相关技术描述
如农产品、肉类等被运送相对较长距离的产品通常放置在冷藏集装箱内。这些冷藏集装箱特别设计来调节内部空间以具有使产品保存延长时间段的某一温度。冷藏集装箱利用运输制冷单元,以在运输期间冷却这些产品。制冷单元通常固定到冷藏集装箱的前壁,且在内部空间内通过蒸发器风机来循环冷却的空气,所述蒸发器风机将空气从集装箱前面引导到后面。
发明概要

详细描述
集成冷藏集装箱的实施方案包括耦接到货物集装箱的制冷***,以对货物集装箱中的内部空间提供更有效冷却。集成冷藏集装箱包括蒸发器风机组件,其位于被冷却的内部空间内,而其电动机位于通过多个隔热面板与所述内部空间分离的空腔内。蒸发器电动机经由部分横穿所述隔热面板中的一个以维持所述电动机与所述蒸发器风机之间的分离的细长轴而驱动所述蒸发器风机。使蒸发器电动机与内部空间隔热的隔热面板防止了来自电动机的热被添加到内部空间,从而减少了内部空间所需的冷却量,同时也提供更少功耗的制冷***。

参照图2,示出了根据本发明的实施方案的集成到货物集装箱105中的制冷***110的示意侧视图。制冷***110包括电驱动的制冷压缩机205,其经由制冷剂管线225连接到冷凝器盘管215、冷凝器风机210和膨胀阀210。压缩机205、冷凝器盘管215、冷凝器风机210和膨胀阀220定位在前腔200中,其暴露于外部周围环境。另外,压缩机205、冷凝器盘管215、冷凝器风机210和膨胀阀220通过隔热壁202与内部空间260分离。蒸发器电动机235驱动轴240,所述轴连接到蒸发器风机242以沿路径270、275在蒸发器盘管230上提供均匀空气流,以冷却内部空间260。蒸发器电动机235定位在由顶壁125和穿孔面板265形成的顶部腔245中,所述穿孔面板265从前壁向上朝顶壁125延伸。蒸发器电动机235在运行期间产生热,且在运行期间穿孔面板265允许周围空气进入空腔245且在空腔245内循环且冷却蒸发器电动机235。此外,蒸发器盘管230和蒸发器风机242位于内部空间260内且通过多个隔热面板250、255与顶部腔分离。应了解,内部空间260与蒸发器电动机235隔热防止了来自旋转电动机的热被添加到内部空间260中,从而减少了内部空间260所需的冷却量,且提供更少功耗的制冷***110。
在运行时,如图2中所示,低压制冷剂经由制冷剂管线225被输送到压缩机205,此处其被压缩成高压、高温气体。高压、高温气体从压缩机205输送到冷凝器215,此处周围空气通过冷凝器215(例如、经由冷凝器风机210),并将高压蒸汽制冷剂冷凝成低温制冷剂气体。离开冷凝器盘管215的制冷剂气体输送通过膨胀阀220。由膨胀阀220引起的压力变化导致气态制冷剂液化成超冷却的液体制冷剂。液体制冷剂经过蒸发器盘管230,此处蒸发器风机242使来自内部空间260的空气在蒸发器盘管230上循环以使其进一步冷却。蒸发器电动机235位于内部空间260外且轴240部分横穿内部空间260防止了由蒸发器电动机235产生的热被输送到内部空间260,从而提供了更有效的冷却***。此外,穿孔面板265提供了在蒸发器电动机235上的周围空气流,以在运行期间冷却蒸发器电动机235,从而防止热积聚在顶部腔245内。

Claims (18)

1. 一种用于内部空间的制冷***,其包括:
蒸发器盘管和蒸发器风机,其驻留在所述内部空间内,所述蒸发器盘管被构造来对所述内部空间制冷;
蒸发器电动机,其沿着轴向轴耦接到所述蒸发器风机;
冷凝器盘管和冷凝器风机,其邻近所述蒸发器电动机安置;和
隔热面板,其被构造来使所述蒸发器电动机与所述蒸发器风机分离。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述蒸发器风机被构造来在所述内部空间内循环冷却的空气。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述蒸发器电动机驻留在内腔内,所述内腔与周围环境流体连通。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的***,其还包括位于所述内腔和所述周围环境之间的至少一个穿孔面板,所述至少一个穿孔面板被构造来使周围空气进入所述内腔。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的***,其还包括位于所述内腔和所述内部空间之间的隔热面板,所述隔热面板被构造来使所述内部空间与所述内腔热分离。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其中所述冷凝器盘管和冷凝器风机被构造来驻留在第二内腔内,所述第二内腔与周围环境流体连通。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的***,其还包括至少第二隔热面板,以使所述内部空间与所述第二内腔热分离。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其还包括压缩机,所述压缩机被构造来调节包含在其中的制冷剂。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的***,其还包括制冷剂管线,所述制冷剂管线被构造来响应于所述内部空间的冷却而使所述制冷剂循环通过所述蒸发器盘管。
10. 一种包括耦接到冷凝器盘管和蒸发器盘管的压缩机对内部空间制冷的方法,其包括:
在所述内部空间内提供蒸发器盘管和蒸发器风机,所述蒸发器盘管被构造来对所述内部空间制冷;
将蒸发器电动机沿着轴向轴耦接到所述蒸发器风机;
邻近所述蒸发器电动机提供冷凝器盘管和冷凝器风机;和
用绝热体使所述蒸发器电动机与所述蒸发器风机分离。
11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其还包括在所述内部空间内循环冷却的空气。
12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述蒸发器电动机驻留在内腔内,所述内腔与周围环境流体连通。
13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中至少一个穿孔面板位于所述内腔与所述周围环境之间,所述至少一个穿孔面板被构造来使周围空气进入所述内腔。
14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其还包括位于所述内腔和所述内部空间之间的隔热面板,所述隔热面板被构造来使所述内部空间与所述内腔热分离。
15. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其还包括在第二内腔内提供所述冷凝器盘管和冷凝器风机,所述第二内腔与周围环境流体连通。
