本发明公开了一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40—41份、聚合物多元醇:20—21份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.1—0.2份、三亚乙基二胺:0.5—0.6份、二乙醇胺:1—1.2份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.4—0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.1—0.15份、水:2—2.5份。本发明的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫力学性能好,回弹性:62—65%,伸长率:130—140%,撕裂强度:2.8—2.85N/cm,拉伸强度:150—155KPa,负荷:420—430N,生产成本降低20—25%,生产周期降低10—15%,密度,密度分布良好,热老化性能好。

Description

一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫胶是一种将聚氨酯预聚物﹑发泡剂﹑催化剂等组分装填于耐压气雾罐中的特殊聚氨酯产品。当物料从气雾罐中喷出时,沫状的聚氨酯物料会迅速膨胀并与空气或接触到的基体中的水分发生固化反应形成泡沫。固化后的泡沫具有填缝﹑粘结﹑密封﹑隔热﹑吸音等多种效果,是一种环保节能﹑使用方便的材料。但也是一种极易燃烧的物质。
聚氨酯硬泡体是一种具有保温与防水功能的新型合成材料,其导热系数低,相当于挤塑板的一半,是目前所有保温材料中导热系数最低的。目前聚氨酯泡沫塑料主要应用在建筑物外墙保温,屋面防水保温一体化、冷库保温隔热、管道保温材料、建筑板材、冷藏车及冷库隔热材等。
随着聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的原材料、加工工艺技术的进步和制品的商业专业化的需要,出现了按产品功能为主的分类,如,普通柔软泡沫、抗静电软泡、亲油性软泡、亲水性软泡、吸能性软泡等,这些都是随市场细化、专业化需要发展起来的泡沫新品种,发展较快,分类也十分繁杂。目前对聚氨酯软质泡沫体的分类仍以加工方式,即预聚体法、半预聚体法和一步法的传统分类为宜。软泡、高回弹软泡、热模塑软泡、冷模塑软泡、超柔软泡沫、抗静电软泡、亲油性软泡、亲水性软泡、吸能性软泡等,这些都是随市场细化、专业化需要发展起来的泡沫新品种,发展较快,分类也十分繁杂。
现有技术中的聚氨酯泡沫性能还不够理想,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,力学性能良好,回弹性高。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40—41份、聚合物多元醇:20—21份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.1—0.2份、三亚乙基二胺:0.5—0.6份、二乙醇胺:1—1.2份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.4—0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.1—0.15份、水:2—2.5份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.2—41份、聚合物多元醇:20—21份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.12—0.2份、三亚乙基二胺:0.53—0.6份、二乙醇胺:1.05—1.2份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.4—0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.1—0.15份、水:2—2.5份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.2份、聚合物多元醇:20.5份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.18份、三亚乙基二胺:0.55份、二乙醇胺:1.15份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.42份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.13份、水:2.2份。
优选的,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.5份、聚合物多元醇:20.3份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.15份、三亚乙基二胺:0.58份、二乙醇胺:1.05份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.45份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.12份、水:2.4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫力学性能好,回弹性:62—65%,伸长率:130—140%,撕裂强度:2.8—2.85N/cm,拉伸强度:150—155KPa,负荷:420—430N,生产成本降低20—25%,生产周期降低10—15%,密度,密度分布良好,热老化性能好。

下面对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40份、聚合物多元醇:21份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.1份、三亚乙基二胺:0.6份、二乙醇胺:1份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.1份、水:2.5份。
经检测:回弹性:62%,伸长率:140%,撕裂强度:2.8N/cm,拉伸强度:155KPa,负荷:420N。
实施例2:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:41份、聚合物多元醇:20份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.2份、三亚乙基二胺:0.5份、二乙醇胺:1.2份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.4份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.15份、水:2份。
经检测:回弹性:65%,伸长率:130%,撕裂强度:2.85N/cm,拉伸强度:150KPa,负荷:430N。
实施例3:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.2份、聚合物多元醇:20.5份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.18份、三亚乙基二胺:0.55份、二乙醇胺:1.15份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.42份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.13份、水:2.2份。
经检测:回弹性:62%,伸长率:130%,撕裂强度:2.8N/cm,拉伸强度:150KPa,负荷:424N。
实施例4:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.5份、聚合物多元醇:20.5份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.15份、三亚乙基二胺:0.55份、二乙醇胺:1.1份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.45份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.15份、水:2.2份。
经检测:回弹性:64%,伸长率:135%,撕裂强度:2.84N/cm,拉伸强度:153KPa,负荷:428N。
实施例5:
一种高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.5份、聚合物多元醇:20.3份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.15份、三亚乙基二胺:0.58份、二乙醇胺:1.05份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.45份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.12份、水:2.4份。
经检测:回弹性:63%,伸长率:132%,撕裂强度:2.82N/cm,拉伸强度:154KPa,负荷:425N。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于:各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.2—41份、聚合物多元醇:20—21份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.12—0.2份、三亚乙基二胺:0.53—0.6份、二乙醇胺:1.05—1.2份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.4—0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.1—0.15份、水:2—2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于:各成分及其重量比为:聚醚多元醇:40.2份、聚合物多元醇:20.5份、双二甲胺基乙基醚:0.18份、三亚乙基二胺:0.55份、二乙醇胺:1.15份、硅酮表面活性剂:0.42份、二甲基乙醇胺:0.13份、水:2.2份。
