Description

Plant composition for preventing cow mastitis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of feed additives, and relates to a plant composition for preventing dairy cow mastitis.
Background
The mastitis of the dairy cow is one of common diseases and frequently encountered diseases of the dairy cow, the mastitis can cause the milk yield of the dairy cow to be sharply reduced, the milk quality to be reduced, even the milk production function to be lost, a large amount of mastitis positive milk can be only discarded, and the economic loss is huge. According to the dairy consortium worldwide, there are about 2.2 million cows all over the world, and about 1/3 cows have various types of mastitis. In some countries in europe, the incidence of clinical mastitis is between 20% and 50% per lactation period. The clinical mastitis incidence rates of France, Finland, Sweden and Denmark are 20%, 10.9%, 11.1% and 21%, respectively. The average incidence rate of clinical mastitis in China is 33.41%, the positive rate of recessive mastitis is 46.4% -85.7%, and the incidence rate is higher than that reported abroad. The economic loss caused by mastitis reaches $ 350 billion every year around the world, the economic loss caused by mastitis reaches $ 20 billion every year in the United states, the direct economic loss of the mastitis of the dairy cattle in the United kingdom can reach $ 2.67 billion, the mastitis of the dairy cattle in Japan can reach $ 5 billion, and the mastitis of the dairy cattle in China can reach $ 30 billion. In addition, it is difficult to measure the prolonged postpartum estrus and pregnancy caused by mastitis, the reduction of milk nutritional ingredients and the health hazards to humans.
At present, antibiotic medicines are mainly used at home and abroad for treating mastitis, but long-term and large-amount antibiotic administration causes generation of bacterial drug resistance in cows, drug residues and antibiotic residues in milk, causes a series of problems of food safety and the like, and endangers human health. Therefore, it is imperative to search a safe and reliable prevention method.
