本发明公开了一种蛋糕奶油着色剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:30-40份丝瓜叶粉末,5-10份梨花粉末,5-8份玉米黄,4-6份海藻酸钠,1-3份薰衣草、5-7份甘草、1.5-3份车前草;其具体制备方法:将上述重量份的丝瓜叶粉末由是采摘新鲜丝瓜叶在5-7℃低温鼓风干燥至含水量在3-5%以下,再粉碎成粉末过250目筛,再加入相对于丝瓜叶粉末质量25-32倍的浓度为40%-50%的氯化钠溶液提取2-3h,然后减压浓缩并干燥成丝瓜叶粉末;所述的葵花粉末是先采摘还未完全盛开的花朵,将花朵晒干后研磨成粉末。本发明从多种植物资源中选出一种着色物质含量高、营养成分好、着色速度快、成本低廉的一种蛋糕奶油着色剂的加工方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及从植物叶提取物中制成的一种天然奶油着色剂。
背景技术
由于副作用(例如致癌),合成着色剂在当今倾向于不受欢迎。食品、化妆品和纺织工业倾向于采用天然或有机着色剂。
然而,对于从大量植物中获得的未加工原成分的、其他添加成分最少的、稳定且应用广泛的蓝色着色剂没有描述。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蛋糕奶油着色剂,从大量植物资源中筛选出一种着色物质含量高、营养成分好、着色速度快、着色效果显著、获取方式简单、加工成本低廉的植物加工成一种天然蛋糕奶油着色剂的加工方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种蛋糕奶油着色剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:30-40份丝瓜叶粉末,5-10份梨花粉末,5-8份玉米黄,4-6份海藻酸钠,1-3份薰衣草、5-7份甘草、1.5-3份车前草;其具体制备方法:将上述重量份的丝瓜叶粉末由是采摘新鲜丝瓜叶在5-7℃低温鼓风干燥至含水量在3-5%以下,再粉碎成粉末过250目筛,再加入相对于丝瓜叶粉末质量25-32倍的浓度为40%-50%的氯化钠溶液提取2-3h,然后减压浓缩并干燥成丝瓜叶粉末;所述的葵花粉末是先采摘还未完全盛开的花朵,将花朵晒干后研磨成粉末。
