Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，包含脱模缸、固定板以及沿固定板的中心对称地设置在固定板两侧的滑板、绕线模具和脱模连接块；其中滑板和绕线模具上连接有模具调节装置，模具调节装置包含调节手柄、调节固定板和调节螺杆，调节固定板设置在滑板上，调节螺杆设置在调节固定板上的轴承上，调节螺杆的一端与调节手柄相连接，另一端的螺纹杆部与绕线模具相配合；本发明的可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，通过设置在滑板和绕线模具上的模具调节装置，使绕线模具可在滑板上滑动调节，根据需要调整两侧绕线模具的间距，绕制出不同规格的线圈，避免了人工更换模具而浪费的人力、时间、和模具材料资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绕线机的绕线模具，特别是一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具。
背景技术
绕线机上需要设置相应的绕线模具配合绕线，一般的绕线模具大小固定，只能对应绕制一种规格的线圈，当线圈需要调整时，则需要更换绕线模具，浪费了人力、时间以及模具材料资源。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，包含脱模缸、固定板以及沿固定板的中心对称地设置在固定板两侧的滑板、绕线模具和脱模连接块；所述脱模缸和固定板固定，滑板可滑动地设置在固定板上；所述脱模连接块的两端分别与脱模缸的伸缩端和滑板铰接；所述绕线模具可滑动地设置在滑板上，滑板和绕线模具上连接有模具调节装置；所述模具调节装置包含调节手柄、调节固定板和调节螺杆；所述调节固定板设置在滑板上，调节螺杆设置在调节固定板上的轴承上；所述调节螺杆的一端与调节手柄相连接，另一端的螺纹杆部与绕线模具相配合。 
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，通过设置在滑板和绕线模具上的模具调节装置，使绕线模具可在滑板上滑动调节，根据需要调整两侧绕线模具的间距，绕制出不同规格的线圈，避免了人工更换模具而浪费的人力、时间、和模具材料资源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-2所示，本发明所述的一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，包含脱模缸1、固定板2以及沿固定板2的中心对称地设置在固定板2两侧的滑板3、绕线模具4和脱模连接块5；所述脱模缸1和固定板2固定，滑板3可滑动地设置在固定板2上；所述脱模连接块5的两端分别与脱模缸1的伸缩端和滑板3铰接；脱模时，脱模缸1的伸缩端顶出，带动脱模连接块5偏转，同时脱模连接块5带动滑板3滑动，使两侧的滑板3相靠近，使线圈从绕线模具4上脱下。
所述绕线模具4可滑动地设置在滑板3上，滑板3和绕线模具4上连接有模具调节装置；所述模具调节装置包含调节手柄6、调节固定板7和调节螺杆8；所述调节固定板7固定在滑板3上，调节螺杆8设置在调节固定板7上的轴承中；所述调节螺杆8的一端与调节手柄6相连接，另一端的螺纹杆部与绕线模具4相配合；当两侧绕线模具4的绕线间距需要调整时，转动调节手柄6即可使绕线模具4在滑板3上滑动调节。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，通过设置在滑板和绕线模具上的模具调节装置，使绕线模具可在滑板上滑动调节，根据需要调整两侧绕线模具的间距，绕制出不同规格的线圈，避免了人工更换模具而浪费的人力、时间、和模具材料资源。

1.一种可调节的自动脱模绕线模具，包含脱模缸（1）、固定板（2）以及沿固定板（2）的中心对称地设置在固定板（2）两侧的滑板（3）、绕线模具（4）和脱模连接块（5）；所述脱模缸（1）和固定板（2）固定，滑板（3）可滑动地设置在固定板（2）上；所述脱模连接块（5）的两端分别与脱模缸（1）的伸缩端和滑板（3）铰接；其特征在于：所述绕线模具（4）可滑动地设置在滑板（3）上，滑板（3）和绕线模具（4）上连接有模具调节装置；所述模具调节装置包含调节手柄（6）、调节固定板（7）和调节螺杆（8）；所述调节固定板（7）设置在滑板（3）上，调节螺杆（8）设置在调节固定板（7）上的轴承上；所述调节螺杆（8）的一端与调节手柄（6）相连接，另一端的螺纹杆部与绕线模具（4）相配合。
