技术领域
本发明涉及液体制剂的投放装置,特别是配装于电气洗衣机、电气洗碗机等的电气洗涤机上的液体洗涤投放控制装置。
背景技术
现有技术中使用者对电气洗衣机、电气洗碗机等洗涤设备的液体洗涤剂(或者柔软剂、软化剂、杀菌液等)的添加是将液体洗涤剂事先存放在指定的容器里,洗涤设备根据洗涤进程通过水冲或者其他机械的方法把洗涤洗涤剂冲入到洗涤桶。这种方法,洗涤剂的投放量取决于使用者操作的随意性,并且每次洗涤过程都需要向容器中添加洗涤剂。随着洗涤剂液体化的不断增进,在洗涤设备中一次性存放多量洗涤剂是一种应用趋势,这样使用者可以在洗涤过程中根据需要投放其中的一定量的洗涤剂,从而可以减少使用者的操作麻烦,还可以根据洗涤物种类和量的不同,自动调节洗涤剂投放量。所以洗涤设备上配置洗涤剂自动投放装置是一种发展方向。
日本特开61-172594公开了对填充在容器内的液体洗涤剂通过气泵施加一定压力控制阀的打开时间,来控制洗涤剂投放量。再如特开2000-334197所公开的完全通过对容器内的液体洗涤剂施加气压,把洗涤剂从容器压出。这些方案需要使用者在液体洗涤剂槽注满洗涤剂后把槽盖完全密封。如果出现密封不良,泵的压力就会泄漏。即使泵的压力一样,不同粘度的液体洗涤剂在同样压力下的流动速度会有所不同,导致投放不准确。另外泵的噪声也影响洗涤设备的噪音指标控制。
中国市场上有在洗涤设备的底部放置液体洗涤箱的设备,它通过齿轮泵产生的压力把液体洗涤液压送或者吸引到位于洗涤设备顶部的水盒,再输入洗涤桶。这种方案其齿轮泵常浸于洗涤剂中,洗涤剂用完时,泵中所残留的洗涤剂干燥固结,再次使用时会产生很大的阻尼阻碍齿轮泵中齿轮的转动。并且齿轮泵的工作噪声对洗涤设备噪音指标的控制也有不利影响。再就是该方案还存在因洗涤剂粘度波动引起投放速度差异所产生的投放误差问题。
日本特开平11-019391提供了一种方案,是在洗衣机内设置一个水泵,水泵把洗衣机洗涤桶内的水或者浴池里的水抽吸流过洗涤桶内的管路上设置的一个喷嘴,喷嘴上具有负压发生装置,泵出水的同时,利用喷嘴的负压作用,把洗涤液吸入至主水流,混合后投入到洗涤桶内。该技术提供的动力避免了气泵动力方案的密封问题和齿轮泵方案的残留洗涤剂固结问题,但是该方案的前提是设置提供恒定压力的水泵,这样成本比较高。
CN201258409Y文献公开了同样利用水流产生负压作用的装置,但是提出的是利用自来水的水流产生负压,而负压的大小与自来水压力与流量的关系很大,故直接使用洗涤设备中电磁阀的进水产生负压时,产生的负压波动范围会非常大,洗涤剂的投放精度很难控制。
该方案实施例1企求克服上述问题,但例中洗涤剂填充计量盒是在负压源与计量盒空间切断的情况下,依靠计量盒内残存的负压力吸引洗涤剂,负压力不足时,计量空间不能被填满,导致投放精度不高,在计量盒密封不良情况下,投放误差更大。另外充填在计量盒内的洗涤剂是依靠负压再吸引到主水流中去的,从阀门到管道之间都会有洗涤剂残留,这些洗涤剂浓缩或者固结后会阻碍洗涤剂的流动,最终可能影响投放效果。
CN103397496A公开的一种液体洗涤剂投放装置,设有主通道、阀门A、阀门B、阀门C、阀门D、集液腔、回流通道和文丘里负压发生器,该装置具有构造简单,体积小,安装使用方便,洗涤剂投放精度高,设备内洗涤剂不易残留的特点,但该装置由于水/洗涤剂混合液通过阀门C的出口或阀门C和阀门D的出口输入集液腔,集液腔内液体通过回流通道输入文丘里负压发生器,文丘里负压发生器的出口与主通道入口通连,故水/洗涤剂混合液通过主通道输入洗涤桶的过程中,容易导致所述混合液的一部分通过与主通道旁通的阀门A入口段分流进入洗涤剂投放的环流区,引起投放量误差或投放效率差的问题,再就是由于该装置中的集液腔其体积相对较大,集液腔内存集的水/洗涤剂混合液通过水流冲刷输送效率相对低,混合液难能在短时间内被冲刷输送完毕。
发明内容
