喷出,从而便于携带而使用。
但是,如上述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器不具备用于限制搭扣(310)的上下移动的锁定手段,因此存在如下问题:当放在包里而携带时,尽管使用者没有操作但也会有压力施加到搭扣(310)上而导致清洗液的流出,因此不仅是不必要地消耗内容物,而且顶盖内部也会被污染。 
发明内容
【要解决的技术问题】
本发明是为了解决上述问题而做出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其提供通过外盖的一侧旋转的锁定功能,彻底阻断在携带时外盖被外部压力加压,从而不仅能够防止冲洗液的不必要的消耗而且还能够防止顶盖内部被污染。
【解决问题的技术手段】
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的特征在于,包括:容器本体,其容纳内容物;内盖,其以环绕容器本体的上部的方式结合,并在侧面凸出形成有抽吸防止凸起;外盖,其构成为以环绕所述内盖的上部的方式可旋转地结合,并根据通过旋转的抽吸防止凸起的位置进行升降移动;抽吸部件,其通过根据所述外盖的升降移动的抽吸作用而向外部排出内容物;以及顶盖,其以环绕所述外盖的上部的方式结合。
另外,其特征在于,所述外盖包括:帽体,其以环绕所述内盖的上部的方式结合,并且其下端一部分被切开而形成***槽,所述抽吸防止凸起随着旋转而***到所述***槽中;以及结合管,其从所述帽体的上端中央部分向上方向凸出形成,并与所述抽吸部件结合而向抽吸部件施加压力。
另外,其特征在于,所述帽体的内周面上形成***所述抽吸防止凸起的抽吸引导槽,所述抽吸引导槽的长度与抽吸防止凸起的长度相比相等或者更长,使得不会发生随着帽体的下降的、与抽吸防止凸起之间的干扰。

所述***槽(311)在通过外盖(300)的旋转来***所述抽吸防止凸起(210)时,构成为与抽吸防止凸起(210)的上端接触,使得维持不实现抽吸作用的锁定状态。优选的是,所述***槽(311)是相对的一对,使得能够各自***一对抽吸防止凸起(210)。
另外,其特征在于,所述帽体(310)的内周面上形成***所述抽吸防止凸起(210)的一对抽吸引导槽(312),所述抽吸引导槽(312)在锁定状态下90度旋转外盖(300)时,构成为能够***抽吸防止凸起(210),但优选所述抽吸引导槽(312)的长度与抽吸防止凸起(210)的长度相比相等或者更长,使得能够在抽吸防止凸起(210)被***的状态下,没有抽吸防止凸起(210)的干扰而进行外盖(300)的升降引起的抽吸作用。
所述抽吸引导槽(312)形成一侧缓慢的倾斜面,使得在外盖(300)的旋转时不会发生与所述抽吸防止凸起(210)之间的干扰,所述抽吸引导槽(312)的其他侧构成为垂直面使得不能进行外盖(300)的逆方向的旋转。
所述外盖(300)的特点是,其构成为只有在内盖(200)的闭锁方向旋转,由此能够防止外盖(300)的逆方向旋转引起的容器本体(100)和内盖(200)之间的螺纹结合的解除。
另一方面,当在抽吸防止凸起(210)***到***槽(311)锁定状态下旋转外盖(300)时,所述帽体(310)的内周面上优选形成有旋转引导凸起(313),所述旋转引导凸起(313)形成缓慢的倾斜面,使得没有与所述抽吸防止凸起(210)之间的干扰而容易进行外盖(300)的旋转。
另外,所述帽体(310)的外周面上优选形成有表示旋转方向的旋转标示部(314),使得使用者能够识别外盖(300)的旋转方向。
另外,所述外盖(300)的内侧的、与所述锁定凸起(230)接触的部分形成锁定爪(316),使得能够防止外盖(300)从内盖(200)中脱离。
所述结合管(320)凸出形成为从所述帽体(310)的上端中央部向上方向,其内侧结合于抽吸部件(400)的上部,从而在使用者的加压引起的外盖(300)的下降时,将其压力传达到抽吸部件(400),使抽吸部件(400)的抽吸作用变为可能。
所述结合管(320)的上端形成排出孔(321),所述排出孔(321)是通过抽吸部件(400)的抽吸作用将内容物排出到外部,所述排出孔(321)的上部结合于将内容物排出到外部的喷嘴(322)。
所述抽吸部件(400)结合于所述外盖(300)的内侧,通过外盖(300)的升降的移动引起的抽吸作用,将内容物排出到外部,其下端结合于吸入容器本体(100)中被容纳的内容物的吸入管(310)。形成所述抽吸部件(400)的各构成是本发明的技术领域中的公知常识,省略其详细的说明。
所述顶盖(500)是以环绕所述外盖(300)的结合管(320)的方式结合,结合于结合管(320)的下部中形成的结合凸起(323),从而从外部的冲击中保护喷嘴(322)。 
以下,参照图4至图6,对本发明的最佳实施例的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的使用方法进行说明。
图4以及图5是示出本发明的最佳实施例的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的随着外盖的旋转的抽吸防止凸起的位置的说明图,图6是示出本发明的最佳实施例的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器的随着外盖的升降移动的内容物排出过程的说明图。
参照图4至图6,本发明的最佳实施例的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器在最初使用时,在内盖(200)的抽吸防止凸起(210)被***到外盖(300)的***槽(311)的锁定状态下90度旋转外盖(300)时,能够实现向抽吸引导槽(312)的抽吸防止凸起(210)的***。这时,外盖(300)构成为通过旋转引导凸起(313),没有与抽吸防止凸起(210)之间的干扰而实现旋转。
如上述,当实现向抽吸引导槽(312)的抽吸防止凸起(210)的***时,解除锁定状态而能够进行外盖(300)的升降移动,通过使用者的加压引起的外盖(300)的升降移动而发生抽吸部件(400)的抽吸作用,从而实现内容物的排出。这时,所述抽吸引导槽(312)优选形成为其长度与抽吸防止凸起(210)的长度相比相等或者更长,使得在外盖(300)的升降时不会由抽吸防止凸起(210)引起干扰。
附图及说明书公开了最佳实施例。在此虽使用了特定术语,但是,这些只不过是为说明本发明的目的而使用的,并不是用来限定含义或者限制权利要求范围所记载的本发明的范围。因此,本发明所属领域的技术人员可由此进行各种变形及均等的实施。并且,本发明的真正的技术保护范围应由权利要求范围的技术思想而决定。 

