Abstract

一种服务器机柜,包括一柜体及一挡风装置,该挡风装置包括一固定于柜体的挡板架以及安装于该挡板架的泡棉体,该泡棉体包括一第一泡棉体及一与该第一泡棉体相接合的第二泡棉体,服务器机柜的连接线自第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处穿出。本发明服务器机柜及其挡风装置中,该挡风装置固定于服务器机柜外侧,遮挡服务器与交换机过线处的空隙,避免漏风且能防止空气回流影响服务器散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种服务器机柜及其挡风装置。
背景技术
服务器机柜不装服务器的空间一般都会装上挡风板,防止空气回流影响服务器的散热。当交换机的接口与服务器的接口不在机柜同侧时,需要拆下挡风板以供连接于交换机的接口与服务器的接口之间的线缆穿过,此时会出现漏风。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种避免漏风的服务器机柜及其挡风装置。
一种挡风装置,包括一挡板架以及安装于该挡板架的泡棉体,该挡板架设有一开口,该泡棉体包括一第一泡棉体及一与该第一泡棉体相接合的第二泡棉体,该第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处正对该开口。
一种服务器机柜,包括一柜体及一挡风装置,该挡风装置包括一挡板架以及安装于该挡板架的泡棉体,该挡板架设有一开口,该泡棉体包括一第一泡棉体及一与该第一泡棉体相接合的第二泡棉体,该第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处正对该开口。
相较现有技术,本发明服务器机柜的挡风装置固定于服务器机柜,机柜的线缆可穿过挡板架的开口自第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处穿出,可避免漏风,提高了服务器散热的散热效率。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明服务器机柜的较佳实施方式包括一柜体10、一挡风装置30及两螺钉50。
请一并参照图2、图3及图4,柜体10包括四个竖直的立柱100。柜体10的每一侧的两立柱100各开设若干等距离间隔的定位孔101。
挡风装置30包括一挡板架300及一概呈长方体的泡棉体310。该挡板架300包括一矩形扣板301以及自沿该扣板301的两侧边缘中部垂直延伸的两矩形延伸板305。每一延伸板305开设一长方形安装孔307。扣板301设有一长方形的开口303。扣板301于开口303两侧各设有一锁孔3001。该泡棉体310与开口303等长且与延伸板305等宽。
泡棉体310包括一第一泡棉体309及一第二泡棉体309a,该第一泡棉体309底部设有第一锯齿部311,该第一泡棉体309顶部环绕第一泡棉体309开设一限位槽313。该第二泡棉体309a顶部设置与该第一锯齿部311相配合的第二锯齿部311a。第二泡棉体309a的底部环绕第二泡棉体309a开设一限位槽313a。
组装时,挤压第一泡棉体309、第二泡棉体309a,使第一泡棉体309顶部、第二泡棉体309a底部分别穿过挡板架300的安装孔307,并使得第一泡棉体309位于安装孔307周围的部分及第二泡棉体309a位于安装孔307周围的部分卡入限位槽313、313a,同时第一泡棉体309的第一锯齿部311与第二泡棉体309a的第二锯齿部311a接合。将该挡风装置30装入柜体10,利用螺钉50穿过锁孔3001,锁入定位孔101,从而将挡风装置30固定于柜体10两立柱100上。
请参照图5,使用时,将机柜的线缆70穿过开口303后自第一泡棉体309与第二泡棉体309a接合处穿出,泡棉体310对线缆70四周进行密封,避免出现空隙使得空气回流,影响柜体散热。

Claims (10)

1.一种挡风装置,包括一挡板架以及安装于该挡板架的泡棉体,该挡板架设有一开口,该泡棉体包括一第一泡棉体及一与该第一泡棉体相接合的第二泡棉体,该第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处正对该开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:该挡板架包括一扣板,该开口呈矩形且设于该扣板的中部,该扣板临近该开口的两侧垂直延伸两延伸板,第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体分别组设于该两延伸板。
3.如权利要求2所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:每一延伸板开设一安装孔, 该第一泡棉体的顶部及该第二泡棉体的底部分别开设一限位槽,第一泡棉体的顶部及该第二泡棉体的底部穿过对应延伸板的安装孔,延伸部位于安装孔的周围部分卡入对应的限位槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:限位槽环绕第一泡棉体开设于第一泡棉体的顶部及环绕该第二泡棉体开设于第二泡棉体的底部。
5.如权利要求3所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:该第一泡棉体的底部设有一第一锯齿部,该第二泡棉体的顶部设置有与该第一锯齿部相接合的第二锯齿部,该开口正对该第一锯齿部与该第二锯齿部的接合处。
6.如权利要求2所述的挡风装置,其特征在于:该扣板邻近该开口的两端分别设一锁孔。
7.一种服务器机柜,包括一柜体及一挡风装置,该挡风装置包括一挡板架以及安装于该挡板架的泡棉体,该挡板架设有一开口,该泡棉体包括一第一泡棉体及一与该第一泡棉体相接合的第二泡棉体,该第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体的接合处正对该开口。
8.如权利要求7所述的服务器机柜,其特征在于:该挡板架包括一扣板,该开口呈矩形且设于该扣板的中部,该扣板临近该开口的两侧垂直延伸两延伸板,第一泡棉体与第二泡棉体分别组设于该两延伸板。
9.如权利要求8所述的服务器机柜,其特征在于:每一延伸板开设一安装孔, 该第一泡棉体的顶部及该第二泡棉体的底部分别开设一限位槽,第一泡棉体的顶部及该第二泡棉体的底部穿过对应延伸板的安装孔,延伸部位于安装孔的周围部分卡入对应的限位槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的服务器机柜,其特征在于:该第一泡棉体的底部设有一第一锯齿部,该第二泡棉体的顶部设置有与该第一锯齿部相接合的第二锯齿部,该开口正对该第一锯齿部与该第二锯齿部的接合处。
