Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管。其技术方案是:连续管整体由A段、B段、C段依次连接,其中,C段是分质注入连续管主体,远离火源处于低温区;B段包括外管、内管、热电偶电缆,所述外管与内管之间的空腔与毛细钢管连通,通过毛细钢管使空腔充满了抗高温防烧坏的液体,并且液体通过A段内壁上设有的多个喷射孔喷出形成防烧坏保护区;所述A段为喷嘴体,且内部装有热电偶,通过热电偶电缆将电信号传递到地面仪器,进而控制上提或下降连续油管。有益效果是:将水通过毛细钢管送到B段的外管和内管之间的空腔,从A段的内壁上四个小孔喷出,B段就成了内部充满水的“锅炉管”,从而避免了火焰四窜时注入管被烧坏。

一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气化采煤连续管,特别涉及一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管。
背景技术
随着气化采煤技术的发展,水平井连续管拖动向井下注入流体使煤层有序燃烧产生水煤气和半水煤气的技术日渐成熟。但由于煤层渗透性的问题,火焰有时会烧到注入连续管的喷嘴后边,使注入连续管 被烧断,喷嘴和热电偶失去作用,地面流体注入被迫中断,重新修复流体注入的井下管柱后,再次注入,这样就会影响气化采煤的质量和速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管。
一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管,其技术方案是:连续管整体由A段、B段、C段依次连接,其中,C段是分质注入连续管主体,远离火源处于低温区,由连续管5、毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3连接组成,毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3安设在连续管5内腔;B段的一端与A段连接,另一端与C段连接,B段包括外管1、内管2、热电偶电缆3,所述外管1与内管2之间的空腔与毛细钢管4连通,通过毛细钢管4使空腔充满了抗高温防烧坏的液体,并且液体通过A段内壁上设有的多个喷射孔11喷出形成防烧坏保护区;所述A段为喷嘴体8,且内部装有热电偶10,通过热电偶电缆3将电信号传递到地面仪器,进而控制上提或下降连续管。
上述的连续管5与内管2在连接处设有焊接环6,该焊接环6的内孔与内管2的内孔对正焊接密封牢固。
上述的外管1与C段的连续管5的直径的大小及壁厚相同,B段的内管2的外径与C段的毛细钢管4相匹配,B段外管1的内径与内管2的外径形成的环形空间的横截面积的大小,是毛细钢管4的过流面积的五倍,且所述的B段的长度不大于50米。
本发明提到的抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管的制造方法,包括以下制作步骤:
(一)把毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3一同穿入连续管5,穿入方法是采用连续管设备只将连续管5下入适合连续管长度的井内,再把毛细钢管和接好热电偶的热电偶电缆一起下到连续管5内,要求毛细钢管4长度大于等于连续管5的总长,两端伸出一段距离,且热电偶端伸出连续管5的长度大于A段加上B段的总长,然后起出穿越井待用;
(二)A段与B段焊接,先把B段的内管2与A段的内孔对正焊接密封牢固,焊缝的抗拉力不小于内管抗拉力的80%;再把焊接环6的内孔与内管2的内孔对正焊接密封牢固,焊缝的抗拉力不小于内管抗拉力的80%;然后将外管1经焊接环6套在内管2上,最后把外管1两端的焊缝分别与A段和焊接环6焊接密封牢固,焊缝的密封压力满足流体注入压力要求,焊缝的抗拉力大于外管抗拉力的80%;
(三)B段与C段焊接,焊接前首先把热电偶电缆3连同热电偶一起经焊接环6穿入B段伸到A段,并将热电偶10固定在A段,然后处理毛细钢管4焊接面与焊接环6的毛细钢管孔焊接面形状吻合一致,再将毛细钢管4与焊接环6上的毛细钢管焊接孔对正焊接密封牢固,最后将C段的连续管5与B段的外管1焊接密封牢固。
本发明的有益效果是:由A、B、C三段组成多通道连续管,固定测温装置(热电偶),控制注入流体的方向和流速,使燃烧炉膛尽量远离注入管,防止注入管过热损坏;将水通过毛细钢管送到B段的外管和内管之间的空腔,从A段的内壁上四个小孔喷出,B段就成了内部充满水的“锅炉管”,从而避免了火焰四窜时注入管被烧坏;C段是多通道连续管的主体段,为尽可能的增加主通道的面积降低主剂的注入压力,减少主体段多通道连续管的成本,提高经济性。

具体实施方式
结合附图1-5,对本发明作进一步的描述:
