技术领域
本发明涉及利用电磁感应以非接触方式对设置于车辆的受电单元供电的供电装置。
背景技术
以往,作为非接触的供电装置,已知有设置于地面向搭载于车辆的受电单元供电的装置(例如,专利文献1)。
在专利文献1中,包括送电单元和受电单元两个单元。送电单元具有环形的送电线圈和容纳该线圈的壳体,设置于驻车空间等车辆停止的位置的路面侧。受电单元具有环形的受电线圈和容纳该线圈的壳体,设置于车辆底面的与设置于地面的送电单元相对的位置。与受电单元相对的送电单元的壳体面(以下称为“上表面”),与送电线圈的径向平行地形成。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
但是,以往的供电装置中,由于送电单元的上表面与送电线圈的径向平行,所以上表面上容易存在异物。存在上表面上的异物因供电过程中穿过许多磁通而被加热成高温的问题。另外,由于异物被加热成高温,导致在与异物接触的部分开孔等而产生上表面的损伤,其结果,从损伤部分进入的异物等会给送电线圈的供电处理带来影响。
本发明的目的在于,提供能够抑制供电过程中异物被加热而变成高温的供电装置。
解决问题的方案
本发明的一形态的供电装置采用以下的结构,利用电磁感应以非接触方式对于设置于车辆的受电单元供电,具备:与所述受电单元相对而对所述受电单元供电的环形的供电线圈;以及容纳所述供电线圈的壳体,在所述壳体的与所述受电单元相对的面即上表面形成有:第一倾斜部,在将所述供电线圈向所述受电单元的方向投影到所述壳体时投影所述供电线圈的部分,在所述供电线圈的径向,随着从顶部靠近所述供电线圈的内边缘部而渐渐接近所述供电线圈;第二倾斜部,在投影所述供电线圈的部分,在所述供电线圈的径向,随着从所述顶部靠近所述供电线圈的外周而渐渐接近所述供电线圈;以及凹部,与所述第一倾斜部的所述顶部侧不同的端部相连。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够抑制供电过程中异物被加热而变成高温。

(实施方式1)
<充电***的结构>
图1是表示一例本发明实施方式1中的充电***10的结构的方框图。
充电***10具有供电装置100、车辆150、蓄电池154以及充电装置170。
在地面上设置或埋设供电装置100,以使供电单元103从地表g露出。供电装置100例如设置在驻车空间,在车辆150驻车过程中,与受电单元153相对而向充电装置170供电。此外,关于供电装置100的结构将在后面叙述。
车辆150具有蓄电池154和充电装置170,以蓄电池154为动力源而行驶。车辆150例如是HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle,油电混合动力车)、PHEV(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle,插电式混合动力汽车)或EV(ElectricVehicle,电动汽车)之类的能够利用蓄电池154的电力行驶的汽车。
蓄电池154储存由充电装置170供给的电力。
充电装置170具有车辆侧控制单元151和受电装置160,将从供电装置100供电的电力供给到蓄电池154。此外,关于充电装置170的结构的细节,将后述。
车辆侧控制单元151进行控制,以对受电装置160进行伴随充电的各种处理或伴随充电停止的各种处理。

<供电装置的结构>
供电装置100具有供电侧通信单元101、供电侧控制单元102和供电单元103。
供电侧通信单元101接收来自车辆侧通信单元152的供电开始信号或供电停止信号。供电侧通信单元101将接收到的供电开始信号或供电停止信号输出到供电侧控制单元102。

