一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,该明目保健品由龙眼壳,龙眼核,龙眼肉,杭白菊,枸杞制成;该各组分的重量百分比为:龙眼壳5-15%,龙眼核10-25%,龙眼肉25-35%,杭白菊15-20%,枸杞20-35%。本发明富含蛋白质、多糖、多种维生素、以及黄酮类物质和各种矿物元素,不仅具有抗疲劳、抗疾病、增强记忆力,以及降温降暑等保健功能,更重要的是本发明还从环保的角度考虑充分利用了传统意义上容易被人们废弃的龙眼壳、龙眼核,而龙眼壳、核含有大量的营养物质,里面的一些有机物质,如黄酮类、维生素A等,能够促进角膜血液流动,具有极好的清肝明目、改善视力的功效。

背景技术
龙眼是我国***公布的法定的药用和食用两用的植物,也是南方重要的经济作物之一,更是历史悠久的滋补佳品。龙眼的果实龙眼肉是果中珍品,含有多种维生素,矿物质、蛋白、脂肪和果糖等对人体有益的营养成份。龙眼在《神农本草经》中称:“主五脏邪气,安志、厌食,久服强魂魄,聪明。”实验证明,龙眼除对全身有益补作用外,对脑细胞特别有益,能增强记忆,消除疲劳;龙眼壳为龙眼的果皮,里面含有大量的黄酮类物质,雷丁大学研究人员发现黄酮类物质有助于促进角膜血液流动,进而保护和改善视力。1991年学者Holland研究报道黄酮类等物质对肝脏也有很强的保护作用,能够解除肝的毒素,减轻肝中毒,而中医讲“肝藏血、主筋,开窍于目;龙眼核中含有丰富的淀粉、还原糖和蛋白质以及黄酮等营养成分,且含有多种矿物元素(钾、钙、镁和磷等元素)以及维生素A和维生素E等,不仅是保健食品良好的营养源,而且里面的维生素A可以很好的保护视力。然而我国对龙眼的利用大部分仅限于对龙眼肉的开发上,对龙眼核和龙眼壳的利用甚少,每年有大量的龙眼壳和龙眼核被废弃。
杭白菊,又名甘菊、白菊花、茶菊、药菊。具有花瓣洁白如玉,花蕊黄如纯金的特点。是甘菊中的佳品。杭白菊有很高的药用价值,还有延年益寿的功效,《补农书》载:“甘菊性甘温,久服最有益。”元代《本草衍义补遗》说:“菊花能补阴”。李时珍《本草纲目》道:菊能利五脉,调四肢,治头风热补。杭白菊,还可代茶饮用,其色香味不亚于龙井茶。经常饮用,能增强毛细血管抵抗力,抑制毛细血管的通性,起到抗炎强身的作用。杭白菊含有菊甘、氨基酸及微量维生素等成分,具有清风散热、明目解毒等功效,同时也是解暑降温、清肝明目、提神、利尿的作用,菊花茶能让人头脑清醒、双目明亮,特别对肝火旺、用眼过度导致的双眼干涩有较好的疗效。
枸杞中最主要的活性成分为枸杞多糖,相对分子质量为68-200,现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。另外还具有甜菜碱、黄酮类物质和枸杞色素,枸杞色素具有抗氧化和作为维生素A的合成前体等重要的生理功能。长期服用枸杞茶可以养肝,滋肾,润肺,更能补虚益精,清热明目。
近年来近视在青少年中屡见不鲜,而这些近视大多都是由于长时间的近距离作业造成的,如读书,写字,看电视,玩电脑等,使眼睛长时间的调节紧张,头部前倾,眼球内不断的充血,眼内压相应的增高,以及眼外肌的紧张和压迫眼球,或者因调节时牵引涡状静脉,妨碍了血液的流通,致使眼轴延长而形成近视。近视的出现不仅影响到自己的日常生活,如果不注意控制还会影响到自己的健康。本发明从保健和环保的角度出发,将龙眼核和龙眼壳等富含黄酮类物质的浸提液加入到产品中,并加入了在中医上具有较好保健功效和清肝明目功效的杭白菊、枸杞以及龙眼肉浸提液。一方面充分利用了被人们大量废弃的龙眼核和龙眼壳,另一方面也是是产品具有了更好的保健和明目功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、提高免疫力等保健功能,更重要的是还具有较好的改善视力的功效。
为此,所采用的技术方案为:
一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,该明目保健品由龙眼壳,龙眼核,龙眼肉,杭白菊,枸杞制成;该各组分的重量百分比为:龙眼壳5-15%,龙眼核10-25%,龙眼肉25-35%,杭白菊15-20%,枸杞20-35%。
一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健液的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)选取新鲜的龙眼,去壳,去果肉;龙眼核和龙眼壳亦可搜集或收购被人们废弃的原料;
2)将龙眼壳、龙眼核清洗干净,烘干后备用;
3)按上述比例称取烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,并将其打磨成细粉后混合均匀,用其4-6倍体积的75%-95%酒精浸泡20-30h后过滤,将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2-3次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物,即浸膏;
4)将龙眼壳、龙眼核浸提物与龙眼肉、枸杞混合后,加入40-60倍体积的水先蒸煮30-50min后,再加入杭白菊,蒸煮时间3-10 min,之后关火浸泡30-45min;取汁留渣,在料渣中加入10-20倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间30-45min,合并汁液,滤过备用;
5)灌装、灭菌:将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为20-30min。