本发明要解决目前洗涤设备配置的液体洗涤剂投放装置构造比较复杂,投放精度不够准确,洗涤剂易残留固结引起设备运行受阻,以及洗涤剂投放效率低等问题,为此提供本发明的一种洗涤剂投放控制器,本洗涤剂投放控制器构造简单,体积小,安装使用方便,设备内洗涤剂不易残留,投放精度高,投放效率高。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案为具有阀门A、阀门B、阀门C和阀门D的第一方案和具有阀门A、阀门B、阀门C、阀门D、阀门E和阀门F和第二方案。
本发明所述第一方案是具有主通道,主通道一端为进水的入口,主通道另一端为能与洗涤桶进液口连接的出口,其特殊之处是设有阀门A、阀门B、阀门C、阀门D、泵和喷嘴,阀门A的入口与所述的主通道的旁通口A通连,阀门B的入口能与洗涤剂A储液箱通连,阀门A和阀门B的出口与阀门C的入口通连,阀门D的入口能与洗涤剂B储液箱通连,阀门C和阀门D的出口与所述泵的入口通连,泵的出口与所述主通道的旁通口B通连,主通道的所述旁通口A和旁通口B的相对位置是旁通口A相对靠近主通道的所述入口,旁通口B相对靠近所述出口,所述喷嘴串接于主通道并位于旁通口A和旁通口B之间,喷嘴的入口朝向主通道的所述入口,喷嘴的出口朝向主通道的所述出口。
本方案优选是设有一集成阀,所述阀门A、阀门B、阀门C、阀门D设置于该集成阀,阀门A具有入口A和阀座A,阀门B具有入口B和阀座B,阀门C具有入口C和阀座C,阀门D具有入口D和阀座D,该集成阀具有内腔一和内腔二,阀座A开启状态内腔一与入口A通连,阀座C开启状态内腔一和内腔二通连,内腔二具有出口,该集成阀设有电磁阀组件一和电磁阀组件二;电磁阀组件一具有电磁线圈一,电磁线圈一内的导套内设置有活塞一,活塞一前端连有活塞帽一;电磁阀组件二具有电磁线圈二,电磁线圈二内的导套内设置有活塞二,活塞二前端连有活塞帽二;
所述阀门A和阀门B与电磁阀组件一对应,阀座A和阀座B与集成阀的内腔一贯通并在该内腔一中同轴线相向对应且相间一距离,电磁阀组件一的活塞帽一位于阀座A和阀座B的所述相间一距离的范围内,并且在常态下活塞帽一闭合阀座B,开启阀座A,该常态是指电磁线圈一不通电状态;
所述阀门C和阀门D与电磁阀组件二对应,阀座C和阀座D与集成阀的内腔二贯通并在该内腔二中同轴线相向对应且相间一距离,电磁阀组件二的活塞帽二位于阀座C和阀座D的所述相间一距离的范围内,并且在常态下活塞帽二闭合阀座D,开启阀座C,该常态是指电磁线圈二不通电状态。
本发明优选是设有一集成体,所述泵、串接有喷嘴的主通道和集成阀设置于该集成体,所述入口A与旁通口A通连,入口C与内腔一通连,内腔二的出口与泵的入口通连。
所述主通道可以设置于集成体上部右侧,泵设置于集成体上部左侧,集成阀设置于集成体下部,所述泵具有电机。

本发明所述洗涤剂是指液体洗涤剂。本发明所述第一方案中,所述洗涤剂A是指一种洗涤剂,洗涤剂B是指另一种洗涤剂;本发明中的阀门B用于投放洗涤剂A,阀门D用于投放洗涤剂B。本发明可以同时投放洗涤剂A和洗涤剂B,也可以只投放洗涤剂A或洗涤剂B。
与本发明的使用操作顺序相关的是,在主通道入口进水过程中,先开启阀门A和阀门C,关闭阀门B和阀门D,让进水水流的一部分分流水通过阀门A、阀门C和泵的进口和出口再汇集于主通道,与进水水流一并输入洗涤桶,此分流环路的水流作用在于冲洗泵及相关流路,避免因洗涤剂残留固结影响本发明的使用。冲洗结束后,关闭阀门A,开启阀门B和/或阀门D,洗涤剂A和/或洗涤剂B储液箱的洗涤通过阀门B、阀门C和/或阀门D进入集液腔,与此前输入的冲洗水混合,继而与进水水流混合输入洗涤桶,实现洗涤剂A和/或洗涤剂B的投放。
本发明主通道水流的少量分流水依次通过阀门A、阀门C和泵,再与进水水流一并进入洗涤桶,能冲洗泵及相关流路,避免因洗涤剂残留固结影响本发明的使用。上述洗涤剂投放控制器可以称为二联(二组)结构的,阀门A和阀门B为一组,阀门C和阀门D为另一组。本发明基于同样原理,还可以是三联结构的,即在所述二联结构基础上增设阀门E和阀门F。
本发明三联结构的与二联结构的相比,使用范围更广。
