Abstract

本发明公开了一种密封电池盒,包括长方体型盒体与上盖,盒体两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部,所述上盖包括第一盖体与第二盖体,第一盖体与第二盖体的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部对应的盖侧壁折弯部,两个盒侧壁折弯部与两个盖侧壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体与第二盖体的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部,两个盖顶壁折弯部相互卡合,本发明通过撑杆和顶杆将第一盖体与第二盖体以及盒体与上盖卡的更紧,保证了密封性,防止漏液。

一种密封电池盒
技术领域
本发明涉及电池盒技术领域,尤其涉及一种密封电池盒。
背景技术
通常,一些低压直流电器设备都依赖电池供电,然而由于设备所使用的环境各不相同,有可能在比较潮湿的环境下使用,一旦电池受潮有可能损坏漏液,漏液将进一步损坏设备的电子元件,那么如何采用简单的结构保证电池的防潮就成为了电池盒设计迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
       为了解决现上述问题,本发明提供一种密封电池盒,大幅提高了电池盒的密封性,防止了电池漏液。
      本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
      一种密封电池盒,包括长方体型盒体、上盖、撑杆、顶杆,盒体两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部,所述上盖包括第一盖体与第二盖体,第一盖体与第二盖体的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部对应的盖侧壁折弯部,两个盒侧壁折弯部与两个盖侧壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体与第二盖体的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部,两个盖顶壁折弯部相互卡合,第一盖体的顶壁内端设杆洞,杆洞的内壁与撑杆的一端设有相互对应的螺纹,撑杆设有螺纹的一端与杆洞内壁相螺接,另一端抵在第二盖体侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体的底壁上设有通孔,孔壁上与顶杆的外侧壁也设有相互对应的螺纹,顶杆的一端从通孔伸入盒体内部并顶在上盖上,顶杆露在盒体外部的一端上设有卡托,在卡托和盒体底壁之间设有密封圈。
   优选地,所述顶杆的上端还设有橡胶垫。
   优选地,盒侧壁折弯部、盖侧壁折弯部以及盖顶壁折弯部均为楔形。
优选地,盒侧壁折弯部、盖侧壁折弯部以及盖顶壁折弯部的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
优选地,所述撑杆露在杆洞外面的一端上设有调节螺母。
优选地,所述盒体与上盖均为弹性塑料件。
优选地,所述撑杆为两个,在盒体底部对称设置。
      本发明所达到的有益效果是:通过撑杆抵在第二盖体的侧壁上和顶杆向上顶住上盖,是电池盒的密封程度大幅增加,防止了电池漏液对设备元器件造成的损坏。

为了进一步描述本发明的技术特点和效果,以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述。
参照图1-图3,一种密封电池盒, 包括长方体型盒体1、上盖2、撑杆3、顶杆4,盒体1两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部11,所述上盖2包括第一盖体21与第二盖体22,第一盖体21与第二盖体22的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部11对应的盖侧壁折弯部23,两个盒侧壁折弯部11与两个盖侧壁折弯部23相互卡合,第一盖体21与第二盖体22的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部24,两个盖顶壁折弯部24相互卡合,第一盖体21的顶壁内端设杆洞,杆洞的内壁与撑杆3的一端设有相互对应的螺纹,撑杆3设有螺纹的一端与杆洞内壁相螺接,另一端抵在第二盖体22侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体22侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体1的底壁上设有通孔,孔壁上与顶杆4的外侧壁也设有相互对应的螺纹,顶杆4的一端从通孔伸入盒体1内部并顶在上盖2上,顶杆4露在盒体1外部的一端上设有卡托5,在卡托5和盒体1底壁之间设有密封圈6。
进一步的,所述顶杆4的上端还设有橡胶垫7。
进一步的,盒侧壁折弯部11、盖侧壁折弯部23以及盖顶壁折弯部24均为楔形。
为了方便调节,所述撑杆露在杆洞外面的一端上设有调节螺母8。
为了进一步增加密封性,盒侧壁折弯部23、盖侧壁折弯部23以及盖顶壁折弯部24的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
进一步的,所述盒体1与上盖2均为弹性塑料件。
进一步的,所述撑杆3为两个,在盒体1底部对称设置。
使用的时候,在电池盒打开状态下将电池放入盒内,然后将上盖2的两个侧壁相外稍微掰开少许,再将上盖2和盒体1卡合,然后调节撑杆3和顶杆4,使其分别顶在盖体22的侧壁上以及上盖上,增大了电池盒的密封性。

1.一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:包括长方体型盒体(1)、上盖(2)、撑杆(3)、顶杆(4),盒体(1)两个短边的外侧壁上设有向下的盒侧壁折弯部(11),所述上盖(2)包括第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22),第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22)的内侧壁下端分别设有向上的与盒侧壁折弯部(11)对应的盖侧壁折弯部(23),两个盒侧壁折弯部(11)与两个盖侧壁折弯部(23)相互卡合,第一盖体(21)与第二盖体(22)的顶壁内端设有相对应的盖顶壁折弯部(24),两个盖顶壁折弯部(24)相互卡合,第一盖体(21)的顶壁内端设杆洞,杆洞的内壁与撑杆(3)的一端设有相互对应的螺纹,撑杆(3)设有螺纹的一端与杆洞内壁相螺接,另一端抵在第二盖体(22)侧壁上端内侧,第二盖体(22)侧壁高度超过其顶壁高度,盒体(1)的底壁上设有通孔,孔壁上与顶杆(4)的外侧壁也设有相互对应的螺纹,顶杆(4)的一端从通孔伸入盒体(1)内部并顶在上盖(2)上,顶杆(4)露在盒体(1)外部的一端上设有卡托(5),在卡托(5)和盒体(1)底壁之间设有密封圈(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:所述顶杆(4)的上端还设有橡胶垫(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:盒侧壁折弯部(11)、盖侧壁折弯部(23)以及盖顶壁折弯部(24)均为楔形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:盒侧壁折弯部(23)、盖侧壁折弯部(23)以及盖顶壁折弯部(24)的接触面均涂油橡胶层。
5.根据权利要求1述的一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:所述撑杆露在杆洞外面的一端上设有调节螺母(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的 一种密封电池盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)与上盖(2)均为弹性塑料件。