受电单元153设置于车辆150的底部,具有受电线圈153a,并且在对蓄电池154进行充电时,与供电单元103以非接触状态相对。受电单元153按照车辆侧控制单元151的控制,将从供电单元103向受电线圈153a供电的电力供给到蓄电池154。
<供电单元的结构>
图2是供电单元103的立体图,图3是从受电单元153的方向观察供电单元103得到的俯视图。另外,图4是图2的A-A线剖面图,图5是图2的B-B线剖面图,图6是图2的C-C线剖面图。以下,主要使用图2及图4对供电单元103的结构进行说明。
供电单元103具有供电线圈103a和壳体103b。
供电线圈103a是空心的环形,载置于壳体103b的内底面(底座)201。供电线圈103a例如连接到商用电源,通过从该电源供给电流而向受电单元153供电。例如通过卷绕金属细线来形成供电线圈103a。
壳体103b由底座201和罩202构成。底座201例如形成为四边的平板形状(例如参照图3)。作为底座201的材质,例如使用铝。另外,在底座201上载置供电线圈103a,安装有罩202。
作为罩202的材质,例如使用增强塑料等非金属材料。罩202包括:壳体103b的与受电单元153相对的面即上表面202a、壳体103b的与受电单元153相对的面中的上表面202a以外的部分即平坦部202b、以及罩202的侧部即外侧壁部202c。如将罩202安装于底座201,则壳体103b在上表面202a具有第一倾斜部203、第二倾斜部204和凹部206。特别地,在上表面202a中的、在将供电线圈103a向受电单元153的方向投影到壳体103b时供电线圈103a所投影的部分具有第一倾斜部203和第二倾斜部204。
第一倾斜部203形成为,在供电线圈103a的径向,从圆形的顶部205向供电线圈103a的内边缘部211向下倾斜、即以渐渐接近供电线圈103a的方式倾斜。这里,所谓供电线圈103a的径向是指与供电线圈103a的中心轴P1正交的方向。第一倾斜部203形成为,一端与顶部205连接,另一端与凹部206(侧部206a)连接。
第二倾斜部204形成为,在供电线圈103a的径向,从圆形的顶部205向供电线圈103a的外周212向下倾斜、即以渐渐接近供电线圈103a的方式倾斜。第二倾斜部204形成为,一端与顶部205连接,另一端与平坦部202b连接。
凹部206设置于与供电线圈103a的空心部分相当的位置。凹部206形成为,侧部206a与第一倾斜部203连接,底部206b与底座201相对而连接。
槽207形成在凹部206的底部206b中。槽207用于容纳从第一倾斜部203上滑落的异物。也可以将槽207设为能够容纳异物且人的手指等不能接触到所容纳的异物那样的形状。
增强构件208支撑第一倾斜部203。作为增强构件208的材质,例如使用绝缘体。通过这样构成,能够确保车辆150的轮胎在壳体103b上通过时的抗载能力。
<本实施方式的效果>
本实施方式中,在壳体103b的上表面202a,形成有在供电线圈103a的径向,随着靠近供电线圈103a的中心而渐渐接近供电线圈103a的第一倾斜部203、以及随之靠近供电线圈103a的外周212而渐渐接近供电线圈103a的第二倾斜部204两个倾斜部。由此,存在于第一倾斜部203上的异物滑落到设置于供电单元103的中央部的凹部206。这里,如上所述,凹部206相当于供电线圈103a的空心部分。但是,在凹部206,与供电线圈103a附近相比,异物的发热较少。由此,由于存在于第一倾斜部203上的异物滑落到凹部206,因此能够防止异物被加热变成高温的情况。另外,由于存在于第二倾斜部204上的异物向供电单元103的外部滑落,因此,能够防止异物被加热而变成高温的情况。
另外,本实施方式中,在供电单元103的壳体103b的与受电单元153相对的部分,形成第一倾斜部203及第二倾斜部204两个倾斜部。一般地,在本实施方式中,由于向车辆150的底部的受电单元153提供大电力,因此,供电线圈103a的形状变大,由于供电单元103与车辆150的底部之间的间隙的关系,无法在供电单元103的壳体103b设置足够的曲面。相对于此,根据本实施方式,通过在壳体103b的与受电单元153相对的部分形成两个倾斜部,从而与在壳体103b的与受电单元153相对的部分形成一个倾斜部的情况相比,能够使倾斜部(第一倾斜部203和第二倾斜部204)的厚度变薄。由此,通过抑制供电单元103的在车辆150的底面方向的高度,能够保证供电单元103与车辆150的底部之间的间隙。
此外,在本实施方式中,如图4所示,优选的是,壳体103b上的顶部205的位置是在供电线圈103a的中心轴P1方向上的、供电线圈103a的内边缘部211与外周212之间的中间部213的位置。其理由是由于在供电线圈103a的径向,存在于中间部213的位置的异物最容易发热。在壳体103b上,通过将中心轴P1方向上的距供电线圈103a的距离最远离的顶部205的位置设为异物最容易发热的中间部213的位置,即使在异物不滑落而停滞的情况下,也能够将异物的发热抑制在最小程度。
另外,在本实施方式中,也可以将第一倾斜部203和第二倾斜部204用保护罩覆盖,该保护罩用具有不到规定值的摩擦系数的材料实施了涂敷。例如,作为规定值,设定为能够使存在于各倾斜部的异物滑落的程度的值即可。通过这样构成,能够在第一倾斜部203和第二倾斜部204中使异物容易滑动,能够使异物可靠地向凹部206或供电单元103的外侧滑落。
此外,在上述实施方式中,也可以代替槽207,在凹部206的底部206b设置通孔。该通孔用于将从第一倾斜部203上滑落的异物向外部排出。
另外,在上述实施方式的供电单元103中,也可以在凹部206设置用于排水的配水管。通过这样构成,能够防止在凹部206部分积存水。

Claims (5)

1.供电装置,其利用电磁感应以非接触方式对于设置于车辆的受电单元供电,具备:
与所述受电单元相对而对所述受电单元供电的环形的供电线圈;以及
容纳所述供电线圈的壳体,
在所述壳体的与所述受电单元相对的面即上表面形成有:
第一倾斜部,在将所述供电线圈向所述受电单元的方向投影到所述壳体时投影所述供电线圈的部分,在所述供电线圈的径向,随着从顶部靠近所述供电线圈的内边缘部而渐渐接近所述供电线圈;
第二倾斜部,在投影所述供电线圈的部分,在所述供电线圈的径向,随着从所述顶部靠近所述供电线圈的外周而渐渐接近所述供电线圈;以及
凹部,与所述第一倾斜部的所述顶部侧不同的端部相连。
