本发明涉及一种炭化竹木过程中产生的废水处理方法,该方法是将竹木炭化后生成的废水送入反应釜中加热至100℃以上;将加热产生的蒸汽通入冷却管道,形成冷凝水后排入蓄水池中或是含有藻内和浮游生物的蓄水池中;在蓄水池或是在含有藻内、浮游生物的蓄水池中加入一定量的生物菌进行一段时间的生物净化后,经检测达到排放或食用标准即可;将加热后在反应釜中产生的沉积物排出干燥,干燥物作为反应釜的燃料使用;将干燥物燃烧后形成的物质作肥料处理。采用本发明,不仅可以使炭化后会产生的废水达到排放甚至食用标准,同时也能充分利用废水处理过程中的沉积物作燃料使用,且燃烧后的物质又可作肥料处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种炭化竹木过程中产生的废水处理方法。
背景技术
目前,在竹、木制品的加工过程中,通常需要经过炭化工艺,即通过蒸汽对竹、木进行热解处理,而炭化后会产生大量废水,如果任意排放,会对河流和农作物产生极大污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能使炭化后会产生的废水达到排放甚至食用标准的一种炭化竹木过程中产生的废水处理方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种炭化竹木过程中产生的废水处理方法,其特征在于它包括下列过程:A、将竹木炭化后生成的废水送入反应釜中加热至100℃以上;B、将加热产生的蒸汽通入冷却管道,形成冷凝水后排入蓄水池中或是含有藻内和浮游生物的蓄水池中;C、在蓄水池或是在含有藻内、浮游生物的蓄水池中加入一定量的生物菌进行一段时间的生物净化后,经检测达到排放或食用标准即可;D、将加热后在反应釜中产生的沉积物排出干燥,干燥物作为反应釜的燃料使用;D、将干燥物燃烧后形成的物质作肥料处理。
采用本发明,不仅可以使炭化后会产生的废水达到排放甚至食用标准,同时也能充分利用废水处理过程中的沉积物作燃料使用,且燃烧后的物质又可作肥料处理。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对发明作进一步说明。它包括下列过程:
一、     将竹木炭化后生成的废水送入反应釜中加热至100℃以上。
二、     将加热产生的蒸汽通入冷却管道,形成冷凝水后排入蓄水池中至满为止。可以直接用于工业生产用水。
三、     在蓄水池中加入一定量的生物菌(如酵母、放线菌和丝状真菌等)进行一段时间的生物净化后,经检测达到排放或食用标准即可。或是在含有藻内、浮游生物(如大米草、水葱、水葫芦、绿萍、金鱼藻、菱角等)的蓄水池中加入较少量的生物菌(如酵母、放线菌和丝状真菌)等进行一段时间的生物净化后经检测达到排放或食用标准即可。其中的生物菌用量通常用五日生化需氧量 (BOD5)和化学需氧量(COD)这两个参数作为衡量水体中生物降解有机物污染的综合指标。
四、     将加热后在反应釜中产生的沉积物排出自然风干干燥,干燥物作为反应釜的燃料使用。
五、     将干燥物燃烧后形成的物质作肥料处理。

1.一种炭化竹木过程中产生的废水处理方法,其特征在于它包括下列过程:A、将竹木炭化后生成的废水送入反应釜中加热至100℃以上;B、将加热产生的蒸汽通入冷却管道,形成冷凝水后排入蓄水池中或是含有藻内和浮游生物的蓄水池中;C、在蓄水池或是在含有藻内、浮游生物的蓄水池中加入一定量的生物菌进行一段时间的生物净化后,经检测达到排放或食用标准即可;D、将加热后在反应釜中产生的沉积物排出干燥,干燥物作为反应釜的燃料使用;D、将干燥物燃烧后形成的物质作肥料处理。
