本发明是一种用于经期的红糖组合物及其应用。原料的重量百分比为:山楂3-15%、肉桂5-10%、大枣10-25%、银耳7-15%、龙眼肉5-12%、枸杞5-12%,维生素1-10%、矿物质1-5%,红糖11%-63%。山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经粉碎,或者提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后混合得混合物,该混合物再与维生素、矿物质、红糖混均后得组合物,通过添加或不添加可食用辅料或\和食品添加剂制成粉状、块状、液状等产品。本发明的组合物是根据本发明所述的药食两用植物、维生素、矿物质、红糖各具有的功能特点进行科学合理搭配组合,山楂活血化淤、健脾开胃,对闭经有良好作用;不但可改善女性经期体虚及不适的症状,同时红糖还可提供能量,对经期女性有良好作用。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体是一种用于经期的红糖组合物及其应用。
背景技术
月经是生理上的循环周期,发生在一些具有生育能力的女性人类和黑猩猩与其他人科动物之间。育龄妇女和灵长类雌性动物,每隔一个月左右,子宫内膜发生一次自主增厚,血管增生、腺体生长分泌以及子宫内膜崩溃脱落并伴随出血的周期性变化。月经来潮的持续时间一般为3-7天,出血量在100毫升之内,以第2-3天为最多。月经血一般呈暗红色,不凝固,除血液外,还含有子宫内膜碎片、***及***上皮细胞。一般女性月经期无症状,少数人可有下腹或腰骶部下坠感、***胀痛、便秘或腹泻、头痛,因此需要补充一些营养来缓解体虚和经期的一些症状。目前市场上有一些中药如复方丹参片、速效救丸等,化学药主要有非甾体萘丁美酮、舒林酸、布洛芬等、其他药如脑益嗪、硝苯地平等,这些药长期或大量服用有的容易产生经期血量增大、食欲不振、消化不良、上腹疼痛、恶心、呕吐,重者粘膜糜烂、消化性溃疡、胃出血、穿孔等。还有维生素B6、镁制剂等,维生素B6、镁制剂主要起增加细胞内Mg2+浓度,治疗原发性痛经。本发明采用药食两用植物和营养强化剂与红糖组方,即有轻微活血化瘀、温经通络的作用,又有补血、改善细胞内Ma2+浓度,起到益气补血、活血化瘀、温经止痛和改善经期不适的作用。
而目前未见与本发明相同的红糖组合物的产品及文献报导。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有营养保健功能的用于经期的红糖组合物及其应用。
本发明的红糖组合物的原料重量百分比为:山楂3-15%、肉桂5-10%、大枣10-25%、银耳7-15%、龙眼肉5-12%、枸杞5-12%,维生素1-10%、矿物质1-5%,红糖11%-63%。
山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经粉碎,或者提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后混合得混合物,该混合物再与维生素、矿物质、红糖混均后得组合物,通过添加或不添加可食用辅料或\和食品添加剂制成粉状、块状、液状等产品。
本发明所添加的可食用辅料,为国家规定可食用或药品中使用的辅料,如淀粉、糊精、纤维素及其衍生物等。
本发明所添加的食品添加剂为国家***所规定的食品添加剂。
所述的复合维生素可以是天然维生素、合成维生素或天然维生素与合成维生素的混合物中,包括但不仅限于维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E,由其中的一种或几种以任意比例混合而成。
所述的矿物质可以是天然的矿物质、合成的矿物质或天然维生素与合成混合维生素的混合物,包括但不仅限于GB 2760《食品国家安全标准 食品添加剂使用标准》和GB 14880《食品国家安全标准 食品营养强化剂使用标准》中规定使用的种类,由其中的一种或几种以任意比例混合而成。
本发明的组合物的应用:
1)组合物30-100%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,干燥、包装,即制成粉状产品。
2)组合物30-100%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,加入食用乙醇,制粒、干燥、筛分,包装,即制成颗粒状产品。
3)组合物20-80%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,包装,压成块状,即制成块状产品。
4)组合物,加入组合物重量0.3-20倍的纯化水,加入组合物与纯化水制成的饮料重量0.05-5%的食品添加剂,投入均质机内均质,分装,灭菌,即制成液体产品。

红糖通常是指甘蔗经榨汁,通过简易处理,经浓缩形成的带蜜糖。红糖按结晶颗粒不同,分为赤砂糖、红糖粉、碗糖等,因没有经过高度精练,含有80%左右的蔗糖,保留了较多甘蔗的营养成分,也更加容易被人体消化吸收,因此能快速补充体力、增加活力,所以又被称为「东方的巧克力」,其中不仅含有可提供热能的碳水化合物,还含有人体生长发育不可缺少的苹果酸、核黄素、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素。据分析,每100克的红糖含钙90毫克,是白糖的3倍;含铁4毫克,为白糖的3倍。
山楂含糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、枸橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时,山楂也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,山楂提取物对癌细胞体内生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的抑制作用。
肉桂具有暖脾胃,散风寒,通血脉,治腹冷胸满,呕吐噎膈,风湿痹痛,跌损瘀滞,血痢肠风的作用,适宜腰膝冷痛、阳虚怕冷、风寒湿性关节炎、四肢发凉、胃寒冷痛、食欲不振、呕吐清水、腹部隐痛、肠鸣泄泻、妇女产后腹痛、月经期间小腹冷痛和闭经、慢性溃疡、心动过缓、脉象沉迟、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、雷诺氏症者食用,也适合肾虚、遗尿患者食用。
