本发明公开了一种自航耙吸挖泥船机船舶建造冷热加工方法,切割后产生的缺陷如气割缺口等修补完整后,报验合格方可移交下道工序;火焰切割和剪刃的自由边,T型材面板,扁钢扶强材、肘板的自由边缘人孔及通道不应有锋利的边缘和毛刺,必须经打磨处理;型材、组合件装焊后及拼板埋弧焊后的构件,尽量采用跟踪油漆;板材边缘加工必须严格按照草图规定板宽加工直线和加工坡口,其直线度偏差不得超过质量标准规定值;所有正作坡口、大斜面和余量端坡口,大斜面均由二次划线后切割完成;有曲度的外板均采用油压机加工,水火弯板成形;肋骨、纵骨等型钢利用喷粉线采用水火弯曲加工成形。本发明方法简便、易操作,工作效果好。

本发明的目的在于提供一种简便、效果好的自航耙吸挖泥船机船舶建造冷热加工方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种自航耙吸挖泥船机船舶建造冷热加工方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:切割后产生的缺陷如气割缺口等修补完整后,报验合格方可移交下道工序;火焰切割和剪刃的自由边,T型材面板,扁钢扶强材、肘板的自由边缘人孔及通道不应有锋利的边缘和毛刺,必须经打磨处理;型材、组合件装焊后及拼板埋弧焊后的构件,尽量采用跟踪油漆;板材边缘加工必须严格按照草图规定板宽加工直线和加工坡口,其直线度偏差不得超过质量标准规定值;所有正作坡口、大斜面和余量端坡口,大斜面均由二次划线后切割完成;有曲度的外板均采用油压机加工,水火弯板成形;肋骨、纵骨等型钢利用喷粉线采用水火弯曲加工成形。
