Abstract
一种聚氨酯分散体,其包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲:(1)用聚环氧丁烷和聚环氧丙烷的共聚物单元封端;(2)包含至少一种含羟基的聚碳酸酯多元醇。本发明除了改善滑动的亲水性性能之外,根据本发明提供的涂料组合物的特点还在于高水平的血液相容性。结果,利用这些涂层工作也是有利的,特别是在血液接触中。与现有技术的聚合物相比,所述材料显示出在血液接触中降低的凝固趋势。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及分散体,具体为一种聚氨酯分散体。
背景技术
医疗器械如导管的利用能够通过对其配备亲水性表面而大大改进。尿或血管导管的***和更换通过与血液或尿接触的亲水性表面吸附水膜的事实变得更容易。这降低了导管表面和血管壁之间的摩擦,因而使得导管更容易***和移动。还能够在***之前对器械直接进行湿水,以便通过形成均匀水膜降低摩擦。结果是相关患者具有较少疼痛,并降低了血管壁损伤的风险。另外,当导管用于与血液接触时,总是存在血凝块形成的风险。在此情况下,亲水性涂层通常被视为有助于抗血栓形成的涂层。对产生此类表面适合的是原则上从对应的聚氨酷溶液或分散体起始制造的聚氨酯涂料。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种聚氨酯分散体,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种聚氨酯分散体,其包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲:
(1)用聚环氧丁烷和聚环氧丙烷的共聚物单元封端;
(2)包含至少一种含羟基的聚碳酸酯多元醇。
本发明中,所述聚氨酯脲包含来源于至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族异氰酸酯的单元。
本发明中,所述涂料包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲由以下物质合成:
a)平均摩尔量为400克/摩尔-6000克/摩尔和羟基官能度为1.5-2.5的至少一种聚碳酸酯多元醇,或此类聚碳酸酯多元醇的混合物;
b)至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族多异氰酸酯或此类多异氰酸酯的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇1.0-4.0摩尔;
c)聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷的至少一种单官能混合聚氧化烯醚或此类聚醚的混合物,其平均摩尔量为500克/摩尔-5000克/摩尔,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇0.01-1摩尔;
d)至少一种脂族或脂环族二胺或至少一种氨基醇,作为人们所说的增链剂,或此类化合物的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇0.05-3.0摩尔。
有益效果
本发明除了改善滑动的亲水性性能之外,根据本发明提供的涂料组合物的特点还在于高水平的血液相容性。结果,利用这些涂层工作也是有利的,特别是在血液接触中。与现有技术的聚合物相比,所述材料显示出在血液接触中降低的凝固趋势。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯分散体,其包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲:(1)用聚环氧丁烷和聚环氧丙烷的共聚物单元封端;(2)包含至少一种含羟基的聚碳酸酯多元醇。所述聚氨酯脲包含来源于至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族异氰酸酯的单元。所述涂料包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲由以下物质合成:a)平均摩尔量为500克/摩尔和羟基官能度为2的至少一种聚碳酸酯多元醇,或此类聚碳酸酯多元醇的混合物;b)至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族多异氰酸酯或此类多异氰酸酯的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇3摩尔;c)聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷的至少一种单官能混合聚氧化烯醚或此类聚醚的混合物,其平均摩尔量为1000克/摩尔,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇1摩尔;d)至少一种脂族或脂环族二胺或至少一种氨基醇,作为人们所说的增链剂,或此类化合物的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇3摩尔。

Claims (3)
1.一种聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,其包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲:
(1)用聚环氧丁烷和聚环氧丙烷的共聚物单元封端;
(2)包含至少一种含羟基的聚碳酸酯多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯脲包含来源于至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族异氰酸酯的单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述涂料包含聚氨酯脲,该聚氨酯脲由以下物质合成:
a)平均摩尔量为400克/摩尔-6000克/摩尔和羟基官能度为1.5-2.5的至少一种聚碳酸酯多元醇,或此类聚碳酸酯多元醇的混合物;
b)至少一种脂族、脂环族或芳族多异氰酸酯或此类多异氰酸酯的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇1.0-4.0摩尔;
c)聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷的至少一种单官能混合聚氧化烯醚或此类聚醚的混合物,其平均摩尔量为500克/摩尔-5000克/摩尔,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇0.01-1摩尔;
d)至少一种脂族或脂环族二胺或至少一种氨基醇,作为人们所说的增链剂,或此类化合物的混合物,其量为每摩尔所述聚碳酸酯多元醇0.05-3.0摩尔。