Claims (7)

1. 一种鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于,包括:
容器本体,其容纳内容物;
内盖,其以环绕所述容器本体的上部的方式结合,并在侧面凸出形成抽吸防止凸起;
外盖,其构成为以环绕所述内盖的上部的方式可旋转地结合,并根据通过旋转的所述抽吸防止凸起的位置而进行升降移动;
抽吸部件,其通过根据所述外盖的升降移动的抽吸作用而向外部排出内容物;以及
顶盖,其以环绕所述外盖的上部的方式结合。
2. 如权利要求1所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述外盖包括:
帽体,以环绕所述内盖的上部的方式结合,并且其下端一部分被切开而形成***槽,所述防抽吸凸起通过旋转而***到所述***槽中;以及
结合管,其从所述帽体的上端中央部分向上方向凸出形成,并与所述抽吸部件结合而向抽吸部件施加压力。
3. 如权利要求2所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述帽体的内周面上形成***所述抽吸防止凸起的抽吸引导槽,所述抽吸引导槽的长度与抽吸防止凸起的长度相比相等或者更长,使得不会发生随着帽体的下降的、与抽吸防止凸起之间的干扰。
4. 如权利要求3所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述抽吸引导槽构成为其一侧形成缓慢的倾斜面,使得外盖旋转时不会发生与抽吸防止凸起之间的干扰。
5. 如权利要求2所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述帽体的内周面上形成缓慢的倾斜面,使得外盖旋转时不会发生与抽吸防止凸起之间的干扰。
6. 如权利要求1所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述外盖的外周面上形成表示旋转方向的旋转标示部。
7. 如权利要求1所述的鼻腔冲洗液喷射容器,其特征在于, 
所述内盖的上部形成限制所述外盖的上升的锁定凸起,所述外盖的内侧的与所述锁定凸起相接触的部分形成锁定爪。
