本发明公开了一种棘爪式防松夹具,属于夹具领域。它包括夹具座、螺杆、移动块、夹紧块,夹具座的上端压在移动块下端凹缘上,夹紧块下端压在移动块上端凹缘上,螺杆与移动块相啮合,还包括齿轮、外圈、弹簧、棘爪、螺钉,所述的齿轮通过键装配在螺杆上,所述的棘爪的一端铰接在外圈上,另一端连接弹簧,所述的螺钉装配在外圈的螺纹孔中,并压于棘爪上。本发明解决了现有夹具造成的夹持不可靠、易松动的问题,具有结构简单、设计合理、易于制造的优点。

棘爪式防松夹具
技术领域
本发明属于夹具领域,更具体地说,涉及一种用于防止工件夹持松动的棘爪式防松夹具。
背景技术
在机械制造行业中,车床被广泛应用于加工各类零件,在加工零件时,涉及其夹紧定位问题。工件在加工时,通过夹具的夹持,使其能够适应于各种切削加工。但由于在加工过程中机床的振动以及切削力的作用,导致夹具出现松动,进而因工件夹持力不够而造成工件的松动,降低了加工精度,严重时将会造成工件被甩出事故的发生。
发明内容
针对现有夹具造成的夹持不可靠、易松动的问题,本发明提供一种棘爪式防松夹具。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种棘爪式防松夹具,包括夹具座、螺杆、移动块、夹紧块,夹具座的上端压在移动块下端凹缘上,夹紧块下端压在移动块上端凹缘上,螺杆与移动块相啮合,还包括齿轮、外圈、弹簧、棘爪、螺钉,所述的齿轮通过键装配在螺杆上,所述的外圈固连于夹具座上,并设置有螺纹孔与弹簧,所述的棘爪的一端铰接在外圈上,另一端连接弹簧,所述的螺钉装配在外圈的螺纹孔中,并压于棘爪上。
所述的弹簧为拉伸弹簧。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明利用齿轮与棘爪来实现对螺杆的锁止作用,在工作过程中,由于齿轮与棘爪对螺杆的锁止,起到了螺杆的防松,进而使得夹具不会因为振动及切削力的作用而出现松动。
(2)本发明结构简单,设计合理,易于制造。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,棘爪式防松夹具包括夹具座1、螺杆2、移动块3、夹紧块4,夹具座1的上端压在移动块3下端凹缘上,夹紧块4下端压在移动块3上端凹缘上,螺杆2与移动块3相啮合,还包括齿轮5、外圈6、弹簧7、棘爪8、螺钉9,所述的齿轮5通过键装配在螺杆2上,所述的外圈6固连于夹具座1上,并设置有螺纹孔与弹簧7,所述的棘爪8的一端铰接在外圈6上,另一端连接弹簧7,所述的螺钉9装配在外圈6的螺纹孔中,并压于棘爪8上。
所述的弹簧7为拉伸弹簧。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,棘爪式防松夹具包括夹具座1、螺杆2、移动块3、夹紧块4,夹具座1的上端压在移动块3下端凹缘上,夹紧块4下端压在移动块3上端凹缘上,螺杆2与移动块3相啮合,还包括齿轮5、外圈6、弹簧7、棘爪8、螺钉9,所述的齿轮5通过键装配在螺杆2上,所述的外圈6固连于夹具座1上,并设置有螺纹孔与弹簧7,所述的棘爪8的一端铰接在外圈6上,另一端连接弹簧7,所述的螺钉9装配在外圈6的螺纹孔中,并压于棘爪8上。
所述的弹簧7为拉伸弹簧,其截面为圆形。

1.一种棘爪式防松夹具,包括夹具座(1)、螺杆(2)、移动块(3)、夹紧块(4),夹具座(1)的上端压在移动块(3)下端凹缘上,夹紧块(4)下端压在移动块(3)上端凹缘上,螺杆(2)与移动块(3)相啮合,其特征在于,还包括齿轮(5)、外圈(6)、弹簧(7)、棘爪(8)、螺钉(9),所述的齿轮(5)通过键装配在螺杆(2)上,所述的外圈(6)固连于夹具座(1)上,并设置有螺纹孔与弹簧(7),所述的棘爪(8)的一端铰接在外圈(6)上,另一端连接弹簧(7),所述的螺钉(9)装配在外圈(6)的螺纹孔中,并压于棘爪(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棘爪式防松夹具,其特征是,所述的弹簧(7)为拉伸弹簧。
