Abstract

本发明公开了一种海绵玩具，其包括一由保丽龙发泡成型玩具基座，在此玩具基座的外表面一体发泡有海绵层。本发明的海绵玩具，具有重量轻，利用儿童搬动堆叠，增加玩耍的趣味性；另外由于保丽龙材质价格低，且具有一定的支撑力度与支撑韧性，其可以有效替代一部分硬质海绵的特性，因此可以减少海绵的使用量，以降低整个产品的材料成本；再者海绵层一体发泡于保丽龙的玩具基座表面，与玩具基座表面结合牢固，不易松脱，保证产品使用寿命。

一种海绵玩具
技术领域
本发明是关于一种儿童玩具，特别是指一种儿童用于堆叠攀爬且对儿童具有保护功能的海绵玩具。
背景技术
玩具的形状各异，种类繁多。一般用于儿童攀爬或可堆叠移动的较大形的玩具，多是采用充气类玩具，其具有重量轻，易搬动的特点，但缺点是：变形大，形状支撑不平稳。因此便出现了海绵玩具，具有一定支撑力度的高密度海绵，具有较好的缓冲及保护功能，但是重量大对于力气较小的儿童却不利于搬动，会令儿童失去玩耍的兴趣，另外，整体采用高密度海绵玩具，材料成本高，不符合市场效益。基于目前海绵玩具存在的诸多问题，本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重量轻、制作成本低，且具有较佳缓冲性能及保护功能的海绵玩具。
为实现上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种海绵玩具，其包括一由保丽龙发泡成型玩具基座，在此玩具基座的外表面一体发泡有海绵层。
所述玩具基座外表面海绵层的厚度大于等于1cm。
所述海绵层为软质发泡海绵或硬质发泡海绵。
所述玩具基座结合海绵层后，在海绵层的外表面再包覆有保护层。
所述海绵层的外表面结合有缓冲层。
所述缓冲层的外表面再包覆有保护层。
所述缓冲层为记忆海绵、纤维层或软质海绵。
所述保护层采用布质、皮质或革质材料制成保护套后套置于包覆有海绵层或/和缓冲层的玩具基座上。
所述保护层采用PU直接在海绵层或/和缓冲层的外表面发泡而成。
采用上述方案后，本发明是采用保丽龙预成型玩具基座，再向玩具基座外表面一体发泡出海绵层而形成海绵玩具，因此，本发明的海绵玩具，具有重量轻，利用儿童搬动堆叠，增加玩耍的趣味性；另外由于保丽龙材质价格低，且具有一定的支撑力度与支撑韧性，其可以有效替代一部分硬质海绵的特性，因此可以减少海绵的使用量，以降低整个产品的材料成本；再者海绵层一体发泡于保丽龙的玩具基座表面，与玩具基座表面结合牢固，不易松脱，保证产品使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图解释本发明的实施方式：
如图1、2所示，本发明揭示了一种海绵玩具，其包括一由保丽龙（Styrofoam）发泡成型玩具基座1，在此玩具基座1的外表面一体发泡有海绵（Polyurethane Foam）层2。
所述玩具基座1可以直接发泡成型出的玩具造型，在此玩具基座1的外表面一体发泡有厚度大于等于1cm的海绵层2，如此便形成对保丽龙基座1包覆有柔软海绵层同时具有玩具所需形状的海绵玩具。
此海绵层2可为软质发泡海绵，亦可采用硬质发泡海绵，此硬质发泡海绵可进一步提高玩具基座1的强度，同时又具有一定的缓冲保护特性。
当然，可进一步在此硬质海绵层2的外表面再结合一层更加柔软的缓冲层，以进一步提升玩具的舒适性。此缓冲层可为记忆海绵、纤维层或软质海绵等等。
在保丽龙的玩具基座1、海绵层2或/和缓冲层的外表面可进一步包覆有保护层。此保护层采用布质、皮质或革质材料制成保护套后套置于包覆有海绵层2的玩具基座1上。亦可采用PU直接在海绵层2或/和缓冲层的外表面发泡而成，同时成型有色彩丰富的外表面。
综上所述，本发明是采用保丽龙预成型玩具基座1，再向玩具基座1外表面一体发泡出海绵层2而形成海绵玩具。因此，本发明的海绵玩具，具有如下优点：
1、重量轻，由于保丽龙的玩具基座1替代了海绵玩具的一部分体积，且其相对硬质海绵的重量小，因此形成的海绵玩具重量轻，利用儿童搬动堆叠，增加玩耍的趣味性；
2、材料成本低，由于保丽龙材质价格低，且具有一定的支撑力度与支撑韧性，其可以有效替代一部分硬质海绵的特性，因此可以减少海绵的使用量，以降低整个产品的材料成本。
3、使用寿命佳，由于海绵层2是一体发泡于保丽龙的玩具基座1表面，因此与保丽龙的玩具基座1表面结合牢固，不易松脱。

Claims (9)

1.一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：包括一由保丽龙发泡成型玩具基座，在此玩具基座的外表面一体发泡有海绵层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述玩具基座外表面海绵层的厚度大于等于1cm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述海绵层为软质发泡海绵或硬质发泡海绵。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述玩具基座结合海绵层后，在海绵层的外表面再包覆有保护层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述海绵层的外表面结合有缓冲层。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述缓冲层的外表面再包覆有保护层。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述缓冲层为记忆海绵、纤维层或软质海绵。
8.如权利要求4或6所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述保护层采用布质、皮质或革质材料制成保护套后套置于包覆有海绵层或/和缓冲层的玩具基座上。
9.如权利要求4或6所述的一种海绵玩具，其特征在于：所述保护层采用PU直接在海绵层或/和缓冲层的外表面发泡而成。
