技术领域
本发明涉及制造印刷的、弹性的层压制品的方法。
背景技术
本发明基于这样的方法,即设想将弹性膜切割为条带,条带在两个织物表面层之间彼此相邻地层压以形成层压制品,所述层压制品在由条带导致弹性的区域内相对于料片被横向地拉伸。还被称为机械活化的横向拉伸改进了层压制品相对于材料片方向(CD方向)为横向的弹性特性。
织物表面层能由非织造的、编织的或针织的材料构成。所述条带能被构建为含有足量的弹性体聚合物的单层或多层。所述条带被胶合或熔接(welded)至表面层。对于卫生产品来说,能由层压制品来冲切弹性元件,特别地,用于尿片的弹性闭合条带具有弹性的中央区域和与之相邻的弹性小的端部。无弹性或弹性小的端部被用于将粘扣式(hook andloop)闭合元件,例如像钩扣带(hook-fastener tape)紧固到其上,并用于将弹性元件附连到尿片的无弹性区域。层压制品被制造为包括多个层压弹性条带的宽料片。随后,能够由所获得的多用途材料冲切出需要用来制造尿片的闭合条带。

WO 2011/045685公开了制造印刷尿片的方法,该尿片由弹性闭合元件和无弹性尿片部分来制造。弹性闭合元件以及无弹性尿片部分由包括织物表面层和薄膜衬里或薄膜载体的层压制品构成。弹性闭合元件以及尿片的无弹性部分承载有印记,印记的印刷图像在弹性和无弹性区域的边缘是相协调的,结果获得均匀的和吸引人的整体图像。
WO 2008/070131还公开了具有印刷的、弹性和无弹性部分的尿片,其中,印刷图像能够相互补充以形成一致的图案。
然而,使用如上所述的方法在层压制品上印刷图像的工作迄今为止并没有被令人满意地解决。如果先前印刷的织物表面层被用于制造层压制品,那么就会存在这样的问题,即,在先施加至织物表面的印刷图像会由于在层压制品的机械活化期间以及消费者的任何后期使用过程中的撕扯以及纤维的移动而被至少部分地损坏。此外,能导致与定位作为表面层的印刷图像和施加到表面层的弹性条带相关的问题。其中需要考虑的是这样的事实,在将薄膜切割为条带的过程中、弹性条带的料片行进过程中以及在层压过程中,不同的料片张力被传递至条带;这能导致条带宽度的变化。如果印刷图像由具有跨越整个印刷宽度分布的元素(element)的随机印刷的图案构成,那么弹性条带和印刷图像的对齐错误通常是不明显的。然而,如果由条带制成的弹性区域例如印刷有带条纹的图案,那么在条带位置和印刷图案之间的视觉错误就是明显的,在由层压制品制造的弹性元件在使用过程中被很大程度地拉伸的情况下,例如当闭合尿片的时候。
鉴于这种背景,本发明的目的在于改进印刷图像在根据如上所述方法制造的弹性层压制品上的外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的以及用于实现如上所述的改进弹性层压制品的制造的目的的技术方案通过本发明的方法而实现。一种制造印刷的、弹性的层压制品的方法,其中弹性膜被切割为条带,所述条带在两个表面层之间被相邻地层压,并且由此构成的层压制品在区域内相对于料片横向地被拉伸,所述区域由在其中被层压的条带而导致弹性,其特征在于,在被切割成条带之前,弹性膜印刷有图案,所述图案通过层压制品的织物表面层是可视的。
根据本发明,在切割条带之前,弹性膜印刷有图案,所述图案通过层压制品的织物表面层是可视的。由于弹性膜设有印记的事实,甚至是在使用已被印刷的层压制品的时候,相对于层压制品的弹性区域正确地对齐印刷图案也总是被保证。其中的优点在于这样的事实,即,当拉伸弹性条带的时候,印刷图像沿着弹性条带被均匀地并可逆地拉伸。此外,印刷图案在层压制品的前侧以及后侧例如通过非织造的织物表面层是可视的,从而使得层压制品在前侧以及后侧在光学上具有相同的吸引力。例如,弹性膜能印刷有由在弹性膜的料片方向上延伸的平行的、有色的条带构成的带条纹的图案。
已知的连续印刷法能被用于印刷弹性膜。旋转印刷法为优选的,以便允许以高的料片速度印刷弹性膜。目标是约为400m/min的料片速度。凹版印刷和苯胺印刷法是有利的方法,苯胺印刷是特别优选的,因为其能够对多个颜色***使用一个中心筒。不使用静态介质而将印刷图像由计算机直接传递至印刷设备内的计算机的数字印刷没有被排除。特别地,通过偏转小的墨滴来产生印刷图像的喷墨印刷法是可想到的。
根据本发明优选的实施方式,在印刷步骤之前弹性膜相对于料片的方向横向地被拉伸,随后在弹性缩回之后而被印刷,并接着被切割为条带。弹性膜的拉伸构成层压制品的层的机械预活化,并导致层压制品拉伸性能(behavior)的改进。弹性膜的预活化对膨胀力的路线(course)具有积极作用并提供给层压制品在大面积范围内容易拉伸的作用;并且膨胀极限由弹性膜的预活化来确定,并且膨胀阻力在其后被极大地增加。如果在将其层压成层压制品之前弹性膜由横向拉伸而被预活化的话,那么层压制品在拉伸被移除之后的复原性能也能被改进。弹性膜的任何预活化都不能被取代,但是能仅补充层压制品的机械活化。甚至是当弹性膜被预活化的时候,对于层压制品来说,在由层压条带导致弹性的区域内相对于料片的方向的横向拉伸仍是必要的。

能使用具有轮廓辊的拉伸辊装置,轮廓辊相互配合以用于对弹性膜和/或层压制品产生拉伸作用。
优选地,聚烯烃弹性体薄膜被用作为弹性膜。当使用基于聚烯烃弹性体的弹性膜的时候,弹性膜的预活化是特别有利的。
此外,还能够使用具有弹性体芯层的单层或多层膜作为弹性膜,所述的弹性体芯层由苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、聚氨酯、乙烯共聚物或聚醚嵌段酰胺的材料制成。

具体实施方式

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在印刷之前,弹性膜(1)相对于料片的方向横向地被拉伸并且在弹性回缩之后被印刷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,弹性膜(1)相对于料片的方向横向地膨胀50%以上,以在弹性回缩之后具有宽度(B2),所述宽度比拉伸之前弹性膜(1)的最初宽度(B1)大10%至30%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,拉伸辊装置由轮廓辊构成,所述轮廓辊相互配合以用于拉伸弹性膜(1)和/或层压制品(7)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,由聚烯烃弹性体构成的薄膜被用作为弹性膜(1)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,单层或多层膜被用作为弹性膜(1)并具有由苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、聚氨酯、乙烯共聚物或聚醚嵌段酰胺构成的弹性体芯层。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,条带(2)被导向穿过偏转装置(3)并作为平行条带(4)供给到层压装置,在层压装置内条带(2)被层压在织物表面层(5,6)之间。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,弹性条带(2)在表面层(5,6)之间被相互间隔地层压,从而在层压制品(7)内形成弹性的和无弹性的区域(8,9)。
