发明背景
人眼用于通过使光透射穿过被称作角膜的透明外部分及经由晶状体将图像聚焦至视网膜上而提供视力。聚焦图像的质量取决于许多因素,包括眼睛的大小和形状以及角膜和晶状体的透明度。
当年龄或疾病导致晶状体变得较不透明时,视力因可透射至视网膜上的减少的光而劣化。眼睛晶状体的这种缺陷被称作白内障。治疗这种病症需要眼科手术。更具体地,手术移除劣化的晶状体并且用人工晶状体(IOL)替换。

在另一个示例性配置中,多功能阀562可操作地连接至电动机71,诸如步进电动机,其具有角位置编码器(诸如编码器36)。当压力传感器63检测到抽吸压力已超过预定阈值时,控制器可自动操作电动机71以将多功能阀562旋转至预定角位置,从而快速改变抽吸管线52内的抽吸压力。由于控制器与压力传感器63协作可被构造来检测闭塞打开起始,所以多功能阀562可由电动机71自动旋转以将抽吸管线52内的抽吸压力减小至低于预定设定。这个功能将操作以减轻后闭塞脉动。因为多功能阀562允许抽吸管线52内抽吸水平的选择性和动态控制,所以可由用户针对更快和更高效的晶状体移除而选择和采用更高真空度。
除选择性地控制***500内的抽吸水平外,多功能阀562还用于额外目的,即控制穿过灌注管线50的灌注。更具体地,第一流径563A被构造来在第一流径563A与灌注供应管线549和灌注管线50连通时,将灌注供应管线549选择性地连接至灌注管线50。但是,多功能阀562可被选择性地旋转,使得第一流径563A被放置为不与灌注供应管线549连通,从而有效关闭灌注。
此外,多功能阀562的构造还允许选择性地控制抽吸水平,同时控制灌注。例如,多功能阀562和流体管线549、50、54/54'和52被构造使得当第一流径563A与灌注管线50和灌注供应管线549连通时,第二流径563B仅与排废管线54/54'连通,保留抽吸管线52闭合至排废管线54/54'。在这种配置中,灌注被供应至手持件42且排气管线560被闭合。或者,多功能阀562可稍微从「灌注管线打开,排气管线闭合」位置旋转,使得第二流径563B开放至抽吸管线52和排废管线54/54',同时第一流径563A与灌注管线50和灌注供应管线549连通。在这种构造中,灌注被供应至手持件42且抽吸管线52可操作地连接至排废管线54/54',从而减小抽吸管线52内的抽吸压力(在未消除的情况下)。这种设计有效免除来自***500的阀元件,同时仍提供选择性地改变抽吸压力以及选择性地控制灌注。
现参考图13,示出用于超声乳化液流***中的替代抽吸回路700的部分示意图。抽吸回路700采用基于排量和/或基于真空的抽吸模式。抽吸回路700包括抽吸管线752,其将手持件742流体连接至蠕动泵720的输入口753或文丘里管储器760的输入口731。抽吸排废管线754/754'分别从文丘里管储器760的输入口731和蠕动泵720的输入口753延伸。虽然现有技术构造使用单独的阀门来闭合和打开文丘里管储器760的输入口731且提供抽吸管线752至排水袋758的选择性排气,但是抽吸回路700采用安置在提供两种功能的盒体(类似于上文图12A中所示)的密封槽内的多功能阀732。
更具体地,参考图14A至图14C,在一个示例性配置中,多功能阀732被构造为具有由第一开口765和第二开口767界定的通道763。在一个示例性配置中,第二开口767可构造为具有向外延伸的张开。或者,通道763可构造为具有朝向多功能阀732的周边770向外张开的三角形形状。第一开口765定位为横穿至通道763。第二开口形成为穿过多功能阀732的周边770。
参考图14A,在操作期间,多功能阀732可被定位,使得抽吸由泵720输送至抽吸管线752。在这种构造中,多功能阀732被选择性地旋转,使得至文丘里管储器的输入管线731闭合且抽吸排废管线754从抽吸管线752关闭。在这种构造中,全抽吸由泵720提供。
压力传感器769可定位在输入管线753中以检测和监测抽吸管线752中的压力。压力传感器769可操作地连接至安装在控制台中的控制***。压力传感器769在超声乳化机操作期间检测并且传达抽吸管线752中的压力变化。在一个示例性构造中,预定压力阈值可在控制***内设定,使得当来自压力传感器769的压力读数超过所述阈值时,***推动多功能阀732的移动达预定量以减小抽吸管线52内的抽吸压力。更具体地,参考图14B,多功能阀732可被旋转,使得通道763的第二开口767至少部分与抽吸排废管线754流体连通。因此,如果压力已在抽吸管线752内增大达非所要量(诸如,例如,因为闭塞打开脉动),那么多功能阀732可选择性地移动达预定量以部分打开抽吸排废管线754,如图14B中所示。这个动作快速且有效地将抽吸管线752内的抽吸压力恢复至预定可接受量,而无须泵反转。但是,应了解,若需要,通道763可被旋转,使得抽吸管线752完全开放至抽吸排废管线754。
如上所述,多功能阀732还可用于将抽吸源从泵720切换至文丘里管储器760。参考图14C,在这种构造中,通道763被定位,使得第二开口767与文丘里管储器760的输入731连通,从而将抽吸管线752连接至文丘里管储器760。但是,将抽吸排废管线754自抽吸管线752密封。

