本发明涉及一种苹果柠檬味复合保健粉及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
所谓米粉是米磨成的粉,亦泛指某些谷物磨成的粉;贾思勰《齐民要术·种红蓝花栀子》“:作米粉法 :粱米第一,粟米”。大米磨成的粉,加水可制成细条或圆状,可煮食;所谓保健米粉是在米粉中添加保健食品的米粉。中国专利公开号 CN1166288A,名称为“营养保健米粉及其制备方法”公开了一种营养保健米粉主要组分为米粉,其特征在于其中还含有枸杞粉,其组成的重量组成比例为,米粉 80-95.5%,枸杞粉 0.5-20%;米粉为小米粉;将原料精选,处理除去杂质,再烘干、粉碎,最后消毒、杀菌,即得营养保健米粉,米物、枸杞分别烘干、粉碎,再调配均匀,其具有一定的保健作用,但,其功效较为单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种苹果柠檬味复合保健粉及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
苹果柠檬味复合保健粉,其组成原料的重量份为:荞麦粉40-50、苹果汁5-7、柠檬汁10-12、月桂叶3-5、茉莉花6.5-7.5、凤仙花2-4、川芎0.5-0.8、银杏叶2-4、板蓝根10-12、五灵脂1-2、柚子皮3-5、蒲公英1-2、黄芪1-2和复合营养粉10-12。
所述的复合营养粉的配方为:粳米粉10-12、红茶粉4-5、山药粉5-7、蛋清粉2-4、花生衣1-3、白砂糖4-5、奶粉5-6、黄精2-3、西洋参1-3、食盐5-8、复合维生素1-3、辣椒粉2-3、植物油4-5;制备方法为:按重量份先将粳米粉、红茶粉、花生衣、山药粉和蛋清粉混合,研磨过80目筛,煮熟,压制成大小不等的颗粒状,将黄精和西洋参用温度为20-50℃的水浸泡 1-3小时,然后在90℃以上水提40-80 分钟,过 100-200 目过滤网,得药液,将药液加入上述颗粒物中,最后加入其它剩余组成原料,制成粉剂即可。

苹果柠檬味复合保健粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先在荞麦粉中加入适量植物油,炒熟至有香味溢出,冷却后拌入苹果汁和柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,备用;
(2)按重量份称取月桂叶、茉莉花、凤仙花、银杏叶和柚子皮,晒干后研磨粉碎,加入步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后伴入其总重量0.5-0.8%的酵母菌,进行发酵,发酵温度20℃-30℃,发酵时间5h-8h;
(3)按重量份称取除复合营养粉以外的其他原料,先用0.1-0.3%柠檬酸溶液浸泡5-10分钟,捞起沥干,烘干,烘至水分含量在10%以下;粉碎至细微颗粒,备用;

具体实施方式
实施例1:苹果柠檬味复合保健粉,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:荞麦粉45、苹果汁6、柠檬汁11、月桂叶4、茉莉花7、凤仙花3、川芎0.6、银杏叶3、板蓝根11、五灵脂1.5、柚子皮4、蒲公英1.5、黄芪1.5和复合营养粉11。
所述的复合营养粉的配方(kg)为:粳米粉11、红茶粉4.5、山药粉6、蛋清粉3、花生衣2、白砂糖4.5、奶粉5.5、黄精2.5、西洋参2、食盐6、复合维生素2、辣椒粉2.5、植物油4.5;制备方法为:按重量份先将粳米粉、红茶粉、花生衣、山药粉和蛋清粉混合,研磨过80目筛,煮熟,压制成大小不等的颗粒状,将黄精和西洋参用温度为30℃的水浸泡 1-3小时,然后在90℃以上水提60 分钟,过 180 目过滤网,得药液,将药液加入上述颗粒物中,最后加入其它剩余组成原料,制成粉剂即可。
苹果柠檬味复合保健粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先在荞麦粉中加入适量植物油,炒熟至有香味溢出,冷却后拌入苹果汁和柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,备用;
(2)按重量份称取月桂叶、茉莉花、凤仙花、银杏叶和柚子皮,晒干后研磨粉碎,加入步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后伴入其总重量0.5-0.8%的酵母菌,进行发酵,发酵温度20℃-30℃,发酵时间5h-8h;
(3)按重量份称取除复合营养粉以外的其他原料,先用0.1-0.3%柠檬酸溶液浸泡5-10分钟,捞起沥干,烘干,烘至水分含量在10%以下;粉碎至细微颗粒,备用;

1.一种苹果柠檬味复合保健粉,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:荞麦粉40-50、苹果汁5-7、柠檬汁10-12、月桂叶3-5、茉莉花6.5-7.5、凤仙花2-4、川芎0.5-0.8、银杏叶2-4、板蓝根10-12、五灵脂1-2、柚子皮3-5、蒲公英1-2、黄芪1-2和复合营养粉10-12;
所述的复合营养粉的配方为:粳米粉10-12、红茶粉4-5、山药粉5-7、蛋清粉2-4、花生衣1-3、白砂糖4-5、奶粉5-6、黄精2-3、西洋参1-3、食盐5-8、复合维生素1-3、辣椒粉2-3、植物油4-5;制备方法为:按重量份先将粳米粉、红茶粉、花生衣、山药粉和蛋清粉混合,研磨过80目筛,煮熟,压制成大小不等的颗粒状,将黄精和西洋参用温度为20-50℃的水浸泡 1-3小时,然后在90℃以上水提40-80 分钟,过 100-200 目过滤网,得药液,将药液加入上述颗粒物中,最后加入其它剩余组成原料,制成粉剂即可。

3.一种如权利要求1所述的苹果柠檬味复合保健粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先在荞麦粉中加入适量植物油,炒熟至有香味溢出,冷却后拌入苹果汁和柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,备用;
(2)按重量份称取月桂叶、茉莉花、凤仙花、银杏叶和柚子皮,晒干后研磨粉碎,加入步骤(1)中,搅拌均匀后伴入其总重量0.5-0.8%的酵母菌,进行发酵,发酵温度20℃-30℃,发酵时间5h-8h;
