Abstract

本发明公开了一种压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具,属于夹具领域。它包括夹具座、螺杆、移动块、夹紧块,夹具座的上端压在移动块下端凹缘上,夹紧块下端压在移动块上端凹缘上,螺杆与移动块相啮合,还包括蜗轮、蜗杆、刻度盘,所述的蜗轮通过键装配于螺杆上,所述的蜗杆通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座,并与蜗轮相啮合,所述的刻度盘固定在蜗杆上。本发明解决了现有夹具造成的夹持不可靠、夹持力不易控制、易松动的问题,具有结构简单、设计合理、易于制造的优点。

压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具
技术领域
本发明属于夹具领域,更具体地说,涉及一种用于防止工件夹持松动的压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具。 
背景技术
在机械制造行业中,车床被广泛应用于加工各类零件,在加工零件时,涉及其夹紧定位问题。工件在加工时,通过夹具的夹持,使其能够适应于各种切削加工。但由于在加工过程中机床的振动以及切削力的作用,导致夹具出现松动,进而因工件夹持力不够而造成工件的松动,降低了加工精度,严重时将会造成工件被甩出事故的发生。同时需保证夹具在夹紧工件时夹持力容易控制。 
发明内容
针对现有夹具造成的夹持不可靠、夹持力不易控制、易松动的问题,本发明提供一种压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具,包括夹具座、螺杆、移动块、夹紧块,夹具座的上端压在移动块下端凹缘上,夹紧块下端压在移动块上端凹缘上,螺杆与移动块相啮合,还包括蜗轮、蜗杆、刻度盘,所述的蜗轮通过键装配于螺杆上,所述的蜗杆通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座,并与蜗轮相啮合,所述的刻度盘固定在蜗杆上。
所述的蜗杆的螺旋线升角小于其与蜗轮的啮合面的当量摩擦角。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明利用蜗杆传动的自锁性来实现夹具的防松,防松可靠且结构紧凑。
(2)本发明采用蜗杆传动防松的同时,由于蜗杆传动的传动比大,能以较大的输入而产生极小的输出,因此有利于夹具的夹紧微调,从而使得定位精度更高。
(3)本发明在蜗杆上设置有刻度盘,能在夹紧块快速移动的情况下,保证夹紧块对工件的压力在合适范围内,不至于损伤工件;同时把对于不同材质和尺寸的工件夹紧时刻度盘的读数做成统计表格,方便日后操作时作为比照,从而提高工作效率。
(4)本发明结构简单,设计合理,易于制造。

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具包括夹具座1、螺杆2、移动块3、夹紧块4,夹具座1的上端压在移动块3下端凹缘上,夹紧块4下端压在移动块3上端凹缘上,螺杆2与移动块3相啮合,还包括蜗轮5、蜗杆6、刻度盘7,所述的蜗轮5通过键装配于螺杆2上,所述的蜗杆6通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座1,并与蜗轮5相啮合,所述的刻度盘7固定在蜗杆6上。
所述的蜗杆6的螺旋线升角小于其与蜗轮5的啮合面的当量摩擦角。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具包括夹具座1、螺杆2、移动块3、夹紧块4,夹具座1的上端压在移动块3下端凹缘上,夹紧块4下端压在移动块3上端凹缘上,螺杆2与移动块3相啮合,还包括蜗轮5、蜗杆6、刻度盘7,所述的蜗轮5通过键装配于螺杆2上,所述的蜗杆6通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座1,并与蜗轮5相啮合,所述的刻度盘7固定在蜗杆6上。
所述的蜗杆6的螺旋线升角小于其与蜗轮5的啮合面的当量摩擦角。所述的蜗杆6为单头蜗杆,其断面齿廓为阿基米德螺旋线。

如图1、图2所示,压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具包括夹具座1、螺杆2、移动块3、夹紧块4,夹具座1的上端压在移动块3下端凹缘上,夹紧块4下端压在移动块3上端凹缘上,螺杆2与移动块3相啮合,还包括蜗轮5、蜗杆6、刻度盘7,所述的蜗轮5通过键装配于螺杆2上,所述的蜗杆6通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座1,并与蜗轮5相啮合,所述的刻度盘7固定在蜗杆6上。
所述的蜗杆6的螺旋线升角小于其与蜗轮5的啮合面的当量摩擦角。所述的蜗杆6为双头蜗杆,其断面齿廓为凹圆弧。

1.一种压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具,包括夹具座(1)、螺杆(2)、移动块(3)、夹紧块(4),夹具座(1)的上端压在移动块(3)下端凹缘上,夹紧块(4)下端压在移动块(3)上端凹缘上,螺杆(2)与移动块(3)相啮合,其特征是,还包括蜗轮(5)、蜗杆(6)、刻度盘(7),所述的蜗轮(5)通过键装配于螺杆(2)上,所述的蜗杆(6)通过滚动轴承装配在夹具座(1),并与蜗轮(5)相啮合,所述的刻度盘(7)固定在蜗杆(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力可控型蜗杆自锁式防松夹具,其特征是,所述的蜗杆(6)的螺旋线升角小于其与蜗轮(5)的啮合面的当量摩擦角。
