本发明涉及食品加工领域,特别是涉及一种治疗颈椎病粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
颈椎病又称颈椎综合征,是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称,是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生,或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚,致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压,出现一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为颈椎间盘退变本身及其继发性的一系列病理改变,如椎节失稳、松动;髓核突出或脱出;骨刺形成;韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等,刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓、椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织,引起一系列症状和体征。
现代文明病的排行榜中,颈椎病位于排行榜前列。无论在电脑前、办公桌旁、驾驶室内,到处都有它的阴影。它影响到思维、扰乱睡眠、让人无法集中注意力、心情烦躁、全无自信。颈椎病虽然不是致命的险症,却是闹人的顽疾。中医学研究表明,颈椎病致病的根源原是脾肺之气不足。颈椎病之所以能够呆在原处而不脱出,是因为它受到了周围气的束缚,而它周围气主要是肺气,所以在治疗中用补脾肺之气的药,治疗效果显著而持久。
现在很多人治疗颈椎病都是通过按摩、理疗、吃药、针灸还有手术,但是效果都不佳。目前还没有治愈颈椎病的良方,现在的技术只能缓解,例如,CN101254282B中国发明专利公布的一种治疗颈椎病的药物组合物,制成该药物组合物有效成分的原料药含有:乌梢蛇、穿山甲、鹿角霜、鸡血藤、葛根、白术等29味药物,制成口服制剂和外用制药。此发明的中药数量较多,不仅增加了成本,而且有浓烈的中药味,影响口感。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种口感极佳、食用方便、经济实惠、治疗效果显著、毒副作用小的治疗颈椎病粥及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种治疗颈椎病粥,由以下重量份原料制得:
大米200-300份、鸡块850-1000份、水3000-5000份、黄芪20-25份、党参15-20份、山药20-25份、芡实25-30份、薏米25-30份、百合3-5份、生姜50-70份、食盐35-50份、白糖5-7份、生抽15-20份、料酒15-20份、醋10-15份、味精1-2份。
各原料重量份优选为:
大米250份、鸡块900份、水4000份、黄芪23份、党参18份、山药23份、芡实28份、薏米28份、百合4份、生姜60份、食盐40份、白糖6份、生抽18份、料酒18份、醋13份、味精1份。
一种治疗颈椎病粥的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
(1)腌制鸡块:将腌制液与鸡块混合,搅拌均匀,在10-15℃下腌制8-12小时;
(2)将腌制好的鸡块放入锅中,加入水3000-5000份、黄芪20-25份、党参15-20份、山药20-25份、芡实25-30份、薏米25-30份和百合3-5份,大火煮沸后,转文火炖煮1-2h,过滤,得到鸡汤和鸡肉;
(3)将200-300份大米放入鸡汤中,大火煮沸,转文火炖煮50-70min,冷却;
(4)罐装,灭菌,真空包装,制得治疗颈椎病粥。
上述步骤(4)中所述杀菌温度为116-120℃,时间为20-30min。
上述腌制液按以下重量份配比:
生姜50-70份、食盐35-50份、白糖5-7份、生抽15-20份、料酒15-20份、醋10-15份、味精1-2份。
本发明的原料中:
黄芪,又称北芪或北蓍,亦作黄耆或黄蓍,为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的根。黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用,能增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。
党参,为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参或川党参的干燥根,具有补中益气、健脾益肺的功效,用于脾肺虚弱、气短心悸、食少便溏、虚喘咳嗽、内热消渴等。
山药,原名为薯蓣,又名淮山、理毛条、方山药,为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的干燥根茎,具有健脾胃、益肺肾、补虚嬴功效,用于治疗少便溏、虚劳、喘咳、尿频、带下、消渴。
芡实,为睡莲科芡属的水生植物芡的种子,有固肾涩精、补脾止泄之效,主湿痹腰脊膝痛,补中除暴疾,益精气,强志,令耳目聪明。
薏米:又名薏苡仁、苡仁、六谷子,为禾本科植物薏苡的种仁。其性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。
百合:该品为百合科植物卷丹.、百合或山丹百合(细叶百合)的干燥肉质鳞叶,具有养阴润肺,清心安神功效,用于阴虚久咳,痰中带血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
本发明优点:本发明添加几种中药材料加强补气功效,提高治疗效果,毒副作用小;将原料熬成粥食用,加入的中药混入鸡汤中,中和了药味,因此具有极佳口感;粥的原料简单,价格便宜,经济实惠;将粥制成罐装食品,食用方便。

