本发明提供了一种集尘器，由操作台、集尘装置和吸尘装置组成，所述操作台台面上设有通孔，所述集尘装置上端固定于操作台台面底部，并通过通孔与操作台台面上方连通，所述集尘装置下端与吸尘装置相连接；所述集尘器，可将极片上粘附的粉尘进行统一收集，除尘效率高，且粉尘不会对环境造成二次污染，适合规模化工业生产的需要。

本发明涉及一种收集装置，尤其是一种集尘器。
背景技术
锂离子电池具有电压高、比能量高、循环使用次数多、存储时间长等优点，不仅在移动电话、数码摄像机和手提电脑等便携式电子设备上得到广泛应用，而且也广泛应用于电动汽车、电动自行车以及电动工具等大中型电动设备方面，因此对锂离子电池的安全性能要求越来越高。电极极片是锂离子电池的重要组成部分，是锂离子电池的核心，然而，现有的电极极片在生产过程中极易粘附粉尘，而影响极片的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集尘器。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种集尘器，由操作台、集尘装置和吸尘装置组成，所述操作台台面上设有通孔，所述集尘装置上端固定于操作台台面底部，并通过通孔与操作台台面上方连通，所述集尘装置下端与吸尘装置相连接。
优选的，上述集尘器，所述操作台台面上垂直固定有挡块。
优选的，上述集尘器，所述吸尘装置由风机叶轮、电动机和喉管组成，所述发动机与风机叶轮相连接，所述风机叶轮通过喉管连通到所述集尘装置下端。
优选的，上述集尘器，所述集尘装置内部设置有可拆卸的集尘袋。
本发明结构有如下有益效果：
上述集尘器，可将极片上粘附的粉尘进行统一收集，除尘效率高，且粉尘不会对环境造成二次污染，适合规模化工业生产的需要。

如图1所示，所述集尘器，由操作台1、集尘装置4和吸尘装置5组成，所述操作台1台面上设有通孔2，该操作台1台面上垂直固定有挡块3，防止极片在除尘过程中发生位移，所述集尘装置4上端固定于操作台1台面底部，并通过通孔2与操作台1台面上方连通，所述吸尘装置5由风机叶轮、电动机和喉管组成，所述发动机与风机叶轮相连接，所述风机叶轮通过喉管连通到所述集尘装置4下端，所述集尘装置4内部设置有可拆卸的集尘袋。
