Abstract

一种模具的进胶结构,其应用于塑胶模具中,所述塑胶模具具有模仁及型腔,该模具的进胶结构包括:斜销,其具有斜销顶部及斜销杆,所述斜销顶部抵触成型后的产品;流道,其设于所述模仁上以供熔融塑料通过;浇口,其设于所述模仁上且连接于所述流道与型腔之间,该浇口设有一个底面及连接于该底面的两个侧面,且该浇口环绕所述斜销顶部。本发明模具的进胶结构,在成型材质中添加玻璃纤维的产品时,不仅解决了产品的进胶问题,而且还具有顶出产品的作用。

模具的进胶结构
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种模具结构,具体涉及一种模具的进胶结构。
【背景技术】
产品的塑胶件会使用塑胶模具进行成型,例如为电子产品的外壳等塑胶件。由于电子产品的普及,针对塑胶模具的改进也成为广泛研究的课题。
在成型塑胶产品的外观面时,为了外观面的美观,不宜采用侧面进胶和针点进胶;且若产品的材质为塑料中添加玻璃纤维时,例如为聚酰胺中添加玻璃纤维,产品与流道冷却以后,由于产品材质的缘故,产品及流道会***,用牛角潜伏进胶或顶针潜伏进胶的结构,都无法将浇口顶断。
有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种新的模具的进胶结构,以解决上述材质中添加玻璃纤维后无法将浇口顶断的问题。
【发明内容】
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种模具的进胶结构,该模具的进胶结构能够解决在产品的材质中添加玻璃纤维后,浇口不易顶断的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的模具的进胶结构,其应用于塑胶模具中,所述塑胶模具具有模仁及型腔,该模具的进胶结构包括:
斜销,其具有斜销顶部及斜销杆,所述斜销顶部抵触成型后的产品;
流道,其设于所述模仁上以供熔融塑料通过;
浇口,其设于所述模仁上且连接于所述流道与型腔之间,该浇口设有一个底面及连接于该底面的两个侧面,且该浇口环绕所述斜销顶部。
较佳地,所述浇口的截面积由大到小逐渐过渡,以使熔融塑料迅速充满型腔成型产品。
较佳地,所述斜销顶部延伸出所述浇口,以方便所述斜销与模仁靠破成型。
较佳地,以模具开模方向为竖直方向,所述斜销于水平方向的退出行程为S1,斜销顶部延伸出所述浇口的宽度为S2,所述浇口的宽度为S3,则S1>S2+S3,以使斜销完全退出浇口并顶出产品。
相较于现有技术,本发明模具的进胶结构,在成型材质中添加玻璃纤维的产品时,于模具合模后,斜销顶部与模仁靠破封胶,使熔融塑料填充型腔成型产品,于模具开模后,斜销向后退出浇口的同时,还将产品向上顶出,使产品与浇口分离,该模具的进胶结构不仅解决了浇口不易被顶断的问题,而且还具有顶出产品的作用。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1、图2及图3所示,其分别绘示了本发明模具的进胶结构于模具合模状态的示意图、本发明模具的进胶结构一侧面的示意图及本发明模具的进胶结构另一侧面的示意图。
本发明的模具的进胶结构,其应用于塑胶模具中,所述塑胶模具具有模仁100及型腔(图未示),于本实施例中,该模具的进胶结构包括:
斜销200,其具有斜销顶部210及斜销杆220,所述斜销顶部210抵触成型后的产品300;
流道400,其设于所述模仁100上以供熔融塑料通过;
浇口500,其设于所述模仁100上且连接于所述流道400与型腔之间,该浇口500设有一个底面510及连接于该底面510的两个侧面520,该两个侧面520中之一侧面520连接所述流道400,另一侧面520连接所述型腔,且该浇口500环绕所述斜销顶部210,该浇口500使熔融塑料在进型腔时产生加速度,有利于迅速充满型腔,成型后浇口500中的熔融塑料先冷凝,以封闭型腔,防止熔融塑料倒流,避免型腔压力下降过快,以至在产品300上产生缩孔或凹陷。
其中,所述浇口500的截面积由大到小逐渐过渡,以使熔融塑料迅速充满型腔成型产品300。
其中,所述斜销顶部210延伸出所述浇口500,以方便所述斜销200与模仁100靠破成型,于本实施例中,斜销顶部210延伸出所述浇口500的宽度大于0.5mm。
其中,以所述模具开模方向为竖直方向,所述斜销200于水平方向的顶出行程为S1,斜销顶部210延伸出所述浇口500的宽度为S2,所述浇口500的宽度为S3,则S1>S2+S3,以使斜销200完全退出浇口500并顶出产品300。
请共同参阅图1、图2及图3所示,当模具合模后,斜销顶部210与模仁100靠破封胶,熔融塑料从流道400中流入浇口500中,浇口500使熔融塑料迅速填充型腔成型产品300。
请参阅图4所示,当模具开模后,在模具的顶出机构的顶出作用下,斜销200斜向上运动,即斜销200向后退出浇口500的同时,还将产品300向上顶出,使产品300与浇口500很容易地分离。
本发明模具的进胶结构,在成型材质中添加玻璃纤维的产品300时,不仅解决了产品300的进胶问题,使浇口500很容易地被顶断,而且还具有顶出产品300的作用,结构简单,且浇口500大小方便调节,利于产品300的成型。

Claims (4)

1.一种模具的进胶结构,应用于塑胶模具中,所述塑胶模具具有模仁及型腔,其特征在于,该模具的进胶结构包括:
斜销,其具有斜销顶部及斜销杆,所述斜销顶部抵触成型后的产品;
流道,其设于所述模仁上以供熔融塑料通过;
浇口,其设于所述模仁上且连接于所述流道与型腔之间,该浇口设有一个底面及连接于该底面的两个侧面,且该浇口环绕所述斜销顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具的进胶结构,其特征在于,所述浇口的截面积由大到小逐渐过渡,以使熔融塑料迅速充满型腔成型产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模具的进胶结构,其特征在于,所述斜销顶部延伸出所述浇口,以方便所述斜销与模仁靠破成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的模具的进胶结构,其特征在于,以模具开模方向为竖直方向,所述斜销于水平方向的退出行程为S1,斜销顶部延伸出所述浇口的宽度为S2,所述浇口的宽度为S3,则S1>S2+S3,以使斜销完全退出产品及浇口。