6)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目植物饮料的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)选取新鲜的龙眼,去壳,去果肉;龙眼核和龙眼壳亦可搜集或收购被人们废弃的原料;
2)将龙眼壳、龙眼核清洗干净备用;
3)称取烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,用粉碎机打磨成细粉,装入料包,加入总原料40-80倍体积的水先蒸煮15-25min,,再加入枸杞与龙眼肉蒸煮25-45min,关火后加入杭白菊浸泡1-1.5h,取汁留渣,加20-30倍体积的水后再进行煎煮,蒸煮时间30-45min,合并汁液,滤过备用,根据需要在滤液中加入一定量的阿斯巴甜作为甜味剂。
4)灌装、灭菌:将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为20-30min。
5)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
一种含龙眼壳及龙眼核的明目咀嚼片的加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)选取新鲜的龙眼,去壳,去果肉;龙眼核和龙眼壳亦可搜集或收购被人们废弃的原料。
2)将龙眼壳、龙眼核清洗干净,烘干后备用;
3)按上述比例称取一定量的烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,并将其打磨成细粉后混合均匀,用其4-6倍体积的75%-95%酒精浸泡20-30h后过滤,将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2-3次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物(即浸膏)。
4)将龙眼壳、龙眼核浸提物与一定质量的龙眼肉、枸杞混合后,加入10-20倍体积的水先蒸煮40-55min后,再加入杭白菊,蒸煮时间3-10 min,之后关火浸泡30-45min。取汁留渣,在料渣中加入5-10倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间30-45min,合并汁液,滤过备用。
5)滤液在旋转蒸发器上浓缩至干,然后用粉碎机粉碎成颗粒,用20-40目筛过筛,根据需要加入不同颜色的色素,用压片机做成不同类型的咀嚼片。
与现有技术相比,本发明富含蛋白质、多糖、多种维生素、以及黄酮类物质和各种矿物元素,不仅具有抗疲劳、抗疾病、增强记忆力,以及降温降暑等保健功能,更重要的是本发明还从环保的角度考虑充分利用了传统意义上容易被人们废弃的龙眼壳、龙眼核,而龙眼壳、核含有大量的营养物质,里面的一些有机物质,如黄酮类、维生素A等,能够促进角膜血液流动,具有极好的清肝明目、改善视力的功效。另外,杭白菊、枸杞以及龙眼肉也是传统意义上极具保健功能和保护视力的物质。所以龙眼壳和龙眼核的加入不仅合理利用了资源,也大大提高了传统意义上人们只用龙眼肉以及枸杞等加工制作的保健液的功效。
具体实施方式
一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,该明目保健品由龙眼壳,龙眼核,龙眼肉,杭白菊,枸杞制成;该各组分的重量百分比为:龙眼壳5-15%,龙眼核10-25%,龙眼肉25-35%,杭白菊15-20%,枸杞20-35%。
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1
称取已清洗并烘干后的龙眼核20 kg、龙眼壳5 kg混合后将其打成细粉,用其5倍体积的95%的酒精浸泡24 h后过滤,过滤完将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2次,合并提取液,并浓缩得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物。称取龙眼肉25 kg,枸杞35kg,将这两种物质和上述浸提物混合,加入其45倍体积的水蒸煮40min,然后加入杭白菊15kg继续蒸煮5min后,关火浸泡35min,将上述蒸煮液过滤后,在料渣中继续加入12倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间35min,合并汁液,滤过备用。将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为25min,冷却后贴标,包装,即可获得含龙眼壳及龙眼核浸提液的明目保健液。
实施例2
称取10 kg龙眼核、15 kg龙眼壳,将其粉碎后,加入总原料60倍体积的水先蒸煮20min,(蒸煮时间以水开以后计算),再加入20kg枸杞与35kg龙眼肉蒸煮35min,关火后加入杭白菊20kg浸泡1h,取汁留渣,加20倍体积的水后再进行煎煮,蒸煮时间40min,合并汁液,滤过备用;将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为20min,冷却后贴标、包装,即可制得含龙眼壳及龙眼核的明目植物饮料。
或者直接称取带核带壳的新鲜龙眼56kg,将其粉碎后装入料包,加入其80倍体积的水先蒸煮25 min,再加入枸杞26kg,继续蒸煮35 min,关火后加入杭白菊18kg浸泡1.5h,将上述蒸煮液过滤后,料渣中继续加入12倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间38min,合并汁液,滤过备用,即可制得含龙眼壳及龙眼核的明目植物饮料。
实施例3
