技术领域

背景技术

当环境友好车辆的行驶模式从EV模式改变为HEV模式时,在发动机速度和电动机速度同步之后接合发动机离合器,以便在使用不同动力源的发动机和电动机之间传递动力的同时没有改变转矩,从而保证了驾驶性能。

本发明的一个示例性实施方案提供了一种环境友好车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其包括逆变器和低压DC-DC转换器,所述逆变器为通过将DC电压转换成AC电压而驱动电动机的电子电力控制单元,所述低压DC-DC转换器为通过将DC高压转换成低压DC电压而给低压电池充电的电子电力控制单元,其中所述逆变器可以包括由使输入电压变平坦的电容器和去除输入电压的噪声的电容器组成的电容器模块,并且可以集成所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器,使得所述逆变器的电容器模块的输出变为所述低压DC-DC转换器的输出。
所述逆变器的电容器模块可以负责在所述低压DC-DC转换器中的电容器的功能。
所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器可以共用冷却通道。
所述电容器模块可以设置成靠近所述冷却通道,或者在所述冷却通道之间。
如上所述,根据本发明的示例性实施方案,可以通过与低压DC-DC转换器共用作用为逆变器的DC输入端的电容器模块,并且通过允许所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器共用冷却通道而实现如下的效果。
首先,可以通过集成所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器来减小封装的尺寸,使得可以容易地利用环境友好车辆的发动机室的布局。
第二,由于所述逆变器的电容器模块既作用为在所述逆变器中的滤波器,又作用为所述低压DC-DC转换器的附加滤波器,因此与相关技术相比可以更加显著地降低噪声,因此可以改进并优化环境友好车辆的电磁波性能。
第三,通过共用所述冷却通道的方式,可以降低外壳的制造成本,并且利用所述冷却通道的简化来降低成本。

