Abstract
本发明公开了一种牛蒡降压保健面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉80-100、菱角粉6-8、粳米10-13、莲子5-7、牛蒡根8-10、火龙果8-10、西瓜皮6-9、胡萝卜5-8、桃仁3-5、杜仲叶1-2、罗布麻叶1-2、玉米须2-3、玉蝴蝶1-2、绞股蓝2-3、叶齿兰2-3、莲子芯1-2、白芷2-3、玉米花粉0.5-1.5;本发明面粉,颗粒细腻,营养均衡,适合加工各种面制品,添加玉米花粉,既能抑制食品致病菌,又能增强免疫细胞活性;增强抗病力;同时配方还增加了多种具有降低血压功效的中药成分,常食能显著降低血压,有益健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种牛蒡降压保健面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,人们生活水平的不断提高,食品以精米、面为主,但由于精细加工,精粮损失了麸皮(小麦)、米糠(谷物),从而损失了其中的大量B族维生素以及可常溶性和非可溶性纤维素等营养物质。缺少这些营养素容易患很多慢性退行性病症等,如便秘、结肠癌、神经衰弱、贫血、糖尿病甚至心脑血管疾病、脚气病等等。本发明添加牛蒡等原料,最大程度保留营养成分,强化营养结构,增强降血压保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种牛蒡降压保健面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种牛蒡降压保健面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉80-100、菱角粉6-8、粳米10-13、莲子5-7、牛蒡根8-10、火龙果8-10、西瓜皮6-9、胡萝卜5-8、桃仁3-5、杜仲叶1-2、罗布麻叶1-2、玉米须2-3、玉蝴蝶1-2、绞股蓝2-3、叶齿兰2-3、莲子芯1-2、白芷2-3、玉米花粉0.5-1.5。
所述的降压面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火龙果去皮,西瓜皮去皮去瓤,胡萝卜洗净切丝,牛蒡根去皮洗净,与处理火龙果、西瓜皮、胡萝卜丝一起破碎,加适量水打制成浆,液渣分离,滤渣与适量亚麻籽油炒制干香,研磨至180-200目,得牛蒡混合粉,滤液待用;
(2)、将桃仁、杜仲叶、罗布麻叶、白芷等中药原料破碎至40-70目,加9-12倍水煎煮2-3.5小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,与步骤(1)滤液混匀,得混合液;
(3)、将粳米、莲子分别加水浸透中心,捞出冲洗沥干,与混合液一起研磨成浆,文火熬煮微干,加入菱角粉搅拌均匀,文火翻炒至干香,再精磨至180-240目,得混合粉;
(4)、将混合粉、牛蒡混合粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明面粉,颗粒细腻,营养均衡,适合加工各种面制品,添加玉米花粉,既能抑制食品致病菌,又能增强免疫细胞活性;增强抗病力;同时配方还增加了多种具有降低血压功效的中药成分,常食能显著降低血压,有益健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种牛蒡降压保健面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:小麦粉100、菱角粉6、粳米10、莲子6、牛蒡根10、火龙果8、西瓜皮8、胡萝卜6、桃仁4、杜仲叶1、罗布麻叶1、玉米须2、玉蝴蝶1、绞股蓝3、叶齿兰2、莲子芯2、白芷2、玉米花粉1。
所述的降压面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火龙果去皮,西瓜皮去皮去瓤,胡萝卜洗净切丝,牛蒡根去皮洗净,与处理火龙果、西瓜皮、胡萝卜丝一起破碎,加适量水打制成浆,液渣分离,滤渣与适量亚麻籽油炒制干香,研磨至200目,得牛蒡混合粉,滤液待用;
(2)、将桃仁、杜仲叶、罗布麻叶、白芷等中药原料破碎至70目,加12倍水煎煮3.5小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,与步骤(1)滤液混匀,得混合液;
(3)、将粳米、莲子分别加水浸透中心,捞出冲洗沥干,与混合液一起研磨成浆,文火熬煮微干,加入菱角粉搅拌均匀,文火翻炒至干香,再精磨至200目,得混合粉;
(4)、将混合粉、牛蒡混合粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种牛蒡降压保健面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉80-100、菱角粉6-8、粳米10-13、莲子5-7、牛蒡根8-10、火龙果8-10、西瓜皮6-9、胡萝卜5-8、桃仁3-5、杜仲叶1-2、罗布麻叶1-2、玉米须2-3、玉蝴蝶1-2、绞股蓝2-3、叶齿兰2-3、莲子芯1-2、白芷2-3、玉米花粉0.5-1.5。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的降压面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将火龙果去皮,西瓜皮去皮去瓤,胡萝卜洗净切丝,牛蒡根去皮洗净,与处理火龙果、西瓜皮、胡萝卜丝一起破碎,加适量水打制成浆,液渣分离,滤渣与适量亚麻籽油炒制干香,研磨至180-200目,得牛蒡混合粉,滤液待用;
(2)、将桃仁、杜仲叶、罗布麻叶、白芷等中药原料破碎至40-70目,加9-12倍水煎煮2-3.5小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤,与步骤(1)滤液混匀,得混合液;
