本发明涉及新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头。
背景技术
钢筋笼滚焊机是一种代替传统手工制作钢筋笼的新型、高效、优质的钢筋笼制造设备。在滚焊过程中,流经焊接机头的电流会产生高温,从而使得焊轮和导电体温度过高,影响了焊接点的可靠性。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低焊轮和导电体温度,提高焊接点的可靠性的新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括主轴、轴套、轴座和焊轮,所述主轴左端设有环形台阶,轴套套接在主轴上并安装在轴座上,主轴右端设有锁紧螺母,环形台阶和锁紧螺母与轴套之间分别设有平面轴承,焊轮通过沉头螺钉与主轴左端连接,所述主轴轴向设有通孔,通孔内设有进水管,进水管外套有出水管,焊轮轴心处设有凹槽与主轴通孔相通,进水管和出水管右端设有进出水座。
所述进水管左端伸入焊轮轴心处的凹槽内。
所述主轴右端设有阶梯孔,出水管左端与阶梯孔端面接触,出水管与主轴之间的环形空间内设有密封装置。
所述主轴右端设有密封锁紧螺母,进出水座安装在密封锁紧螺母上。
所述进出水座上设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口分别与进水管和出水管相通,所述进水口和出水口分别安装有进水嘴和出水嘴。
所述焊轮通过凹槽套接在主轴左端,所述凹槽与主轴径向设有密封圈。
所述密封装置包括内密封挡圈、石棉密封圈和外密封挡圈。
本发明的优点是:本发明通过进水嘴进水,经进水管流至焊轮,再经出水管流出,对焊轮和导电体进行水冷却,降低焊轮和导电体的问题,从而提高焊接点的可靠性。

新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头,包括主轴1、轴套2、轴座3和焊轮4,所述主轴1左端设有环形台阶,轴套2套接在主轴上并安装在轴座3上,主轴1右端设有锁紧螺母5,环形台阶和锁紧螺母5与轴套2之间分别设有平面轴承6,焊轮4通过沉头螺钉7与主轴1左端连接,所述主轴1轴向设有通孔,通孔内设有进水管8,进水管8外套有出水管9,焊轮4轴心处设有凹槽与主轴1通孔相通,进水管8和出水管9右端设有进出水座10;所述进水管8左端伸入焊轮4轴心处的凹槽内;所述主轴1右端设有阶梯孔,出水管9左端与阶梯孔端面接触,出水管9与主轴1之间的环形空间内设有密封装置;所述主轴1右端设有密封锁紧螺母11,进出水座10安装在密封锁紧螺母11上;所述进出水座10上设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口分别与进水管8和出水管9相通,所述进水口和出水口分别安装有进水嘴12和出水嘴13;所述焊轮4通过凹槽套接在主轴1左端,所述凹槽与主轴1径向设有密封圈14;所述密封装置包括内密封挡圈15、石棉密封圈16和外密封挡圈17。

1.新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头,包括主轴、轴套、轴座和焊轮,所述主轴左端设有环形台阶,轴套套接在主轴上并安装在轴座上,主轴右端设有锁紧螺母,环形台阶和锁紧螺母与轴套之间分别设有平面轴承,焊轮通过沉头螺钉与主轴左端连接,其特征在于,所述主轴轴向设有通孔,通孔内设有进水管,进水管外套有出水管,焊轮轴心处设有凹槽与主轴通孔相通,进水管和出水管右端设有进出水座;所述进水管左端伸入焊轮轴心处的凹槽内;所述主轴右端设有阶梯孔,出水管左端与阶梯孔端面接触,出水管与主轴之间的环形空间内设有密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头,其特征在于,所述主轴右端设有密封锁紧螺母,进出水座安装在密封锁紧螺母上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢筋笼滚焊机水冷机头,其特征在于,所述进出水座上设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口分别与进水管和出水管相通,所述进水口和出水口分别安装有进水嘴和出水嘴。
