Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于强化辊压模具的强化辊压轮,该强化辊压轮具有用于强化辊压半径或凹口的、圆环面形状的主体以及两个至少大致呈截锥形状的中心体,这些凹口限定了在曲轴上的主轴颈的两侧,这些中心体在主体的两侧上凸起。
背景技术
强化辊压轮通常具有矮的截锥形状。使该截锥体的底面在其边缘上形成圆形,有时具有不同的半径,从而得到大致上呈圆环面形状的主体。这种类型的强化辊压轮例如由DE10230526A1已知,参见图2。但是文献WO2005/023488A1也描述了所述类型的强化辊压轮,参见图10至12。所述强化辊压轮用在强化辊压模具中并且能够更换而且该强化辊压轮能够松弛地旋入辊轮保持架中。所述类型的辊轮保持架例如由DE10042425B4已知。在强化辊压模具中使用前述强化辊压轮时有可能发生强化辊压轮以倒置的状态夹紧在辊轮保持架之间。结果造成辊轮保持架和强化辊压轮的提前磨损以及错误地加工曲轴。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,这样设计强化辊压轮,即,该强化辊压轮始终以规定的、即正确的安装位置装配到强化辊压模具中。
根据本发明通过使圆柱体在两个中心体其中一个的上端面上凸起从而实现了该目的。
由US6,393,885B1还已知多种强化辊压轮,这些强化辊压轮与根据图3、图5a和图5b所述类型的强化辊压轮相比还具有不同的形状。这种强化辊压轮具有圆环面形状的主体和两个至少大致呈截锥形状的中心体,该主体用于强化辊压半径或凹口,该凹口限定了在曲轴上的主轴颈的两侧,该中心体在主体的两侧上凸起,参加图6至图11。然而已知的强化辊压轮的设计并不是为了避免不合乎规定的安装。因此这种设计其实会导致为圆环面形状的主体在导辊上形成拓宽的支撑面,该主体需要在强化辊压时执行主要任务。因此,强化辊压力不再直接通过主体而是通过主体两侧凸起的、至少大致呈截锥形状的中心体作用在强化辊压轮上,参见图6。

具体实施方式
强化辊压轮1具有圆环面形状的主体2,该主体用于强化辊压半径和凹口14、15,该凹口限定了在曲轴(未示出)上的主轴颈13的两侧。截锥形状的中心体5和6在主体2的两侧3和4上凸起。圆柱体8在中心体5的上端面7上凸起。例如两个中心体5和6具有不同的高度9和10。然而这种高度差异不是必须的,因此两个高度9和10也完全可以是相同的。没有承载圆柱体8的中心体6的高度也可以为零。
圆柱体8一方面具有高度11,该高度至少和中心体5的高度9完全相同。然而优选使圆柱体8的高度11大于承载该圆柱体8的中心体5的高度9。圆柱体8的直径12和中心体5的上端面7的直径相同。提一下,整个的强化辊压轮1和其主体2、中心体5、6以及圆柱体8是一件式形成的。强化辊压轮1由超高强度材料构成。
图3示出了强化辊压轮1的各种安装位置。首先示出了曲轴的任意主轴颈13。连接曲柄臂16和17的凹口14和15限定该主轴颈13的两侧。
图3的左半部分图示示出了强化辊压轮1在正确的安装位置中。图3的右半部分图示示出了强化辊压轮1’在错误的安装位置中。当强化辊压轮1在正确的安装位置上时,圆柱体8在两个相邻的辊轮保持架18之间获得足够空间。当安装位置如图3的右半部分图示时可以看出,经错误安装的强化辊压轮1’会以其圆柱体8’伸入到曲柄臂16中。因此不可能从前面将强化辊压模具19装入曲柄臂16和17之间。为了完善起见还提出在强化辊压模具19中以已知的方式使两个强化辊压轮1和1’以其主体2和2’支撑在导辊20上。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于强化辊压模具(19)的强化辊压轮(1、1’),所述强化辊压轮具有用于强化辊压半径或凹口(14、15)的、圆环面形状的主体(2、2’)以及两个至少大致呈截锥形状的中心体(5、6),所述凹口限定了在曲轴上的主轴颈(13)的两侧,所述中心体在主体(2、2’)的两侧(3、4)上凸起,其特征在于,圆柱体(8、8’)在两个中心体(5、6)其中一个的上端面(7)上凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,两个中心体(5、6)具有不同的高度(9、10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,中心体(6)的高度(10)为零。
4.根据权利要求2所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,所述圆柱体(8)在所述中心体(5)的上端面(7)上以较高的高度(9)凸起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,所述圆柱体(8、8’)具有和其所属中心体(5)的上端面(7)相同的直径(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,所述圆柱体(8、8’)具有至少和其所属中心体(5)相同的高度(11)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的强化辊压轮,其特征在于,这样确定所述圆柱体(8、8’)的高度(11)和直径(12)的大小,即,当强化辊压轮(1、1’)处于错误的安装位置上时强化辊压模具(19)和曲轴的曲柄臂(16、17)相抵触。