下面,将参考所附附图在下文中对本发明进行更为全面的描述,在这些附图中显示了本发明的示例性实施方案。然而,本发明并不限于本文中已描述的示例性实施方案,并且可以以其他方式来体现。
在整个说明书中,给同样的元件以同样的附图标记。
应了解本文所用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其他类似术语一般包括机动车辆,如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商用车辆的客运汽车、包括各种小船和船舰的船只、飞机等,并包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、插电式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆和其他选择性的燃料车辆(例如衍生自除了石油之外的来源的燃料)。正如此处所提到的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多动力源的车辆,例如汽油动力和电力动力两者的车辆。
此外,如本文所提供的,包括燃料电池车辆、电动车辆、插电式电动车辆以及混合动力车辆等等的环境友好车辆优选地配备有一个或更多个电动机和发动机。
本文使用的术语仅为了描述特定实施方案,并不旨在限制本发明。如本文所使用的,单数形式“一”和“该”旨在也包括复数形式,除非文中明确地另有所指。还应理解,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,特指存在的状态特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件和/或成分,但是并不排除存在或附加一个或多个其他特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件、成分和/或其分组。如本文所使用的,术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关联的列出项目的任意或所有组合。
图4为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的环境友好车辆的集成电子电力控制单元的电路示意图。
参照图4,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的集成电子电力控制单元包括逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130,其中,逆变器110通过将DC电压转换成AC电压来驱动电动机20,低压DC-DC转换器130通过将DC高压转换成低压DC电压而给低压电池150充电。
逆变器110可以包括由使输入高压HV变平坦的DC电容器112a以及去除输入高压的噪声的Y电容器112b组成的电容器模块112。
尽管根据本发明的示例性实施方案的电容器模块112和根据相关技术的示例性实施方案的电容器模块可以是相同的,但是应当理解,本发明的范围并不限于此。本发明的精神可以应用到使输入高压变平坦并且去除输入高压的噪声的构造,即使它是不同的构造。
如图4所示,逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130通过电路而连接,使得逆变器的电容器模块112的输出变为低压DC-DC转换器130的输入。
如图4所示,当逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130连接时,逆变器110的电容器模块112既能够作用为逆变器110的滤波器,又能够作用为低压DC-DC转换器130的附加滤波器。
因此,根据本发明的示例性实施方案,与相关技术相比,可以更有效地去除在输入电压中的噪声。
另一方面,如图4所示,当逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130连接,使得逆变器110的电容器模块112的输出变为低压DC-DC转换器130的输入时,逆变器110的电容器模块112能够作用为在低压DC-DC转换器130中的电容器,例如,如图2所示的Y电容器32b以及X电容器32c。
因此,如图5所示,在本发明的另一个示例性实施方案中,如在低压DC-DC转换器130’中,能够移除Y电容器32b以及X电容器32c。因而,根据本发明的另一个示例性实施方案,可以降低部件的成本并实现更加紧凑的尺寸。
图6为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的集成电子电力控制单元的封装布局的图。
参考图6,在根据本发明的示例性实施方案的集成电子电力控制单元100中的逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130能够共用由输入冷却剂管道160a和输出冷却剂管道160b形成的冷却通道。
具体地,如图6所示,在根据本发明的示例性实施方案的集成电子电力控制单元100中,共用由输入冷却剂管道160a和输出冷却剂管道160b形成的冷却通道,以冷却平行布置的电容器模块112、逆变器电力模块114以及低压DC-DC转换器的封装。
由于电容器模块112由逆变器110和低压DC-DC转换器130共用,电容器模块112可能生成过量的热量。
因此,在本发明的另一个示例性实施方案中,如图7所示,电容器模块112可以设置成靠近由输入冷却剂管道160a和输出冷却剂管道160b实施的冷却通道,或者在所述冷却通道之间,以便更加有效地除去电容器模块112的热量。
具体地,如图7所示,在本发明的另一个示例性实施方案中,电容器模块112可以设置成靠近低压DC-DC转换器130和逆变器电力模块114,或者在低压DC-DC转换器130和逆变器电力模块114之间。
因此,根据本发明的示例性实施方案,由于逆变器和低压DC-DC转换器能够共用同样是逆变器和冷却通道的DC输入端的电容器模块,因此可以减小集成有逆变器和低压DC-DC转换器的电子电力控制单元的尺寸,改进性能并降低成本。
尽管已经结合目前被认为是实用的示例性实施方案描述了本发明,但应该理解本发明不限于公开的实施方案,而相反地,其旨在涵盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范围内的各种变化和等效布置。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,包括:
逆变器和低压DC-DC转换器,所述逆变器为通过将DC电压转换成AC电压而驱动电动机的电子电力控制单元,所述低压DC-DC转换器为通过将DC高压转换成低压DC电压而给低压电池充电的另一个电子电力控制单元,
其中所述逆变器包括由使输入电压变平坦的电容器和去除输入电压的噪声的电容器组成的电容器模块,以及
集成了所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器,使得所述逆变器的电容器模块的输出变为所述低压DC-DC转换器的输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其中所述逆变器的电容器模块负责在所述低压DC-DC转换器中的电容器的功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其中所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器共用冷却通道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其中所述电容器模块设置成邻近所述冷却通道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其中所述集成电子电力控制单元配置成被安装在车辆内,所述车辆从包括以下类型的组中选择:燃料电池车辆、电动车辆、插电式电动车辆以及混合动力车辆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的集成电子电力控制单元,其中集成电子电力控制单元配置成被安装在车辆内,所述车辆能够在混合电动车辆模式下和电动车辆模式下操作。
7.一种车辆,其至少能够在混合电动车辆模式下和电动车辆模式下操作,包括:
集成电子电力控制单元,包括:
逆变器和低压DC-DC转换器,所述逆变器为通过将DC电压转换成AC电压而驱动电动机的电子电力控制单元,所述低压DC-DC转换器为通过将DC高压转换成低压DC电压而给低压电池充电的另一个电子电力控制单元,
其中所述逆变器包括由使输入电压变平坦的电容器和去除输入电压的噪声的电容器组成的电容器模块,以及
集成了所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器,使得所述逆变器的电容器模块的输出变为所述低压DC-DC转换器的输出。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其中所述逆变器的电容器模块负责在所述低压DC-DC转换器中的电容器的功能。
9.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其中所述逆变器和所述低压DC-DC转换器共用冷却通道。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆,其中所述电容器模块设置成邻近所述冷却通道。