实施例1
按照以下重量份称取原料:大米250份、鸡块900份、水4000份、黄芪23份、党参18份、山药23份、芡实28份、薏米28份、百合4份、生姜60份、食盐40份、白糖6份、生抽18份、料酒18份、醋13份、味精1份。
腌制液制备:取生姜、食盐、白糖、生抽、料酒、醋、味精按以上重量份原料配比,混合,搅拌均匀;
腌制鸡块:将腌制液与鸡块混合,搅拌均匀,在10℃下腌制12h;
将腌制好的鸡块放入锅中,加入水、黄芪、党参、山药、芡实、薏米和百合,大火煮沸后,转文火炖煮1.5h,过滤,得到鸡汤和鸡肉;再将大米放入鸡汤中,大火煮沸,转文火炖煮60min,冷却;将鸡肉和粥分别装罐,在120℃杀菌30min,真空密封,即制得罐装治疗颈椎病粥。

将腌制好的鸡块放入锅中,加入水、黄芪、党参、山药、芡实、薏米和百合,大火煮沸后,转文火炖煮2h,过滤,得到鸡汤和鸡肉;再将大米放入鸡汤中,大火煮沸,转文火炖煮65min,冷却;将鸡肉和粥分别装罐,在116℃杀菌30min,真空密封,即制得罐装治疗颈椎病粥。

按照以下重量份称取原料:大米300份、鸡块1000份、水5000份、黄芪25份、党参20份、山药25份、芡实30份、薏米30份、百合5份、生姜70份、食盐50份、白糖7份、生抽20份、料酒20份、醋15份、味精2份。
腌制液制备:取生姜、食盐、白糖、生抽、料酒、醋、味精按以上重量份原料配比,混合,搅拌均匀;
腌制鸡块:将腌制液与鸡块混合,搅拌均匀,在13℃下腌制10h;
将腌制好的鸡块放入锅中,加入水、黄芪、党参、山药、芡实、薏米和百合,大火煮沸后,转文火炖煮2h,过滤,得到鸡汤和鸡肉;再将大米放入鸡汤中,大火煮沸,转文火炖煮70min,冷却;将鸡肉和粥分别装罐,在120℃杀菌25min,真空密封,即制得罐装治疗颈椎病粥。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗颈椎病粥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:大米200-300份、鸡块850-1000份、水3000-5000份、黄芪20-25份、党参15-20份、山药20-25份、芡实25-30份、薏米25-30份、百合3-5份、生姜50-70份、食盐35-50份、白糖5-7份、生抽15-20份、料酒15-20份、醋10-15份、味精1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗颈椎病粥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:大米250份、鸡块900份、水4000份、黄芪23份、党参18份、山药23份、芡实28份、薏米28份、百合4份、生姜60份、食盐40份、白糖6份、生抽18份、料酒18份、醋13份、味精1份。
3.一种治疗颈椎病粥的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)腌制鸡块:其腌制液按以下重量份配比:生姜50-70份、食盐35-50份、白糖5-7份、生抽15-20份、料酒15-20份、醋10-15份、味精1-2份,将腌制液与鸡块混合,搅拌均匀,在10-15℃下腌制8-12h;
(2)将腌制好的鸡块放入锅中,加入水3000-5000份、黄芪20-25份、党参15-20份、山药20-25份、芡实25-30份、薏米25-30份和百合3-5份,大火煮沸后,转文火炖煮1-2h,过滤,得到鸡汤和鸡肉;
(3)将200-300份大米放入鸡汤中,大火煮沸,转文火炖煮50-70min,冷却;
(4)罐装,灭菌,真空密封,制得所需粥。
4.根据权利要求3所述治疗颈椎病粥的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述灭菌温度为116-120℃,时间为20-30min。
