一种耐高压密封圈,涉及一种密封装置,在上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)的环体中部均匀设有多个相互对应的孔(1),所述上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)相对面的靠近内环面处分别设有凹槽(7);橡胶密封条的外缘凸出条(5)夹持在上部钢环(2)、下部钢环(6)相对面的凹槽(7)中,其中所述外缘凸出条(5)内侧的内橡胶板(4)高度略高于上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)的叠加高度;本发明通过在上部钢环、中部钢环和下部钢环内侧卡住内橡胶板的外缘凸出条,由内橡胶板形成严密的密封效果,有效的克服了现有橡胶圈容易老化变形、位移的弊端。

一种耐高压密封圈
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种密封装置,具体涉及一种耐高压密封圈。
【背景技术】
已知的,在常规的液体管道接口中使用的是环状密封圈“也叫O形圈”,这种可以满足水或其它液体介质的密闭要求,但在化工行业中对于管道接口“连接法兰处”的要求更高,尤其是对于易爆的汽油或其它油品,不仅对于耐候性要求也非常高,而且需要密封圈具有严格地密闭要求;现有的O形橡胶圈在使用中,受到螺栓与螺母的制造质量、法兰刚度以及法兰对接面的光滑情况影响,受力拉长后失去应有的密闭效果。
【发明内容】
为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种耐高压密封圈,通过在上部钢环、中部钢环和下部钢环内侧卡住内橡胶板的外缘凸出条,由内橡胶板形成严密的密封效果,有效的克服了现有橡胶圈容易老化变形、位移的弊端。
为了实现所述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术:
一种耐高压密封圈,包括上部钢环、橡胶密封条和下部钢环,在上部钢环和下部钢环的环体中部均匀设有多个相互对应的孔,所述上部钢环和下部钢环相对面的靠近内环面处分别设有凹槽;所述橡胶密封条包括内橡胶板、外缘凸出条,内橡胶板为方形结构,在所述方形结构的内橡胶板外缘面中部设有环绕的外缘凸出条;橡胶密封条的外缘凸出条夹持在上部钢环、下部钢环相对面的凹槽中,其中所述外缘凸出条内侧的内橡胶板高度略高于上部钢环和下部钢环的叠加高度。
所述的耐高压密封圈,在上部钢环和下部钢环之间设有中部钢环,所述中部钢环的外缘面与上部钢环和下部钢环相对面的凹槽内侧持平,也就是内橡胶板外部的外缘凸出条外缘面顶在所述中部钢环的外缘面上,所述中部钢环上设有与上部钢环和下部钢环等同数量且相互对应的孔。
所述的耐高压密封圈,所述外缘凸出条内侧的内橡胶板高度略高于上部钢环、中部钢环和下部钢环的叠加高度。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的耐高压密封圈,通由上部钢环和下部钢环的凹槽卡住所述内橡胶板外缘设置的外缘凸出条,中部钢环进一步顶住所述外缘凸出条,获取了内橡胶板的密封效果,由于上述上部钢环、中部钢环和下部钢环的共同作用,可使内橡胶板在获取密封效果的同时,实现了防范内橡胶板老化变形或位移造成密封效果丧失的效果;本发明结构简单,密封效果明显优于现有技术。

参考下面的实施例,可以更详细地解释本发明;但是应当指出的是本发明并不局限于下述实施例;公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进。
结合附图1或2所述的耐高压密封圈,包括上部钢环2、橡胶密封条和下部钢环6,在上部钢环2和下部钢环6的环体中部均匀设有多个相互对应的孔1,所述上部钢环2和下部钢环6相对面的靠近内环面处分别设有凹槽7;所述橡胶密封条包括内橡胶板4、外缘凸出条5,内橡胶板4为方形结构,在所述方形结构的内橡胶板4外缘面中部设有环绕的外缘凸出条5;橡胶密封条的外缘凸出条5夹持在上部钢环2、下部钢环6相对面的凹槽7中,其中所述外缘凸出条5内侧的内橡胶板4高度略高于上部钢环2和下部钢环6的叠加高度;或在上部钢环2和下部钢环6之间设有中部钢环3,所述中部钢环3的外缘面与上部钢环2和下部钢环相对面的凹槽7内侧持平,也就是内橡胶板4外部的外缘凸出条5外缘面顶在所述中部钢环3的外缘面上,所述中部钢环3上设有与上部钢环2和下部钢环6等同数量且相互对应的孔1;其中所述外缘凸出条5内侧的内橡胶板4高度略高于上部钢环2、中部钢环3和下部钢环6的叠加高度。
实施本发明所述的耐高压密封圈,本发明所述内橡胶板4和外缘凸出条5为一体结构,优选使用HNBR氢化丁腈橡胶材质,使用时通由上部钢环2和下部钢环6的凹槽7卡住所述内橡胶板4外缘设置的外缘凸出条5,中部钢环3进一步顶住所述外缘凸出条5,将本发明放在两管道的连接法兰之间,然后使用螺栓穿过上部钢环2、中部钢环3和下部钢环6的孔1后由螺母锁紧便可使用,这中间管道内的高压介质流动时,内橡胶板4受到上部钢环2、中部钢环3和下部钢环6的共同保护,密封效果符合要求,其中上部钢环2、中部钢环3和下部钢环6还可防范所述内橡胶板4的位移问题,密封效果明显优于现有技术。

1.一种耐高压密封圈,包括上部钢环(2)、橡胶密封条和下部钢环(6),其特征是:在上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)的环体中部均匀设有多个相互对应的孔(1),所述上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)相对面的靠近内环面处分别设有凹槽(7),在上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)之间设有中部钢环(3),所述中部钢环(3)的外缘面与上部钢环(2)和下部钢环相对面的凹槽(7)内侧持平,也就是内橡胶板(4)外部的外缘凸出条(5)外缘面顶在所述中部钢环(3)的外缘面上,所述中部钢环(3)上设有与上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)等同数量且相互对应的孔(1);所述橡胶密封条包括内橡胶板(4)、外缘凸出条(5),内橡胶板(4)为方形结构,在所述方形结构的内橡胶板(4)外缘面中部设有环绕的外缘凸出条(5);橡胶密封条的外缘凸出条(5)夹持在上部钢环(2)、下部钢环(6)相对面的凹槽(7)中,所述外缘凸出条(5)内侧的内橡胶板(4)高度略高于上部钢环(2)、中部钢环(3)和下部钢环(6)的叠加高度;
所述内橡胶板(4)和外缘凸出条(5)为一体结构,使用时由上部钢环(2)和下部钢环(6)的凹槽(7)卡住所述内橡胶板(4)外缘设置的外缘凸出条(5),中部钢环(3)进一步顶住所述外缘凸出条(5),放在两管道的连接法兰之间,然后使用螺栓穿过上部钢环(2)、中部钢环(3)和下部钢环(6)的孔(1)后由螺母锁紧。
