本发明公开了一种柔性电路板热压焊头,包括机架和U型导向支架;所述机架上方连接有气缸和压力调节手杆;所述压力调节手杆连接有导向杆;所述导向杆固定在U型导向支架中;所述导向杆连接有微分头;所述U型导向支架的侧面固定有热压头;所述机架外部连接有供源装置。本发明的柔性电路板热压焊头,体积小焊接速度快且质量高;大大简化焊接工艺,焊接速度随着焊头数量增加而大幅提升,焊锡厚度一致,且焊锡厚度可调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热压焊接装置,具体涉及一种柔性电路板热压焊头。
背景技术
制作一张质地优良的FCP板必须有一个完整而合理的生产流程,从生产前预处理到最后出货,每一道程序都有必须严格执行;现有的FCP板采用人工焊接来完成作业,满足工作需求;FCP在焊接时需要达到的要求高:焊接外观保持,焊接后的平面必须平整,若不达要求则会造成虚焊以及容易焊坏产品;因此焊接质量不高,产品破损率较高,对焊接人员的熟练度要求高,加工速度受限制等问题制约了产业的发展,因此亟待研发一款新的柔性电路板热压焊头。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种便捷、高精度,且焊接均匀的柔性电路板热压焊头。
本发明的一种柔性电路板热压焊头,包括机架和U型导向支架;所述机架上方连接有气缸和压力调节手杆;所述压力调节手杆连接有导向杆;所述导向杆固定在U型导向支架中;所述导向杆连接有微分头;所述U型导向支架的侧面固定有热压头;所述机架外部连接有供源装置。
进一步地,所述的U型导向支架由导向杆支架和辅助固定装置组成。
再进一步地,所述的U型导向支架的辅助固定装置螺纹连接有热压头。
优选地,所述的热压头为极细同轴线热压头。
本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明的柔性电路板热压焊头,体积小焊接速度快且质量高;大大简化焊接工艺,焊接速度随着焊头数量增加而大幅提升,焊锡厚度一致,且焊锡厚度可调整。

具体实施方式
本发明的柔性电路板热压焊头,包括机架3和U型导向支架2,U型导向支架2用于固定导向杆6,导向杆6用于使热压头8进行上下运动;所述机架3上方连接有气缸4和压力调节手杆5,气缸4用于驱动导向杆6按运动,压力调节手杆5用于调节热压头8的压力;所述压力调节手杆5连接有导向杆6;所述导向杆6固定在U型导向支架2中;所述导向杆2连接有微分头1,微分头1用于调节柔性电路板焊接时的焊锡厚度值;所述U型导向支架2的侧面固定有热压头8,热压头8在通电后瞬间产生高温,将锡熔化,断电后迅速冷却使锡凝固;所述机架3外部连接有供源装置(未图示)。
所述的U型导向支架2由导向杆支架和辅助固定装置7组成,辅助固定装置7用于固定热压头8;所述的U型导向支架2的辅助固定装置7螺纹连接有热压头8;所述的热压头8为极细同轴线热压头,极细同轴热压头升温速度快,误差小,耐磨耐高温,且焊接产品质量稳定,无虚焊漏焊等不良现象。
