Abstract
本发明公开了一种手持式钻机减速装置,在壳体中装有输出轴行星齿轮架,输出轴行星齿轮架与壳体内壁之间装有轴承,在输出轴行星齿轮架上通过轴销装有双联行星齿轮,在壳体的内壁上装有内齿轮,双联行星齿轮的小齿轮与内齿轮啮合,双联行星齿轮的大齿轮与主动齿轮啮合。本发明具有如下的技术效果,把行星齿轮改双联行星齿轮。这样,可以在保持壳体径向尺寸不变的前提下,适当增加轴向尺寸,使双联行星齿轮中与主动齿轮啮合的齿轮增加齿数,与内齿轮啮合的齿轮减少齿数,从而起到减速的效果。如此,既保持了减速箱与马达外观连接一致性,也尽量保持了手持式钻机的轻便性,还确保降速达到安全标准要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于手持式钻机的减速装置。
背景技术
在煤矿井下作业中,手持式钻机是常用的工具之一,由于空载转速过高会造成安全隐患,煤矿安全标准新规定要求:手持式钻机空载转速在0.63Mpa气压下不允许超过1100转/分钟。而目前手持式钻机减速装置,在行星齿轮架上依次装有行星齿轮,主动齿轮与行星齿轮啮合,行星齿轮与内齿轮啮合,工作时,序主动齿轮旋转,带动行星齿轮旋转,在内齿轮的作用下,行星齿轮不仅自转,还通过销轴带动行星齿轮架进行公转,行星齿轮架的转速即为减速后的输出转速,要降低行星齿轮架的输出转速,在保持主动齿轮不变的前提下,必须要增加行星齿轮及内齿轮的齿数。这样势必会加大减速箱的径向尺寸,造成减速箱与马达外观的不协调,体积的加大还降低了手持式钻机的轻便性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在不增加减速箱体积的手持式钻机的减速装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种手持式钻机减速装置,在壳体中装有输出轴行星齿轮架,输出轴行星齿轮架与壳体内壁之间装有轴承,在输出轴行星齿轮架上通过轴销装有双联行星齿轮,在壳体的内壁上装有内齿轮,双联行星齿轮的小齿轮与内齿轮啮合,双联行星齿轮的大齿轮与主动齿轮啮合。
输出轴行星齿轮架与壳体内壁之间装有一对轴承,在两个轴承之间装有隔套。
本发明具有如下的技术效果,把行星齿轮改双联行星齿轮。这样,可以在保持壳体径向尺寸不变的前提下,适当增加轴向尺寸,使双联行星齿轮中与主动齿轮啮合的齿轮增加齿数,与内齿轮啮合的齿轮减少齿数,从而起到减速的效果。如此,既保持了减速箱与马达外观连接一致性,也尽量保持了手持式钻机的轻便性,还确保降速达到安全标准要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种手持式钻机减速装置,在壳体1中装有输出轴行星齿轮架8,输出轴行星齿轮架8与壳体1内壁之间装有轴承2,在输出轴行星齿轮架8上通过轴销4装有双联行星齿轮7,在壳体1的内壁上装有内齿轮5,双联行星齿轮6的小齿轮601与内齿轮5啮合,双联行星齿轮7的大齿轮602与主动齿轮7啮合;输出轴行星齿轮架8与壳体1内壁之间装有一对轴承2,在两个轴承2之间装有隔套3。
Claims (2)
1.一种手持式钻机减速装置,其特征在于:在壳体(1)中装有输出轴行星齿轮架(8),输出轴行星齿轮架(8)与壳体(1)内壁之间装有轴承(2),在输出轴行星齿轮架(8)上通过轴销(4)装有双联行星齿轮(6),在壳体(1)的内壁上装有内齿轮(5),双联行星齿轮(6)的小齿轮(601)与内齿轮(5)啮合,双联行星齿轮(6)的大齿轮(602)与主动齿轮(7)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式钻机减速装置,其特征在于:输出轴行星齿轮架(8)与壳体(1)内壁之间装有一对轴承(2),在两个轴承(2)之间装有隔套(3)。