红枣具有补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等作用,红枣对慢性肝炎、肝硬化、贫血、过敏性紫癜等病症有较好疗效;红枣含有三萜类化合物及环磷酸腺苷,有较强的抗癌、抗过敏作用。大枣能润心肺、止咳、补五脏、治虚损、除肠胃癖气,还能安中养脾、平胃气、通九窍、助十二经等。
银耳具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。它能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能,它不但能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。可以滋补生津;润肺养胃,补肺益气。虚劳咳嗽;痰中带血;津少口渴;病后体虚;气短乏力。银耳也是一味滋补良药,特点是滋润而不腻滞,具有补脾开胃、益气清肠、安眠健胃、补脑、养阴清热、润燥之功,对阴虚火旺不受参茸等温热滋补的病人是一种良好的补品。银耳富有天然特性胶质,加上它的滋阴作用,长期服用可以润肤,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效。银耳是种含膳食纤维的减肥食品,它的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收。
龙眼肉补心脾,益气血,健脾胃,养肌肉。思虑伤脾,头昏,失眠,心悸怔忡,虚赢,病后或产后体虚,及由于脾虚所致之下血失血症。其主要功能是安神,治失眠、健忘、惊悸。研究发现,龙眼肉对子宫癌细胞的抑制率超过90%,妇女更年期是妇科肿瘤好发的阶段,适当吃些龙眼肉有利健康。龙眼肉的糖分含量很高,且含有能被人体直接吸收的萄萄糖,体弱贫血,年老体衰,久病体虚,经常吃些龙眼肉很有补益;妇女产后,龙眼肉也是重要的调补食品。
在古药书《本草汇言》中:枸杞能使气可充(补气)、血可补(补血)、阳可生(壮阳)、阴可长(滋阴)、火可降(降火)、风可祛(治风湿),有十全之妙用也。枸杞还具有辅助降血脂、抗氧化、滋阴补肾、养肝明目、缓解体力疲劳、改善微循环、增强免疫力等功效。
维生素是维持人体生命活动必须的一类有机物质,也是保持人体健康的重要活性物质。维生素在体内的含量很少,但不可或缺。它的作用主要是参与机体代谢的调节、一旦缺乏就会引发相应的维生素缺乏症,对人体健康造成损害。女性经期处于一个特殊的生理期,需要补充维生素,可改善经期体虚、不适的症状,如维生素B6可降低***水平,调节***,维生素E要改善胸部不适(***、胀痛)等。
矿物质是构成人体组织和维持正常生理功能必需的各种元素的总称,是人体必需的七大营养素之一。虽然矿物质在人体内的总量不及体重的5%,也不能提供能量,可是它们在体内不能自行合成,必须由外界环境供给,并且在人体组织的生理作用中发挥重要的功能。在女性经期,钙有益女性***,减少肿胀,痉挛、易怒和情绪摇摆,镁有抑制神经兴奋、维持核酸结构的稳定,有效改善***的作用,锰可改善情绪,防止肿胀,调节***。
不饱和脂肪酸具有调节血脂、清理血栓、免疫调节、维护视网膜提高视力、补脑健脑、改善关节炎症状减轻疼痛的作用,可缓解经期痉挛。

本发明的组合物是根据本发明所述的药食两用植物、维生素、矿物质、红糖各具有的功能特点进行科学合理搭配组合,山楂活血化淤、健脾开胃,对闭经有良好作用;肉桂具有散风寒,通血脉的作用,适宜腰膝冷痛、阳虚怕冷、妇女产后腹痛、月经期间小腹冷痛和闭经;红枣补血;银耳养阴润燥,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效;龙眼肉适宜于病后或产后体虚,及由于脾虚所致之下血失血症,体弱贫血,年老体衰,久病体虚;枸杞性平,具有补气、补血、滋阴降火的作用,可增强人体免疫力;维生素、矿物质和不饱和脂肪酸可改善经期症状。红糖不具有以上这些功能,因此,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞、维生素、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸与红糖组合,不但可改善女性经期体虚及不适的症状,同时红糖还可提供能量,对经期女性有良好作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案(以下均为重量百分比):
实施例1:
山楂10%、肉桂6%、大枣25%、银耳10%、龙眼肉5%、枸杞5%,维生素(维生素A、维生素B6任意混合)2%、矿物质(碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌任意混合)1.5%,红糖35.5%,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞、红糖经干燥、粉碎、过100目筛,与维生素、矿物质混合均匀,制成配方红糖组合物。
实施例2:
山楂3%、肉桂10%、大枣20%、银耳8%、龙眼肉12%、枸杞10%,维生素(维生素A、维生素B12、维生素D、叶酸任意混合)8%、矿物质(葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌任意混合)1%,红糖28%,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、过100目筛,与维生素、矿物质、红糖混合均匀,制成配方红糖组合物。
实施例3:
山楂8%、肉桂6%、大枣15%、银耳10%、龙眼肉5%、枸杞8%,维生素(维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素D、维生素E任意混合)1%、矿物质(葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌任意混合)5%,红糖42%,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、过100目筛,与维生素、矿物质、红糖混合均匀,制成配方红糖组合物。
实施例4:
山楂20%、肉桂17%、大枣10%、维生素(维生素B6、叶酸任意混合)2.5%、矿物质(硫酸镁、葡萄糖酸钙任意混合)2%,赤砂糖48.5%,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经干燥、粉碎、过100目筛,与维生素、矿物质、红糖混合均匀,压成制成片状,制成配方红糖组合物。
实施例5:
大枣25%、银耳10%、龙眼肉5%、枸杞10%,维生素(维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素D、维生素E任意混合)10%、矿物质(葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、***钠任意混合)2%,绵糖308%,山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉、枸杞经提取(用现有的方法提取)、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、过100目筛,红糖经粉碎,与维生素、矿物质、红糖粉混合均匀,制成红糖组合物。
应用实施例6:
红糖组合物60%,麦芽糊精10%,淀粉糖浆25%,柠檬酸5%,经化糖、熬糖、冷却、调和、成型,制成硬糖型块状产品。
应用实施例7:
红糖组合物80%,糊精13%、大豆磷脂5%,硬脂酸镁2%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,包装,压成块状,得块状产品。
应用实施例8:
红糖组合物60%,麦芽糊精40%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,干燥、包装,即制成粉状产品。
应用实施例9:
红糖组合物100%,经粉碎,装入瓶子或小袋中,得粉状物。
应用实施例10:
红糖组合物20%,麦芽糊精70%、大豆磷脂10%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,干燥、包装,即制成粉状产品。
应用实施例11:
红糖组合物30%,麦芽糊精65%、大豆磷脂5%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,加入75%食用乙醇,制粒、干燥、筛分、包装,即制成颗粒状产品。
应用实施例12:
红糖组合物60%,麦芽糊精37%、大豆磷脂3%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,加入75%食用乙醇,制粒、干燥、筛分、包装,即制成颗粒状产品。
应用实施例13:
红糖组合物100%,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,加入90%食用乙醇,制粒、干燥、筛分、包装,即制成颗粒状产品。
应用实施例14:
红糖组合物10kg,纯化水100kg,乳化剂(50%单甘酯、10%Span60和40%Tween80)0.2kg,尼泊金乙脂0.2kg,放入均质机中,调节pH值在3-5,均质两次,分装,灭菌,外包装,得液状产品。
实施例15:
红糖组合物300kg,纯化水90kg,尼泊金乙脂0.39kg,溶解,分装,灭菌,包装,得液状产品。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于经期的红糖组合物,其特征在于:其原料的重量百分比为:山楂3-15%、肉桂5-10%、大枣10-25%、银耳7-15%、龙眼肉5-12%、枸杞5-12%,维生素1-10%、矿物质1-5%,红糖11%-63%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物,其特征在于:所述的维生素是天然维生素、合成维生素或天然维生素与合成维生素的混合而成,包括但不仅限于维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E,由其中的一种或几种以任意比例混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物,其特征在于:所述的矿物质是天然矿物质、合成矿物质或天然矿物质与合成矿物质的混合而成,包括但不仅限于钙、铁、锌、硒、铜、磷,由一种或几种以任意比例混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物,其特征在于所述的红糖包括赤砂糖和绵糖。
5.权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物的制备方法,其特征在于山楂、肉桂、大枣、银耳、龙眼肉经粉碎或提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎后得混合物,与维生素、矿物质、红糖混合后得红糖组合物。
6.权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物的应用,其特征在于:将红糖组合物30-100%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,干燥、包装,即制成粉状产品。
7.权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖组合物的应用,其特征在于:将红糖组合物30-100%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,加入食用乙醇,制粒、干燥、筛分,包装,即制成颗粒状产品。
8.权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖的组合物的应用,其特征在于:红糖组合物60-80%,0-60%食品辅料,0-5%食品添加剂,投入混合机内,混合1-30分钟,包装,压成块状,或经化糖、熬糖、冷却、调和、成型,即制成块状产品。
9.权利要求1所述的用于经期的红糖的组合物的应用,其特征在于:用红糖组合物,加入红糖组合物重量0.3-10倍的纯化水,加入红糖组合物与纯化水制成的液体重量0.05-5%的食品添加剂,投入均质机内均质,分装,灭菌,即制成液体产品。
