技术领域
本发明的领域是电信领域并且更具体地涉及在连接到商业网站的终端的帮助下在该因特网网站上通过因特网支付产品或服务的方法。商业网站是向潜在顾客建议他可以远程订购并支付的产品或服务的网站。
所述终端可以是固定、便携式计算机或例如是通过因特网连接到商业网站的移动电话。
背景技术
图1表示用于向商家支付产品或服务的传统支付***。用户在通常其装备有电子芯片11的银行卡10的帮助下进行支付。为了进行交易的支付,用户将其银行卡10***到经由因特网连到银行支付服务器13的支付终端12中。在支付终端12和银行支付服务器13之间建立安全的通信。支付终端12用支付终端12的密钥对尤其是交易、交易类型、使用了哪个支付终端12进行签名。这些数据被核实并且通过银行支付服务器13,并且如果交易被授权,则将此告知销售者并且顾客享有其产品或其服务。

为此,本发明提出一种通过因特网连接和经由因特网连接而连接到商业网站的终端来在商业网站上支付产品或服务的方法,所述方法在于在商业网站的页面上或在连到商业网站的银行网站的页面上将用户的银行标识符输入到标识符录入字段中,所述终端包括NFC类型的接口,所述接口包括读取在用户的NFC类型的支付卡中所包括的银行标识符的装置,并且所述终端包括一种应用,所述应用包括在支付卡已经靠近终端以使得能够建立NFC类型的通信之后传输该标识符并且将其写入到录入字段中以便在没有顾客介入的情况下自动填写录入字段的装置。

最后,本发明使得能够减少通过因特网进行的支付欺诈并且赋予银行相对于其不拥有提供给用户的简单地通过将其卡31靠近其终端30而经由NFC实现支付的该可能性的竞争者的优势。
本发明尤其适用于基于DDA技术(动态数据认证)的、利用EMV技术的卡。这些卡中的每一个包含私有密钥以及加密处理器,使得所述卡能够在每个交易期间生成唯一的签名。
该唯一的签名以在每次使用时不同的随机数据为基础。认证元素事实上通过卡本身而被提供给电子支付终端。本发明同样适用于在DDA类型的卡之前的SDA(静态数据认证)类型的EMV卡。SDA模式使得欺诈者能够在芯片认证的“静态”阶段期间复制客户的数据。DDA模式通过使认证阶段成为“动态”而完全消除该类型的欺诈。

Claims (5)
1.一种通过因特网连接和经由所述因特网连接而连接到所述商业网站(21)的终端(30)来在商业网站(21)上支付产品或服务的方法,所述方法在于在所述商业网站(21)的页面上或者在连到所述商业网站(21)的银行网站(13)的页面上将顾客的银行标识符输入到标识符录入字段中,
所述方法特征在于所述终端(30)包括NFC类型的接口,所述接口包括读取在所述顾客的NFC类型的支付卡(31)中所包括的所述银行标识符的装置,并且在于所述终端(30)包括一种应用,所述应用包括在所述支付卡(31)已经靠近所述终端(30)以使得能够建立NFC类型的通信之后传输所述标识符并且将其写入到所述录入字段中以便在没有所述顾客介入的情况下自动填写所述录入字段的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述NFC类型的支付卡(31)还包括利用接触的读/写装置。
3.根据权利要求1和2中之一所述的方法,其特征在于所述终端(30)是移动电话。