基于同样原理,本发明还可以是多于三联的。譬如四联,是在所述三连结构基础上增设阀G和阀H,这种结构,阀E和阀F的出口与阀G的入口通连,阀H的入口与洗涤剂D储液箱通连。

实施例一
洗涤剂投放控制器,参见图1,具有主通道1,主通道一端为进水的入口101,主通道另一端为能与洗涤桶进液口连接的出口102,设有阀门A2、阀门B3、阀门C4、阀门D5、泵6和喷嘴7,阀门A的入口与所述的主通道的旁通口Aa通连,阀门B的入口能与洗涤剂A储液箱通连,阀门A和阀门B的出口与阀门C的入口通连,阀门D的入口能与洗涤剂B储液箱通连,阀门C和阀门D的出口与所述泵的入口601通连,泵的出口602与所述主通道的旁通口Bb通连,主通道的所述旁通口A和旁通口B的相对位置是旁通口A相对靠近主通道的入口101,旁通口B相对靠近主通道的出口102,所述喷嘴的入口口径较小,喷嘴的出口口径较大,该喷嘴串接于主通道并位于旁通口A和旁通口B之间,喷嘴的入口朝向主通道的所述入口,喷嘴的出口朝向主通道的所述出口。
当阀门B3、阀门C4开启,阀门A2、阀门D5关闭时,启动泵6,洗涤剂A即被抽入主通道;当阀门A、阀门D开启,阀门B、阀门C关闭时,启动泵;洗涤剂B即被抽入主通道。阀门B、阀门D开启时间可控,即洗涤剂投放量可控。
当阀门A2、阀门C4开启,阀门B3、阀门D5关闭时,若主通道入口101接通水源,由于喷嘴7的作用,旁通口Aa处的水压会大于旁通口Bb处的水压,因此,会自动形成自旁通口A流入,旁通口B流出的旁路水流,将旁路通道冲洗干净。
实施例二
本例洗涤剂投放控制器,具有主通道1,主通道一端为进水的入口101,主通道另一端为能与洗涤桶进液口连接的出口102,设有如图3、图4所示的一集成阀,该集成阀具有包括入口A201和阀座A202的阀门A,包括入口B301和阀座B302的阀门B,包括入口C401和阀座C402的阀门C,包括入口D501和阀座D502的阀门D,该集成阀具有内腔一10和内腔二14,阀座A开启状态内腔一与入口A201通连,阀座C开启状态内腔一和内腔二通连,内腔二具有出口1401,入口A与主通道的旁通口Aa通连,内腔二的出口1401与主通道的旁通口Bb通连,旁通口A相对靠近入口101方向,旁通口B相对靠近出口102方向,在主通道于旁通口A和旁通口B之间设有喷嘴,喷嘴的入口朝向主通道的所述入口,喷嘴的出口朝向主通道的所述出口;该集成阀设有电磁阀组件一和电磁阀组件二;电磁阀组件一具有电磁线圈一13,电磁线圈一内的导套内设置有活塞一12,活塞一前端连有活塞帽一11;电磁阀组件二具有电磁线圈二17,电磁线圈二内的导套内设置有活塞二16,活塞二前端连有活塞帽二15;

本例中阀门A和阀门B联动,阀门C和阀门D联动。电磁线圈一13不通电时,活塞一12在其后端弹簧作用下弹伸,活塞帽一11闭合阀座B302,开启阀座A202,入口A201与内腔一10通连;同理,电磁线圈二17不通电,活塞二16在其后端弹簧作用下弹伸,活塞帽二15闭合阀座D502,开启阀座C402,内腔一10与内腔二14通连。继上述状态,电磁线圈一通电,活塞一被吸合,活塞帽一11闭合阀座A202,开启阀座B302,可实现洗涤剂A投放。同理,电磁线圈二通电,则可实现洗涤剂B投放。
本例中,阀门A与阀门B为联动结构,阀门C与阀门D为联动结构,阀座A、阀座B、阀座C和阀座D的关闭或开启即分别为阀门A、阀门B、阀门C和阀门D的关闭或开启。
阀门A开启时,阀门B必然关闭,阀门A关闭时,阀门B必然开启。同理,阀C开启时,阀D必然关闭,阀C关闭时,阀D必然开启。
当阀门A关闭,则阀门B开启,阀门C开启,则阀门D关闭,启动泵,洗涤剂A被抽入主通道。当阀门A开启,则阀门B关闭,阀门C关闭,则阀门D开启,启动泵,洗涤剂B被抽入主通道。阀门B、阀门D开启时间可控,即洗涤剂投放量可控。
当阀门A、阀门C开启,则阀门B、阀门D关闭,主通道入口接通水源,由于喷嘴的作用,旁通口A处的水压会大于旁通口B处的水压,因此,会自然形成自旁通口A流入,旁通口B流出的旁路水流,将旁路通道冲洗干净。
实施例三
