Abstract

一种热风枪头,包括一外壳,外壳的一端设有两列连通外壳的内部的出风口,外壳内的热风可自每一出风口吹出。该热风枪头设有两列出风口,这些出风口可分别对正芯片的各个引脚,使这些引脚的焊锡同时熔化,有利于拆下芯片。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热风枪头。
背景技术
现有热风枪的头部通常是仅设有一个出风口,从电路板上拆下芯片时,热风枪轮流对芯片的两侧的引脚的焊锡吹热风使其熔化,从而方便取下芯片。然而,芯片的不同引脚受热并不均匀,有的引脚的焊锡刚熔化,先前熔化的焊锡已趋于凝固,不方便进行芯片的拆焊作业。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可方便拆卸芯片的热风枪头。
一种热风枪头,包括一外壳,外壳的一端设有两列连通外壳的内部的出风口,外壳内的热风可自每一出风口吹出。
该热风枪头设有两列出风口,这些出风口可分别对正芯片的各个引脚,使这些引脚的焊锡同时熔化,有利于拆下芯片。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图3,本发明热风枪头的较佳实施方式用于将焊接于电路板的芯片100拆下。芯片100包括一本体101及设于本体101的两侧的若干引脚102。热风枪头包括一外壳10、一传动机构20及一动作机构30。
外壳10包括一内空的头部11及设置在头部11的后端的一圆筒形的颈部16。头部11的前侧面112的中部设有一凹槽12。凹槽12的两端贯穿头部11。凹槽12的两端各设有一连通头部11的内部的开口122(见图2)。头部11于凹槽12的两端分别转动安装一夹块13。凹槽12的两端各设有一连接凹槽12的两相对的侧壁123的枢转杆125。该两枢转杆125分别穿设于该两夹块13,使该两夹块13转动连接于该两枢转杆125。每一夹块13的内侧于远离凹槽12的底壁126处突设一挡片131。每一夹块13的外侧突设一限位部132。头部11的前侧面112于凹槽12的两侧各设有若干排成一列的连通头部11的内部的出风口15。该两列出风口15之间自左向右一一对正。颈部16的外侧设有一垂直于头部11的前侧面112的连通颈部16的内部的滑槽18。
传动机构20包括位于颈部16内的垂直于头部11的前侧面112的两侧均设有若干卡齿211的一推动杆21、位于推动杆21的两侧的与卡齿211相啮合的两齿轮22及一操作杆23。每一齿轮22的中心装设一连接颈部16的内壁162的轴222。操作杆23自推动杆21延伸而出且可滑动地穿设于滑槽18。操作杆23设有一抵接颈部16的内壁162且遮盖滑槽18的挡风部232。
动作机构30包括一大致呈U形的连接部301及两呈向前凸出的弧形的弹片33。连接部301包括连接推动杆21的前端的一连接片31及自连接片31的两侧向前延伸的两延伸片32。该两弹片33分别自该两延伸片32的前端向外延伸出。该两弹片33分别穿过该两开口122后连接该两夹块13的内侧的后端。每一延伸片32的外侧与对应的弹片33的连接处设有一压柱35。
使用时,将热风枪头的这些出风口15分别对正这些引脚102。开启该热风枪头对应的热风枪,热风在流经颈部16及头部11后自这些出风口15吹出。这些出风口15吹出的热风同时吹向这些引脚102,使这些引脚102的焊锡同时熔化。关闭热风枪,向前拨动操作杆23,使推动杆21前移,该两齿轮22转动。该连接部301前移,该两弹片33变形并拉动该两夹块13的后端,使该两夹块13相对张开。将芯片100的本体101收容于凹槽12并位于该两夹块13之间。向后拉动操作杆23,该两弹片33弹性回复,连接部301及推动杆21复位。该两夹块13收合并夹住芯片100的本体101,从而可将芯片100自电路板取走,该两挡片131可防止芯片100向前滑出。每一夹块13向外转动至对应的限位部132抵接头部11的外侧面时无法继续向外转动,进而避免该两弹片33因变形过大而丧失弹性。
在本实施方式中,该两齿轮22使得推动杆21较为平稳地移动。在其他实施方式中,该两齿轮22可以省略,推动杆21可不设卡齿211。

Claims (10)

1.一种热风枪头,包括一外壳,外壳的一端设有两列连通外壳的内部的出风口,外壳内的热风可自每一出风口吹出。
2.如权利要求1所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:该热风枪头于该两列出风口之间设有两相对的夹块,该两夹块可相对张开或收合。
3.如权利要求2所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:外壳于该两列出风口之间设有一凹槽,该两夹块可转动地收容于该凹槽的两端。
4.如权利要求3所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:每一夹块的内侧于远离凹槽的底壁处突设一挡片。
5.如权利要求3所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:外壳包括一颈部及设于颈部的一端的一头部,该两列出风口及凹槽设于头部远离颈部的侧面。
6.如权利要求5所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:该热风枪头包括位于颈部内的一传动机构及连接于传动机构和该两夹块之间的一动作机构,传动机构抵推动作机构使动作机构带动该两夹块张开或收合。
7.如权利要求6所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:传动机构包括位于颈部内的一推动杆及一操作杆,颈部设有一滑槽,操作杆连接推动杆并伸出滑槽,操作操作杆沿滑槽滑动可使推动杆抵推动作机构。
8.如权利要求7所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:推动杆的两侧均设有若干卡齿,传动机构还包括位于推动杆的两侧的与推动杆的卡齿相啮合的两齿轮。
9.如权利要求6至8中任意一项所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:头部于凹槽的两端各设有一连通头部的内部的开口,动作机构包括连接于传动机构的一连接部及自连接部的两侧延伸出的两分别穿过该两开口后连接该两夹块的弹片,每一弹片呈弧形。
10.如权利要求9所述的热风枪头,其特征在于:每一夹块的外侧设有一限位部,该两夹块张开时可使该两限位部抵接头部的外侧。