称取25kg龙眼核、8 kg龙眼壳混合后将其打成细粉,用其4倍体积的75%的酒精浸泡28h后过滤,过滤完将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2次,合并提取液,并浓缩得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物。称取龙眼肉28 kg,枸杞22kg,将这两种物质和上述浸提物混合,加入其15倍体积的水蒸煮50min,再加入杭白菊17kg,继续蒸煮5min,将上述蒸煮液过滤后,料渣中继续加入8倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间45min,合并汁液,滤过备用。滤液在旋转蒸发器上浓缩至干,然后用粉碎机粉碎成颗粒,用20目筛过筛,根据需要加入不同颜色的色素,用压片机做成不同类型的咀嚼片。
为了表明本发明的特别之处,我们另外称取了50kg龙眼肉(特别的不含壳和核)、35kg枸杞,加入其45倍体积的水先蒸煮45min钟,再加入菊花15kg浸泡35min,即获得不含壳、核的龙眼枸杞菊花饮料。
下面通过患有视力的部分人群饮用本产品,和饮用不含壳、核的龙眼枸杞菊花饮料后的效果比对来说明本发明的特别之处:饮用本产品的患者中,患者1,2,3饮用实施例1开发的明目保健液(使用量为每天约250mL),患者4,5,6饮用实施例2开发的明目植物饮料(使用量为每天约500mL)患者7,8,9饮用实施例3开发的明目咀嚼片(每天2片,每片4g左右);饮用不含壳、核的龙眼枸杞菊花饮料的患者,每天饮用此饮品500mL。两类产品饮用时间均为3个月。
由上表可以看出,饮用本产品的9位视力患者中,其近视度数在使用本产品后明显降低,而饮用不含壳、核的龙眼枸杞菊花饮料患者,其近视降低度数并不明显,这主要是因为龙眼壳、核中含有大量的黄酮类物质以及维生素A等微量元素(黄酮类物质有助于促进角膜血液流动,对肝脏也有很强的保护作用进而保护和改善视力),再加上菊花中菊甘、氨基酸、微量元素以及枸杞中枸杞多糖等的协同作用,使得产品改善视力的功效大大增强。
本发明对先天性近视效果不明显。
Claims (5)
1.一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,其特征在于:该明目保健品由龙眼壳,龙眼核,龙眼肉,杭白菊,枸杞制成;该各组分的重量百分比为:龙眼壳5-15%,龙眼核10-25%,龙眼肉25-35%,杭白菊15-20%,枸杞20-35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品,其特征在于:该保健品为明目保健液、或明目饮料或明目咀嚼片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述明目保健液的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)选取新鲜的龙眼,去壳,去果肉;龙眼核和龙眼壳亦可搜集或收购被人们废弃的原料;
2)将龙眼壳、龙眼核清洗干净,烘干后备用;
3)按上述比例称取烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,并将其打磨成细粉后混合均匀,用其4-6倍体积的75%-95%酒精浸泡20-30h后过滤,将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2-3次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物,即浸膏;
4)将龙眼壳、龙眼核浸提物与龙眼肉、枸杞混合后,加入40-60倍体积的水先蒸煮30-50min后,再加入杭白菊,蒸煮时间0(意味着没有蒸煮!)-10 min,之后关火浸泡30-45min;取汁留渣,在料渣中加入10-20倍体积的水后再进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间30-45min,合并汁液,滤过备用;
5)灌装、灭菌:将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为20-30min;
6)冷却后贴标,包装即可。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种含龙眼壳、核浸提液的明目保健品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述明目饮料的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)选取新鲜的龙眼,去壳,去果肉;龙眼核和龙眼壳亦可搜集或收购被人们废弃的原料;
2)将龙眼壳、龙眼核清洗干净备用;
3)称取烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,用粉碎机打磨成细粉,装入料包,加入总原料40-80倍体积的水先蒸煮15-25min,再加入枸杞与龙眼肉蒸煮25-45min,关火后加入杭白菊浸泡1-1.5h,取汁留渣,加20-30倍体积的水后再进行煎煮,蒸煮时间30-45min,合并汁液,滤过备用,根据需要在滤液中加入一定量的阿斯巴甜作为甜味剂;
4)灌装、灭菌:将上述滤液装入无菌、洁净的容器中密封,之后用煮沸法灭菌,灭菌时间为20-30min;
5)冷却后贴标,包装即可。

3)称取烘干后的龙眼核、龙眼壳,并将其打磨成细粉后混合均匀,用其4-6倍体积的75%-95%酒精浸泡20-30h后过滤,将滤液放入旋转蒸发器上浓缩,滤渣重复上述操作2-3次,合并提取液,减压浓缩,得到龙眼核、龙眼壳浸提物,即浸膏;