本发明提到的抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管,其技术方案是:连续管整体由A段、B段、C段依次连接,其中,C段是分质注入连续管主体,远离火源处于低温区,由连续管5、毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3连接组成,毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3安设在连续管5内腔;B段的一端与A段连接,另一端与C段连接,B段包括外管1、内管2、热电偶电缆3,所述外管1与内管2之间的空腔与毛细钢管4连通,通过毛细钢管4使空腔充满了抗高温防烧坏的液体,此处液体采用水,水通过A段内壁上设有的多个喷射孔11喷出形成防烧坏保护区;所述A段为喷嘴体8,且内部装有热电偶10,通过热电偶电缆3将电信号传递到地面仪器,进而控制上提或下降连续油管。
而且,A段、B段、C段三者焊接为一体,外观与等直径的同质连续油管完全一样,根据井下注入介质的不同,其材质可以是不锈钢、合金钢、碳钢等材料制成的不同直径的管材焊接而成的防烧坏多通道连续管。
其中,连续管5与内管2在连接处设有焊接环6,该焊接环6的内孔与内管2的内孔对正焊接密封牢固,且通过剖视图可以看到:外管与喷嘴体焊口7和内管与喷嘴体焊口9。
上述的外管1与C段的连续管5的直径的大小及壁厚相同,B段的内管2的外径与C段的毛细钢管4相匹配,B段外管1的内径与内管2的外径形成的环形空间的横截面积的大小,是毛细钢管4的过流面积的五倍,且所述的B段的长度不大于50米。
本发明首先选取材料:根据注入介质主剂 辅剂的性质、注入压力流量、温度等选取钢材的材质、钢板的厚度,注入连续管直径包括主管和辅管计算出加工主管和辅管所需的钢带宽度,采用适合的焊接方法、焊接设备在直缝焊成管机组上,焊出内管、外管、毛细钢管,然后按照图 1 所示分别加工A、B、C各段的配件。
以注纯氧为例:A段为316L不锈钢厚壁管与316L不锈钢圆钢加工的喷嘴体的组焊件其长度不大于1米,其作用是:连续管入井,固定热电偶,加工出B段来水的内喷嘴和焊接B段内管和外管的焊接面,喷嘴的过流面积应小于C段毛细钢管的过流面积。
B段为316L不锈钢带焊出的不同直径的等长直缝焊管,外管1直径的大小及壁厚与C段的连续管5相同,B段的内管2的外径是根据C段毛细钢管4的过流面积大小确定的,B段外管1的内径与内管2的外径形成的环形空间的横截面积的大小,是毛细钢管4的过流面积的5倍。内管2的厚度根据承压能力计算得到。B段的长度根据水平段的长度和煤层的 均质程度确定,一般不大于50米。E—E剖面焊接环的加工尺寸,内径与内管内径相同,外径小于并接近完工1的内径。毛细钢管焊接孔与毛细钢管4内径相同。
C段多通道连续管主体段连续管5与毛细钢管4的直径、壁厚根据各自通过流体的注入量,注入压力确定,长度根据水平井的井眼总长度确定。
热电偶电缆3是贯穿整根多通道连续管同长的耐热导线,主要作用是将井下的电流变化传到地面仪表、是外购件。
本发明提到的抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管的制造方法,包括以下制作步骤:
(一)把毛细钢管4和热电偶电缆3一同穿入连续管5,穿入方法是采用连续管设备只将连续管5下入适合连续管长度的井内,再把毛细钢管和接好热电偶的热电偶电缆,一起下到连续管5内,要求毛细钢管4长度大于等于连续管5的总长,两端伸出一段距离,且热电偶端伸出连续管5的长度大于A段加上B段的总长,然后起出穿越井待用;
(二)A段与B段焊接,先把B段的内管2与A段的内孔对正焊接密封牢固,焊缝的抗拉力不小于内管抗拉力的80%;再把焊接环6的内孔与内管2的内孔对正焊接密封牢固,焊缝的抗拉力不小于内管抗拉力的80%;然后将外管1经焊接环6套在内管2上,最后把外管1两端的焊缝分别与A段和焊接环6焊接密封牢固,焊缝的密封压力满足流体注入压力要求,焊缝的抗拉力大于外管抗拉力的80%;
(三)B段与C段焊接,焊接前首先把热电偶电缆3连同热电偶一起经焊接环6穿入B段伸到A段,并将热电偶10固定在A段,然后处理毛细钢管4焊接面与焊接环6的毛细钢管孔焊接面形状吻合一致,再将毛细钢管4与焊接环6上的毛细钢管焊接孔对正焊接密封牢固,最后将C段的连续管5与B段的外管1焊接密封牢固,焊缝要求同B段外管焊接相同。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管,其特征是:连续管整体由A段、B段、C段依次连接,其中,C段是分质注入连续管主体,远离火源处于低温区,由连续管(5)、毛细钢管(4)和热电偶电缆(3)连接组成,毛细钢管(4)和热电偶电缆(3)安设在连续管(5)内腔;B段的一端与A段连接,另一端与C段连接,B段包括外管(1)、内管(2)、热电偶电缆(3),所述外管(1)与内管(2)之间的空腔与毛细钢管(4)连通,通过毛细钢管(4)使空腔充满了抗高温防烧坏的液体,并且液体通过A段内壁上设有的多个喷射孔(11)喷出形成防烧坏保护区;所述A段为喷嘴体(8),且内部装有热电偶(10),通过热电偶电缆(3)将电信号传递到地面仪器,进而控制上提或下降连续管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗高温防烧坏多通道连续管,其特征是:所述的连续管(5)与内管(2)在连接处设有焊接环(6),该焊接环(6)的内孔与内管(2)的内孔对正焊接密封牢固。
