本发明涉及一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，包括盖体，盖体侧壁上具有三个连接块，连接块上均开设有用于将盖体螺纹连接在保护盖开口的螺孔，连接块外表面与盖体外表面在同一平面上，盖体内表面开设有凹槽，凹槽内中心位置设置有环形凸起，凸起外侧壁与凹槽侧壁之间固定连接有三根加强筋，盖体中心位置开设有与凸起中心相连通的通孔，通孔外侧开口端固定连接有用于观察内部状况的观察窗。本发明的用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖上设置有观察窗、连接块和加强筋，大大延长保护盖的使用寿命，降低齿轮箱后期维护的便利性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖。
背景技术
普通的传动齿轮箱的保护盖结构简单，抗挤压强度和密封性都比较差，长时间使用很容易损坏或者进入杂物，而且无法在不打开保护盖的情况下观察齿轮箱内部的情况，对于后期维护保养很不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决上述存在的问题，提供一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，解决普通保护盖抗压强度弱、密封性差和只能打开之后才能观察内部状况的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，包括盖体，盖体侧壁上具有三个连接块，连接块上均开设有用于将盖体螺纹连接在保护盖开口的螺孔，连接块外表面与盖体外表面在同一平面上，盖体内表面开设有凹槽，凹槽内中心位置设置有环形凸起，凸起外侧壁与凹槽侧壁之间固定连接有三根加强筋，盖体中心位置开设有与凸起中心相连通的通孔，通孔外侧开口端固定连接有用于观察内部状况的观察窗。
连接块厚度薄于盖体厚度。
盖体外侧壁上固定连接有用于加强保护盖密封性的密封层。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖上设置有观察窗、连接块和加强筋，大大延长保护盖的使用寿命，降低齿轮箱后期维护的便利性。

如图1所示的一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，包括盖体1，盖体1侧壁上具有三个连接块2，连接块2上均开设有用于将盖体螺纹连接在保护盖开口的螺孔3，连接块2外表面与盖体1外表面在同一平面上，盖体1内表面开设有凹槽4，凹槽4内中心位置设置有环形凸起5，凸起5外侧壁与凹槽4侧壁之间固定连接有三根加强筋6，盖体1中心位置开设有与凸起5中心相连通的通孔7，通孔7外侧开口端固定连接有用于观察内部状况的观察窗8。
连接块2厚度薄于盖体1厚度。
盖体1外侧壁上固定连接有用于加强保护盖密封性的密封层。

1.一种用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，包括盖体（1），其特征是：所述的盖体（1）侧壁上具有三个连接块（2），所述的连接块（2）上均开设有用于将盖体（1）螺纹连接在保护盖开口的螺孔（3），连接块（2）外表面与盖体（1）外表面在同一平面上，所述的盖体（1）内表面开设有凹槽（4），所述的凹槽（4）内中心位置设置有环形凸起（5），所述的凸起（5）外侧壁与凹槽（4）侧壁之间固定连接有三根加强筋（6），所述的盖体（1）中心位置开设有与凸起（5）中心相连通的通孔（7），所述的通孔（7）外侧开口端固定连接有用于观察内部状况的观察窗（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，其特征是：所述的连接块（2）厚度薄于盖体（1）厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于传动齿轮箱的保护盖，其特征是：所述的盖体（1）外侧壁上固定连接有用于加强保护盖密封性的密封层。