在一些实施方案中,用于选择性地控制抽吸的液流***的抽吸回路可包括:抽吸管线,其可操作地连接至手术仪器、第一抽吸排废管线,其可操作地连接至废物容器;第二抽吸排废管线,其可操作地连接至废物容器;基于排量的抽吸源,其可操作地连接至第一抽吸排废管线;基于真空的抽吸源,其可操作地连接至第二抽吸排废管线;和选择性可变阀,其可操作地连接至基于排量的抽吸源和基于真空的抽吸源;其中可变阀可被致动以在采用基于排量的抽吸源时选择性地改变抽吸管线内的抽吸压力。在一些实施方案中,可变阀可被选择性地致动以从基于真空的抽吸源提供抽吸压力至抽吸管线。在一些实施方案中,基于排量的抽吸源是蠕动泵且基于真空的抽吸源包括文丘里管储器。在一些实施方案中,可变阀还包括阀体,其包括由第一开口和第二开口界定的通道,其中第一开口定位为横穿至通道的长度且其中第二开口形成为穿过阀体的周边。

选择性可变排气阀,其可操作地连接至所述抽吸排气管线,其中所述可变排气阀可选择性地移动以选择性地改变所述抽吸管线内的抽吸压力;
灌注管线,其可操作地连接至手术仪器,
灌注压力传感器,其中,所述灌注压力传感器可操作地连接至所述灌注管线,以及
致动器,所述致动器可操作地连接至所述可变排气阀,
其中,所述灌注压力传感器和所述致动器连接至控制器,以及
其中所述控制器可操作来响应于由所述灌注压力传感器检测到的实际压力值而启动所述致动器以移动所述排气阀,从而改变所述抽吸管线内的所述抽吸压力;
其中,所述排气阀是旋转阀,该旋转阀还包括输入开口、输出开口和将所述输入开口连接至所述输出开口的通道;
所述排气阀可被选择性地旋转以将所述通道选择性地定位为与所述抽吸排气管线至少部分连通;
其中,所述控制器用于利用来自所述灌注压力传感器的信息来检测闭塞打开起始,所述控制器用于通过启动所述致动器以移动所述排气阀从而使所述闭塞打开起始最小化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其中所述抽吸排气管线在第二末端上连接至所述抽吸排废管线,用于形成绕过所述抽吸泵的旁通回路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其中所述抽吸排气管线在第二末端上连接至大气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其中所述抽吸排气管线在第二末端上连接至作为排气压力源的加压流体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其中所述抽吸排气管线在第二末端上连接至所述灌注管线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其还包括:
抽吸压力传感器,所述抽吸压力传感器可操作地连接至所述抽吸管线,
其中所述抽吸压力传感器连接至所述控制器,和
其中所述控制器可操作来响应于由所述抽吸压力传感器检测到的实际压力值而启动所述致动器以移动所述排气阀,从而改变所述抽吸管线内的所述抽吸压力。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液流***,其中所述致动器是电动机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液流***,其中所述可变排气阀可操作地连接至灌注管线,使得所述可变排气阀可被选择性地移动以选择性地中断所述灌注管线中的流体流及选择性地改变所述抽吸管线内的所述抽吸压力。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液流***,其中所述可变排气阀被构造为具有形成于其中的第一流径和第二流径,其中所述第一流径可选择性地且至少部分地与灌注供应管线和所述灌注管线对准,以打开通向灌注供应源的所述灌注管线,且其中所述第二流径可选择性地且至少部分地与所述抽吸管线和所述抽吸排废管线对准,以选择性地改变所述抽吸管线内的所述抽吸压力。
10.一种用于在液流***中选择性地控制抽吸和灌注的液流盒体,其包括:
抽吸管线,其被构造来连接至一外部抽吸管线,所述外部抽吸管线被连接至手术仪器;
抽吸排废管线;
抽吸排气管线,其在第一末端上连接至所述抽吸管线;和
选择性可变排气阀,其可操作地连接至所述抽吸排气管线,其中所述可变排气阀可选择性地移动以选择性地改变所述抽吸管线内的抽吸压力;
灌注管线,其可操作地连接至手术仪器,
灌注压力传感器,其中,所述灌注压力传感器可操作地连接至所述灌注管线,以及
致动器,所述致动器可操作地连接至所述可变排气阀,
其中,所述灌注压力传感器和所述致动器连接至控制器,以及
其中所述控制器可操作来响应于由所述灌注压力传感器检测到的实际压力值而启动所述致动器以移动所述排气阀,从而改变所述抽吸管线内的所述抽吸压力;
其中,所述排气阀是旋转阀,该旋转阀还包括输入开口、输出开口和将所述输入开口连接至所述输出开口的通道;
所述排气阀可被选择性地旋转以将所述通道选择性地定位为与所述抽吸排气管线至少部分连通;
灌注供应管线;
其中,所述灌注管线具有可操作地连接至所述灌注供应管线的第一末端和被构造来连接至一外部灌注管线的第二末端,所述外部灌注管线连接至所述手术仪器;和
可选择性定位的灌注阀,其可操作地将所述灌注供应管线连接至所述灌注管线;
其中,所述控制器用于利用来自所述灌注压力传感器的信息来检测闭塞打开起始,所述控制器用于通过启动所述致动器以移动所述排气阀从而使所述闭塞打开起始最小化。
